This is the only Milwaukee dealer that I’ve found that WONT warrenty Milwaukee tools. Very rude customer service and no help. I’ll be taking my money to circle b irrigation. An ACTUAL Milwaukee dealer.

Bought 3 indoor plants all the same kind and didn’t realize until 3 weeks after that they were infested with insects, they contaminated some of my other plants. Took them back to return, they only took one back because i didn’t have the original pot for the other 2 even tho it shows in the receipt the purchase of all 3 they needed the pots back as if they were going to put them out on the floor to sell them again? Frustrating so I lost $60+ dollars and now left to figure out how to save my other plants at home!

Went there for a whole bunch of flowers, you know to make things pretty. The plans for in very good shape they were healthy and they're going to be a definite benefit to our yard. And the prices were reasonable. Young lady helped us got everything taken care of and we closed the store

My wife and I went into the Logan, Utah Home Depot prepared to initiate the purchase and installation of carpet for three bedrooms of our house. After spending some time in the flooring area without an associate there to be found, I found a couple of associates in the appliance area visiting with each other. Upon my request for help in the flooring area they told me that If I returned there an associate would meet with me there. We did find an associate who did his best to be helpful but to give us better assistance he said he would need to call his boss to help. When his boss did show up he would not talk to us at all but insisted that he needed to go to the appliance area even though the first associate stated clearly that we were the ones that he was called for. Eventually another associate showed up but he stated firmly that he could not answer any of our questions unless we scheduled an in home measurement first. We left after receiving no help. They made us feel unwelcome and unimportant. After this experience we drove just a few minutes to LOWES to initiate our purchase there without the hassle. In the past Home Depot has been my go-to store for my home improvement needs. We had this experience likely due to just a couple of store employees who chose not to serve store customers as they should. But just two self-centered employees who treated us as though we were not important can make a big difference as to where I spend my money.

We come here to get different things for my husband. We have gotten lots of his power tools, a grill cover, wood for different projects, shingles, you name it. And while he is off looking at tools, I am getting plants! I think I am now up to 4 plants from Home Depot. Whenever husband needs something, I get rewarded with a new plant! Win-win! And they have really cute plant pots as well. This is my sago palm and lucky bamboo :)

We got 30. Sheets of osb . 110 2x4x8 at 1145 we paid. We talk to several works all of them said we paged the person that's loading you well its 114 we loaded ourselves. I will never go back and give them business. It's funny how many workers was running the opposite way instead of trying to help us.Video it.

Update: Talked to another employee and he was more helpful. He used Home Depot's app to help us look up a portable air compressor, which they didn't end up having. They didn't have what I needed (3/8 fine threaded nut or a small metal bracket to hold a bookshelf to my wall) and I got very little help from the employees when I was looking around the store. I don't like giving a bad review because maybe they (the 4 employees I tried to get help from) were just having a bad day, so I'll give them the benefit of the doubt and still give a 3 star for now, because I will be back and will increase my rating if it is warranted. I mean, heck, I would be grumpy too if I had to wear a 😷 all day.

I would avoid renting here I reserved a truck 3 days in advance when I was supposed to pick it up. They couldn’t find the keys then was told it had no oil in it. Couldn’t rent the truck then called and the manager said something else like they can’t even agree on what’s wrong with the truck. When I called manager said it had bold tires. Last time I check tires and engine oil are two complete different things. If you’re trying to get things done in time avoid renting trucks here. By the way there’s only one truck available and it’s broken. Way to go Home Depot

Currently in the middle of a remodel and visited the Logan store Sunday to buy flooring and cabinets , we couldn’t get any help with flooring so we decided we’d get our cabinets. Asked a guy to help us , after 30 minutes of waiting we left. We went to Lowe’s and ordered flooring at $6,000! Decided Monday I’d get on and order the cabinets online and pick up at Home Depot..online said they were out of stock (I knew they weren’t because they were available Sunday) so I took my big 24’ trailer down Tuesday to try again to get cabinets! Same story 30 minutes later I finally got help. I got 3 60” cabinets , 12 sheets of paneling, a ceiling fan, paint , and a bunch of 1x10x12s . I paid and then I asked if there was anyone to help me load! My husband wasn’t with me today to help. The pro loader was busy helping someone else so I told the cashier I was out at the end of the parking lot with an enclosed trailer id wait out there! 30 minutes later a guy pushed my cabinets out to the cart return and stood there! I went and explained they were my cabinets , he was like can’t you move closer?? Like the parking lot is full and I have a 24’ trailer on I was as close as I could get! I told him I probably couldn’t and I’d help him push the carts closer! He then was like I can’t take them any further until I see a receipt! Really??!! I went back to my truck and got my receipt for him ! He then reluctantly pushed one cart over to my trailer I pushed the other. Another guy showed up and they loaded my cabinets not gently either they banged up the freaking doors and corners. Then he took the cart and said have a great day in such a rude tone and there I was left to unload everything else! Paneling in the wind was real fun to load alone when those two 20 year old 200lb guys could have taken 3 more minutes to help me! I’ve never been treated so badly by anyone let alone grown men who that’s their JOB! We’ve spent $30,000 at Home Depot in the last 2 months and I’ll guarantee I’ll never step foot in the Logan Home Depot again!

I have regularly gone to this Home Depot for the last 10 years. Unfortunately I will not be coming back because of the Flock cameras that have been installed on all 4 corners of the parking lot. I will exclusively shop at the Lowe’s around the corner that does not have Flock cameras.

These guys are the best! We always go here to get materials for anything. Just recently, we found a really good grill for a super cheap price, and when we were getting it out to put it in the truck, several workers and one customer asked us if we needed help! I’d recommend this place to all! Also look at the light section.
