Pulled in at 3pm and was literally told my car was too dirty for them to do today. It was literally dust from the road I live on.

When I pulled in the owner asked how he could help me. I told him I’d like a full detail and wax on my truck. He opened my door looked inside and said it would be $100 for inside and out and if I want the clay bar it’s $150. When I got back to pick the truck up the interior was still gross. 1/10 on the interior. The owner told me I didn’t pay for that and it would have been $180 if I wanted the interior cleaned as well. Complete scam do not trust this place or management with your vehicle.

I recently stopped by this business to inquire about interior/exterior car detailing for my fiance. My experience with whomever sits at the front desk was horrendous. This individual desperately needs to attend classes on how to provide basic customer service skills. There was not one ounce of pleasantry during my inquiry, no critical thinking skills, just someone with an attitude and kept saying “I don’t know” after every question I asked. He seemed more concerned about banging away on his keyboard than trying to assist me in finding what services would best suit our needs. I can only imagine how they treat their employees if they treat potential customers so carelessly.

Best car wash business across martin and palm beach county. I’ve tried a dozen, they all are lacking in some way. With three kids who I permit to eat in the car- it can be disastrous. However, I left today with my SUV looking brand new! I’ve paid twice as much other places and they do not nearly do as good of a job as this business. Manager/owner is also polite and hospitable. Highly recommend.

Went to the Green Turtle today for the first time on a reco from friends, been looking for a hand car wash for my ceramic coated Lexus LC500, I was pleasantly greeted by Jim the owner. Around 3:30 the place was full but he brought me right in. I received the $30 wash, took about 20 minutes and they did a GREAT job. I will definitely be coming up from Palm Beach on a regular basis. Made my day

Unfortuently I have to change my review! Buzz the guy that did my detail was amazing. Today I pulled in to get my regular wash. The owner and boss comes up to my window and starts yelling at me saying that Buzz works for him not the other way around! Apparently everyone loves Buzz and they tip him really well! So the owner had enough and I guess today was the last straw when I asked to speak to Buzz not him. A great relationship ruined and I hope Buzz will find a new place to work because he is amazing! As far as green turtle car wash I could not be more disappointed in how he choose to handle the situation! He was ready to fight me and I have never been closer in my life to punch a man in public then I was today!

This place needs a better rating. I’ve been bringing my cars here for 4 years, never had a single issue. They are thorough, consistent, polite. I’ve done a detail too and it turned out great.

I should’ve listened to my gut after reading the negative reviews on here before trying this company for the first time a few weeks ago. When I got there, the staff appeared rushed but they were incredibly busy so I didn’t read too much into it. My car looked fantastic at first, the best it has looked in quite some time. When I got home is when I noticed a really deep chip as well as a dent on the spoiler of my trunk. Photo below, but it really doesn’t do it justice. The aluminum frame of the car is exposed and the dent has disfigured the spoiler of the trunk. I called and spoke to the owner, Jimmy, who did remember me and my car, and told me to bring my car back so he can look at it. I drove back and after looking at it he said “get it fixed and bring me the bill and I’ll comp you, don’t worry”. After asking him “are you sure?” knowing that it could potentially be a costly repair, he repeated the same statement, but he also appeared rushed as he kept interrupting me when I tried to warn him that it could be expensive. Again, I gave the benefit of the doubt since they were busy and had a long line of customers waiting. After getting 2 quotes from the only 2 Tesla certified body shops in my area, the cheapest quote I got was 3k. I expected this, considering my husband’s Tesla was damaged in a separate incident and his damage cost was about 2500 and it was just 2 dent repairs and a smaller minor paint repair (not to mention rising labor costs). I called and spoke to Anthony, and after telling Anthony the cost, he instantly said “no Jimmy isn’t covering that, go get another quote elsewhere”. Where else could I go, I went to the only 2 Tesla certified centers in my area, which I told him that. To which he responded “it’s only a small chip, it should only be a few hundred”. I wanted to laugh because I tried to warn Jimmy that it could be costly but he just kept interrupting me when he initially agreed to pay. Anthony gave me Jimmy’s email to send him the estimate so he could contact me immediately and create a plan. I sent an email as instructed, as well as my phone number, and have not received a response. At this point, I’ve lost hope that I will get a response just based on how rushed and rude they became, as well as my common sense analysis on others’ experiences listed here in the reviews. So, I’m leaving this review in hopes to warn others. If Jimmy helps me like he promised he would I will amend my review. Until then, beware. If you take pride in your vehicle like I do with my Tesla, don’t bring it here. It’s not worth the risk. *UPDATE* After much toleration of Jimmy's business etiquette over a phone call, he agreed to comp me 30% of the repair bill, which is better than nothing. I am truly grateful for that; however, Jimmy demonstrated the same behaviors that I read about in these reviews when I was on the phone with him. Every time I would try to explain the quote, he kept interrupting me, saying "I'm being scammed" or "I've been in this business for years, I know it doesn't cost that much" and other egotistical statements. I was forced to sit there for over 20 minutes and listen to him complain before he said "go through your insurance and I will pay the deductible". I was proactive and had already called my insurance provider even before the initial phone call to Anthony about the estimate and was warned my rate would increase by almost 100 dollars a month, so going through my policy was a BIG no for me. I suggested he pay the equivalent of my deductible in cash, so he wrote me a check. Jimmy knows nothing about me, and it showed through his belittlement towards me and the constant interruptions. As someone who has management experience in multiple sales and customer service companies, how he runs his is not the way. As a result of the treatment I received, my 1-star review stands, even though he comped me 30% of my repair. I heavily considered giving this business a second chance since the wash quality was really good, but I don't think I will. It's not worth the treatment I received.

