This was my first time to this car wash and I was very pleased.ve I liked the car wash itself, it seemed to have more brushes and overall better wash than other car washes I have used. When I first pulled up Grace was very helpful . She explained all about the car wash and the programs. I was very impressed with her knowledge and she answered all my questions. I really liked that there were plenty of dry towels, and liquid spray bottles to use. The vacuum suction was better than other car washes too. Overall I really liked this car wash and will use it again. I also will tell my friends and family about it.

First visit was in early Oct. I drive a F350 with a 2inch lift and had not been to an automatic car wash. I pulled up to confirm my truck could go into the wash. The rep I met was Noah. Great customer service interaction, as I had many questions which Noah reassured me. Thank you Noah! I was satisfied with the wash and very glad I was able to use this car wash. I will return.

This is by far the best car wash around (and trust me being a long time resident, I’ve tried all of them) they have the most affordable pricing. It provides the best service and vacuums, and is always clean. I’ve never had to worry about it scratching my vehicle, and I’ve always been very happy with the results. I’ve been a member for about a year, and have always received Excellent and friendly customer service and the manager is great, I would most definitely recommend this car wash and I’m picky when it comes to a car wash.

I've been to three or four car washes in the Fredericksburg area and this one seems to be the best. They do a good job washing your car and they have good facilities to vacuum the interior, clean towels and an area to spray down your floor mats. Also the attendant, Zane, was very professional, informative and did a wonderful job with his service.

Whenever I come through the car wash serenity is always super friendly and helpful. Today I had to get out and go do something with my tags and she was so helpful. She even came out of the office walk to my car took a picture of my license plate and took care of everything. What a pleasant employee please keep her

Second trip to the Good Wash and had the great experience to encounter Noah as my rep, again. Great customer service - took the time to explain the Good Wash app and benefits of getting free washes. Truly appreciate Noah, a great ambassador for Good Wash. Satisfied with the truck wash, left it clean, just had to dry it a bit - with the provided cloths. Thank you!

Fantastic experience at The Good Wash! We stopped by today and had such a great experience, thanks to Grace. She was amazing, sweet, and incredibly kind, taking the time to walk us through all of our wash options and explain their membership plans so we could choose what worked best for us. She made everything easy to understand and never rushed us. The customer service alone sets this place apart. You can tell Grace truly cares about helping customers and making sure they have a great experience. The wash itself was excellent too, our car came out looking great. A very smooth first visit driving through! Chatted briefly with the attendant, Nick, picked a wash, was offered a free lollipop, and got the car looking much better after all the snow and road dirt. I didn't spend too much time with the vaccuum; pulled a bit of tape out, there may have been something else stuck in that wasn't visible as it wasn't the strongest when trying to get up all the pet hair or other misc. Still a much needed improvement! Glad to have stopped by and may visit again.

Great express car wash at a very reasonable price. Both times I went was during the week and there was no wait time( 2 car in front of me). The customer service is excellent. . There's always someone at the front booth to help out if you run issues. Last time I was there I couldnt figure out one of the features and Doni immediately came over explained . He was great!! Oh and the free vacuum a huge plus!!

Good car wash with the exception of the tire shine which only works 50% of the time. I get tired of paying for it so had the manager take a look at the tires thinking I was due a small discount on shine I did not get. Guy has the audacity to tell me they were done properly. You decide.
