HORRIBLE. I don't know what happened but this place used to be my go to for washing my car. I went today and they've got every bay except one closed down. I won't be back.

It's a nice car wash. You have to use coins for the vacuums and can't use debit cards. Other than that, it was clean.

The self-service bays work great. Two reasons for my three-stars. The credit card readers do not function. All the lights indicate it does, but it does not. Second, there is no chime or audible alert when your time is expiring. Yes, if you stand right next to the control box you can hear one faintly, but these are down right ear-piercing elsewhere.

Horrible! Don’t waste your time or money. Paid $12 for the automatic wash, there was no water coming out to soak the car before the wash, and very little water to rinse the car after the wash. What a waste.

AVOID THIS PLACE!!!!! Pro's: Grounds were clean, and the change machine had quarters. Con's: Towel machine took $2 and did not give a single towel, cheap detergent, spot free turned out to be film and spots everywhere, vacuum had almost no suction.

Terrible wash bay, do yourself a favor and go somewhere else. Most the payment machines are taped up and the one that works has no soap coming out. Waste of my money and time.

Unless you want to donate your money don't go here lol put in $5 in the quarter machine and machine took the money. Tried calling owners, but they never answer. Only 1 of the 5 or 6 bays work with credit card reader. Horrible cheap soap. Just a bad car wash.

Beware! I had $2 in quarters, and I needed additional time. I retrieved $2 additional dollar bills. Changed the bill to coins. Wash is $2, and I inserted all coins(8). I noticed all the amount didn't show, so i began to hit the coin area to make sure it dropped in. I got the car wash operator to assist because my $2 showed only $1.50. He immediately said," I didn't put enough." I advised him as he was near me while putting bills in the machine that I did. He said I owed .50 cents. He went into the office got .50 cents and inserted it into the machine. Ha, it showed He still owed. 25 cents. Walked back to the office to get .25 cents more (.75 cents). He had to beat on it to make the 1st quarter go in. I said, "Now you should apologize for accusing me of shorting the machine." Oh nooooo, that was too much like right. Yet told me, " Now go do what you need to do.". Very rude, didn't acknowledge the machine aren't always accurate, instead of accusing at first thought. I'm 51 years of age, and I believe I can count !!!! NEVER AGAIN, NO MATTER HOW DIRTY MY VEHICLES ARE!!!!

This place has seen better days. It needs some TLC. The hoses leak and drip cleaning fluids from the ceiling all over you. If you decide to stay in your car and drive in the automated car was bay. Well, it is broken more times than it is working. I have been using this location solely on a weekly basis for 8 years. Now, I am forced to find a different car wash, which I have. Super Star Car Wash on McDermott. It is always working. It is clean and updated. They offer free rags, spray bottles of glass cleaner, and free vacuums. They give you a complementary air freshener and a moist dash wipe.

Finally a great self service car wash! In 2023 takes $2 in quarters and you get 5 minutes (with handy countdown timer) of pressure - plenty of time to soap and rinse if you're efficient! A clean auto is more efficient on the road too!

Poorly maintained, soap and power is pathetic. Card machines taped up. It very rarely works properly. We live close to here and it’s a shame. If you are ever in Carrollton use Pearson Family Car wash in Carrollton it’s Waaaaaaaaay better than this.

Stay far away. We must have new owners who are running their detail shop out of one of the bays. It’s $2 just to get started on the wash? Each additional quarter is 30 seconds?! So almost 1 cent per second? That’s ridiculous.

Yes, I'm old school but, I like cleaning my car myself. Clean Scene has a good record in my book. Bays and machines are well-maintained and I have never been stuck in a bay with no soap.

This used to be my go-to for self service car wash, because it took credit cards, so I didn't have to carry a bucket or quarters with me. But lately (Jan 25) only one bays credit card reader is functional, and the soap is never working in that bay. And its next to the bay where they are (apparently) subletting to a car wash service. I've seen other people ask the service providers about the soap, and they somehow fix it... But I really just want to pay and wash my car, and not have to bug people or wait in line for the one credit card bay. Might have to start heading back down to Legacy for car washes.

This use to be my go to for a do it myself wash. The last few times I have went there it's been terrible. From the machines not taking credit cards, no soap coming out, the foam brushes hardly working. Also the vacuums hardly ever work. Its a complete mess here. There was a time when this place was actually kept up but now it's an eye sore. It appears to be new ownership or something. Im all for giving businesses chances to fix things but this has been going on for months. I will not be returning here until I see some changes. I do not recommend going here.

I've used this self service car wash for months now without issue. FYI, the car machines PRECHARGE $10. If you only use them for 2 minutes it'll only change you $2. I had this issue happened yesterday and I was confused as well.

The Clean Scene Car Wash is awesome! The water pressure is strong, the soap foams well, and everything works perfectly. It’s affordable, clean, and easy to use. On the right said they have a new detailing bay where I got my bike detailed. Definitely my go-to spot for a quick and thorough wash!

Do not waste your time at this self service car wash. Nothing ever works and you can tell it has been very neglected by the owner. Most wash bays don’t take credit card. The pressure washer has no pressure behind it and even if it did, the soap never comes out. The brush leaves streaks of dirt behind, not cleaning at all. There are many better options close to this one that are way nicer.