Green turtle’s quality, service, & attention to detail is the best around. Prices are reasonable. All washes/waxes are done by hand by experienced staff. Sometimes, you’ll see the owner out there! Jimmy is a great guy. Over the last 10 years, I’ve tried more than 50 car washes in PB county. As soon as I found Green Turtle, it became a clear choice. The clay bar service is the best value. Maintenance with spray wax is also a great choice.

Best car wash in the area. Careful hand washing and friendly service. It does get busy so there can be a line to get in but once they have your car they move quickly. Only place I trust with my car.

Today I visited The Green Turtle Luxury Hand Car Wash and opted for their express car cleaning service, which included both interior and exterior detailing. Let me just say—it was absolutely worth it. As a mom of a toddler who treats the car like a mobile dining room, I’m no stranger to the chaos that ends up between the seats. This wasn’t my first time getting my car professionally cleaned in Florida, but this was hands-down one of the most satisfying car wash experiences I’ve had. Although they usually claim the express service takes about 30 minutes, mine took a bit over an hour, and honestly, I appreciated the thoroughness. 3–4 staff members worked on my car diligently, paying close attention to the food crumbs, sticky cupholders, and all the usual “toddler touches.” The time they took showed that they prioritize quality over rushing, especially when a vehicle needs some extra TLC. The facility itself was clean, spacious, and well-organized. They have clearly marked entry and exit pathways, which made navigation smooth and hassle-free. For customers waiting, there’s a comfortable sitting arrangement, which I made use of while watching the team at work. What impressed me most was the professionalism of the staff. Everyone was properly dressed and equipped for their respective tasks, reflecting a well-managed operation. The owner personally assisted me in choosing the right service for my needs and offered guidance for future visits—a level of personalized service you don’t often find at car washes. That interaction alone made me feel like a valued customer rather than just another ticket number. I also couldn’t help but notice the positive work environment. There was visible gender diversity and representation of various ethnicities among their employees, which speaks volumes about their inclusive hiring practices. Typically, this location is busiest between 8:00 AM and 9:00 AM, but today it was less crowded and they welcomed walk-ins, which was a pleasant surprise. I would just like to add a point that owner of Ev needs to turn ON CAR WASH ON before the process starts. Overall, I left with a spotless car and a great impression. If you’re looking for a place that goes beyond just surface cleaning and actually cares about the customer experience, The Green Turtle Luxury Hand Car Wash is definitely worth visiting—especially if your backseat sees more Cheerios than passengers.
