Got the Ult Special to treat myself rather than the usual wash only. I kept waiting for them to "apply the hi gloss spray wax by hand" but was waved over that car was done. I asked abt the wax & was told they already did it. To make a long story short if u call 3 spritzes on a microfiber dishtowel to do one whole entire side of a 4 dr sedan then this is your place. Save the $47, go get a spray wax for $8 at Walmart, & do the job yourself the right way. Even driving it thru a gas station wash yourself gets the same result. Two stars for interior & tires. And thats a stretch.

I gave this place a break after a few months. Decided to get my mother’s car washed and to only find that yet, these people don’t wipe over anything and no attention to detail. This time I sat back and watch who they decided to pay extra attention to detail depending on what the customer is driving $$. The owners are awesome they always take care of you when you have bad experiences. This is the 3rd or 4th bad experience out of the 15 times I have came here. I decided to not bring this to management attention. Im going to clean myself. Either I’ll only go to Okechobee location, or stop coming period. This my first bad review on google other times I could have posted pics of my previous experiences you would be shocked. But overall, this is a great car wash especially the owners.. I honestly feel it’s all about who they think have money. They took their time washing an Audi but hit my mom’s 2014 Hyundai with a few quick brush strokes and sent it out lol. This place has a lot of high end cars and if they feel u won’t tip or you have that look of wealth, they are not going to care as much. They was still wiping down, cleaning another suv who was already washed two cars ahead of me and mine was done before his lol. Yes he purchased the same wash. I noticed how he stood over them the whole time when you would normally take a seat and relax. That just maybe what you need to do SN: I don’t need anything from management, I don’t need a phone call to “make it right”. The owners are awesome and they are the reason I come back. You guys done enough already twice this won’t be a third time.

I brought my vehicle in for a wash, interior clean and to have the trunk steam cleaned. In the process of steam cleaning the trunk, something discolored the plastic trim in there. I went back later to ask if something could be done and was told that the manager was not available but they took my name and phone number and said he would call me. I have not received a return call. As the owner of a yacht detailing company, I'm forgiving of mistakes but to not follow up with me is the actual problem. They say that how a company reacts when things go wrong shows it's true character. I gave two stars instead of one because they have done good work for me in the past.

Took my truck in and was up charged for it be EXTRA DIRTY with that fine I agree it was dusty from a dirt road. With that said I bought the ultimate special. The results of what I paid for was very disappointing even the interior was left dusty. I have been taking multiple cars and trucks there for years it seem the attention to detail was lost.
