Absolutely awful service. I bought a hot water heater manufacturer defect and they only would give me in store credit couldn’t order what I needed to replace it as it comes online so now I have over $600 that I can’t use. SoI decided to just get another and doing the exact one from another company same sku and even though the policy states they price compare the in store customer service refuses to uphold any policies on the website or placed in store when I point it out. This is false advertisement and misleading. If they don’t want to do it they won’t. The customer service cashier with glasses and braids on 10/6 at closing was absolutely rude actually told me i I was arguing bc I asked about the policy on returns as well lied and said the manager said they wouldn’t return it at all because there was an argument (that didn’t happen) I asked for the managers name and she walked up and I asked about the employees accusations of not taking it back she stepped in turns out the cashier was already clocked out even though she was still at work and I was her customer and she wasn’t giving me the correct amount of refund it went from $444 to $625 once the manager stepped in. Home Depot has been an absolute disaster to use for home improvement and appliances. Contacted the 800 service number and they stated what the customer service cashiers said about price compare was absolutely incorrect. How does Home Depot allow these in store ppl to not comply with their policies?

This location is very neat, organized & always have what I need for any project. However, the workers in the customer pickup area on 1/8/25 @10am needs convergence training on quality customer service, professionalism, and maturity. I guess me coming to the store to pick up my items was interrupting their personal conversation. Borderline rude, dry and just an overall disinterest.

The older lady with glasses at the customer service desk is terrible. She was rude from the minute I walked up to the desk. She could not figure out how to work the compute. I spent about 45 minutes at the desk and she wouldn’t tell me anything. She spent most of it on her phone, while hoping someone else would figure out the problem. I finally left. And she probably hasn’t looked up from her phone to notice. This all took place from about 4:45 PM to 5:30 PM.

My husband and I like to shop at Home Depot. The store has a good selection of plumbing supplies, tools, and hardware. We've encountered some very helpful employees as well.

They had the stuff I needed also some stuff I didn’t need. Also, Home Depot was one of the last big stores to make you self checkout. Now they pay for someone to bug you and look at your receipt at the door after you do the hard work and get your items bagged in the buggy. I encourage you to say yes I have my receipt and keep it moving if you paid for all your items that is. 😝

I like Home Depot plants. I can go for something else but always leave out with one of their beautiful plants. It's my first choice amongst the big box stores to purchase plants. Their plants are always nice and healthy.

Home Depot had their act together during a natural emergency from Hurricane Laura. They were organized, professional and communicated well with the customers waiting in line. It was a very smooth process and very pleased they were selling one unit to one customer. Great job Home Depot!

The cashier by the name of KoKo is the sole reason i am giving 3 stars. An absolutely rude individual to be at the counter. I adked about getting help in the lumber department and met with the worst attitude imaginable. On the the hand Greg in the lumber dept is the only reason i gave 3 stars and not 1 star.

My battery charger needed a decent burial, so I went to Home Depot in Monroe Louisiana at the Pecanland Mall and a lady who had her name on her apron as “ ‘phe “ helped me at the order counter. She was VERY polite and patient with me because I was trying to order a battery charger that was no longer available. After some time she found the proper charger I needed and ordered it all while maintaining a smile. Thank you very much for helping me and I look forward to having her help me again.

They dont deliver with the agreement. I'm complaining online because they can't answer a phone. This is my only resort until they want to get paid! HORRIBLE SERVICE!

Learned our lesson. Don't order an appliance online. We ordered a refrigerator on Sunday, and was given a delivery option of the following Saturday. We sold our old fridge on Friday with the expectation of our new one coming on Saturday. Our refrigerator did not come Saturday. Nobody in the store could help us, and nobody from the online customer service # could give us an answer as to why we didn't get it. Very poor customer service

@HomeDepot Why would I shop here when your customer service is garbage your employees avoid helping anyone at all cost and to trim out a small bathroom it cost over $300 in just materials that are warped bent chipped and broke . When I can go to the local hardware store receive much better service much better quality materials at just $105 for the same bathroom and employees are glad to help. Your are over priced and shopping at any Home Depot I have been too is a terrible experience.
