Company truck I have no issues when I bring it here. They call and deal with the lease company for me. Quick as possible very polite and respectful. I don’t have to pay out of pocket any time.

Slow. Triple the quoted wait. Said my wipers were fine, the back one is falling off, they didn't damage it, but they clearly didn't check them. Didn't refill the second reservoir for wiper fluid.

This is a really nice faculty the team working on my truck were quick and efficient. The lead Technican came in and provided me an status update. Less than 30 minutes for oil change and tire rotation. Thanks to the The Great Texas Oil Change Team!

The last I took in my diesel pickup I just went in for a regular PM which was my last oil change. So today 6/5/21 @ 10 AM I changed my oil and my oil drain plug was not coming out smooth as it should until I get to the last threads. Well turns out one of the lube techs didn't start the bolt correctly and misthreaded the plug. So make sure you tell them to Install the plug correctly

The establishment was kept very clean and there is a place to eat within the same lot. They were not very busy and able to get to my vehicle in a very reasonable time. The only downside is it is located a bit of a drive from me, but nonetheless I will be going there for all my oil changes and recommend it to people looking.

Had a great experience with this company has been unbelievable. Alecia is the nicest person I’ve ever met and it wasn’t a pain in the butt like other places. Fast, dependable and nice. Not what you usually find in the Permian!

Made a 8:00 appointment to get an oil change on my vehicle. When I got there, there were 3 other vehicles waiting on the first 2 bay but since I had the first appointment, I pulled up on the 3rd bay. When the person with the tablet got to my vehicle, she wrote 4 on my windshield until I told her I had the 8:00 appointment and she overrode the 4 and wrote 8:00 on the windshield. She told me to back up since she didn't know which bay would open and affirmed me I would be the first one to enter. When 8:00 came, only 2 bays opened and they took the vehicles parked in those bays. After a min, she looks out and still sees me still waiting outside and approaches me and says that she forgot to tell the guys inside but i would be the 3rd one in. I have work hence the appointment. All around irritated to drive over here and to turn around because of a miscommunication. I had to honk to get her attention to remove the mark on my windshield AFTER I told her to remove it so I can leave. The manager/owner should put someone that don't get distracted so fast/easily for this job. This was my 3rd visit but I guess I'll start going back to where I was going.

We arrived without an appointment. They were able to get us in after about 15 minutes. When it came time to pay they told us we qualified for 10% discount’s because it was ladies day- Update: went back 3/24 for next oil change. I again didn’t have an appt. We were told the wait could be anywhere from 1:30 to 2:45. So, I’ll suggest you really need to make an appt.

Quick yes. Was told they aired my tires up to 65 while I was seating in the truck. Well I didn't hear or see them do that so I checked the pressures through the pickup screen and well it was the same 52 that I drove in with. So might wanna keep tabs on that

Very slow !!!!! Only one car infront of me and waited 1 hour and a half it’s just a bunch of kids joking around the whole time doing nothing no manager around or anything ! Ridiculous 😂😂

I added a tire rotation to the oil change and they cannot reset the sensors. Looks like they would disclose that upfront instead of rotating the tires and the sensors not match. Now I have to go to a tire shop to get the tire sensors reset and they also cannot add air to the tires so my tires are now low. What a waste of money and time. A friend recommended this place and this was my first experience but I don’t think I will come back.
