Went for a rear wiper blade. Ran all around my home town with no avail. We drive all the way to Monroe, and to be honest they were the 1st place we saw. After no luck back home we took what they had.A Bosh brand,which I thought was an autozone brand. Oh well they had a sale. And they are a few bucks more than the rainX one.Im so happy now.We have an O'Reilly here but they didn't have one in stock.

Very courteous staff and clean store. Lack of knowledge with the employees at this location that day maybe always so to save time go to the Auto Zone up the street, they saved me from looking into ordering a dealer part all because the employees did have knowledge of the parts! Maybe it was just a bad day because Oreilys has always been just as good as Auto Zone when in my home town! Price wise and employeee wise maybe just try another location near you!

Shopping experience has increased significantly over the last couple of years but sometimes their in-store stock will not actually be there, just shows it in stock. Has happened several times but remedies were offered every time

Like most franchise auto parts stores where the owner doesn't work in, the help sometimes doesn't know anymore than the customer. They're great at helping you find stuff but not so much at diagnosing stuff. Typically young guys without a lot of work mechanical experience are employed. Some are better than others and they have a high turnover. I use them quite often but have learned to not have high expectations with finding an answer for issues. I look to the web for most of my diagnosing.
