Rafic was so nice and his team was too. Been coming to this car wash since 2023 and it’s a gem. The managers and employees are so kind. The car always looks good and when they clean the interior it’s even better. Prices are affordable too!

Buyer beware!!! Manager and Corporate will not speak to you when your car is damage. They will available you and not return your phone calls. Went to Car Spa yesterday around 5:30pm for a quick exterior wash. On our way home, my son notice the roof was leaking. When we arrived home I check the roof of my car and the Shark Fin Antenna was ripped off. We drove back to Car Spa around 5:55 to speak to the manager. I spoke to an older gentleman, whom I was told is the manager. After hearing my story, he walked off without a word. About 10 minutes later, he came back to tell me to write down my name and contact number and they will call me when the business close to let me know if they have my cover or not. I told him I want someone to paid for my damage since this is a new car. He then tells me he’s not the manager, manager will be in tomorrow and gave me a business card. No apologies or any thing. I called the number on the business card and left a voicemail. Today, since I did not hear back from the manager I called again a few time without any results. I even called Corporate Office and left them a few message without anyone calling me. Btw, both number does not have live person on the other end. Went to Car Spa around 1:30, same guy does not really care and did not get his manager. He did not even tell me if his manager is in or not. Told me to reach out to Corporate, someone will return my phone call. I told him, I called corporate a few time and no one called me. He assure me that someone will get back to me today. I told him, if no one return my phone call then I will be back. He did not seem to care. Almost midnight, still have not hear back from manager or corporate office. Now I have to eat a few hundred dollars or thousand of damage due to this irresponsible business. With all these New Car Washes opening every few blocks, you would think they care but they do not.

A great place were you can seat and relax while they're doing the job for you!! Everyone is so professional, rafi (one of the managers) helped me with the hole process just to get my car shining and clean again!! I will definitely come back and tell my friends too abt this place!

I have been paying for my subscription month after month since October 2025, and today, November 1st, 2026, I was denied service because I don't appear in their system. I find this disrespectful and I do not recommend this place for washing your car.

I've been coming here since I moved to Texas, about three years ago. Now that I live in Garland, I still make the drive because no other place takes as great care of me and my car. Rafic is always welcoming, taking special attention and I can see he really cares about the work he does and the customers. I really appreciate the work the team does - so I can reliably get my car cleaned and drive away feeling much better. Can't beat the price for the work!

Got my car detailed for the first time in ages and I was not disappointed one bit! They really pay close attention to detail and the manager Rafic took great care of me and my car today. Customer service was 10/10 and will recommend everyone I know to come here. Best car service business in the area by far, keep up the good work!

Car Spa? More like Car Nah! The quality of work here was abysmal. Ordered full service silver. The outside is mostly clean but the inside “wipe down/dusting” was very poor. I mean they say the insides are wiped or dusted. Well not this time! I am not coming back here, I’ll just do it myself. They also didn’t give me an air freshener. The carpets were okay though. To the response from the company. I know they are available upon request. I was asked first thing when paying. Picked out a scent as well. After the “cleaning” was complete it was then approved by one of your most mentioned managers in your reviews. They both thought it was good enough. Wasn’t going to ask them to clean it again because it’s obvious they did not care.

I wish I could have option to give negative rating. Such a cheap service.. before and after wash the car looked same and manager was so rude and said that they won't clean the car with towels. I paid $80 and nothing is cleaned. I came back home and cleaned in 5 mins. Provide some service when you are ripping the money.. Added Point: You commenting that this is a fake review. This itself tells how bad your attitude towards customers is. People don't have a time to sit and write bad reviews on your business. Fix you cleaners and fake promises at the entrance before commenting on customer reviews..

Came here today for the first time and they did an amazing job!!! Rafic the manager was super friendly and kept a conversation with me while I was waiting for my car. I will most definitely be coming here again and referring my close friends and family. I like the atmosphere around being able to build relations with the people detailing your car. I will start by saying the staff I interacted with were nice and friendly. I went to get the outside of my car washed, and while it IS cleaner than it was when I got there, my car is not COMPLETELY clean. There is still dirt and gunk in places all over my car, which I would expect to be sprayed off with the initial little soak 🤷🏾♀️ but perhaps it is my fault for waiting so long to get my car washed. But I would expect with paying for the most expensive "platinum" exterior package that my car would be completely clean as a result. Maybe that only comes if you leave your car there for a full detail and not just a run through a machine.

I recently visited [Car Spa Name] and paid $108 for a full exterior and interior cleaning service, with an additional fee specifically for extra seat cleaning. Unfortunately, I am extremely disappointed with the service provided, especially for the interior seat cleaning. The seats were barely cleaned, and it’s clear that no effort was made to move or clean under the seats. The job felt rushed and incomplete. Considering the price, I expected a thorough cleaning, but I feel completely cheated. I cannot recommend this place if you’re looking for detailed interior cleaning. Definitely not worth the money.

Do NOT take your car here! They will steal anything out of your car! My flat iron was stolen out of my car, I went back up there the next day to not only watch on camera as one of the workers stole it out of my car, but I purchased another one right on the spot which was $190 and they only reimbursed me $150. 0/10 do NOT recommend. I had such a horrible experience. UPDATE: Since you’ve provided the number to which I’ve called multiple times and got no response I will respond here. Your response is completely false and I suggest you fact check before you do so. Once I arrived, the manager onsite looked for the item to no avail. He went back to check the cameras by hisself and came back and said that nothing was removed from the vehicle and said that I was more than welcome to look at the camera footage myself, to which I did. Once I reviewed the footage, it was clear that the item was REMOVED from my vehicle and NEVER RETURNED so it was in fact, stolen. After I seen it, he then states “oh, good call” (verbatim). He then stated that if I came back with a receipt, I will be able to be reimbursed. I said that I need it today so I went online to the same company where I purchased it from and bought it. He then asked if I can come back in a few days to pick up the reimbursement and I said absolutely not. That item is not sold in stores so I wouldn’t have been able to go to a store to purchase it like you stated below. Also, that was never mentioned to me when I came back in, but nice try. Yes, the shipping was around $40 and because I was inconvenienced by not having my item returned to me, and because it was something I was in need of, you most definitely should have footed that bill. That’s how you run a business. So again, your statement to clean up my horrible experience was completely false and insensitive and I will be reporting this business as well as posting it on every platform that I possibly can. DO NOT COME TO GET YOUR CAR WASH HERE! THEY WILL STEAL YOUR ITEMS!!!!!!!!

Ridiculous Experience – Not Going Back I usually get my car washed every few weeks, but this was by far the most disappointing experience I’ve had. I had a $30 coupon and paid an additional $30 for interior cleaning. After dropping off my car, no one gave any clear instructions or updates. Eventually, someone called me from the waiting area and said my car was ready. The moment I checked it, everything was a mess. The trunk was disgusting—water dripping everywhere, dust and stains still visible. It looked like it hadn’t even been touched. When I asked about it, the staff said, “You have to wide open it to clean things.” Seriously? Since when is the trunk not part of the interior cleaning? Then I looked inside the driver’s area—still dirty, with oil stains, footprints, and leftover grime. I pointed it out, and someone did come to wipe it again, but the entire car was poorly done. For what I paid, this was unacceptable. I don’t recommend this place and I definitely won’t be returning.

I have been taking my car to get detailed at Car Spa Allen for years. The service employees are always wonderful, showing detail to all the hard to reach spots and messes we create from spending so much time in the car. They offer a large variety of options from the simple wash to detail jobs to shampooing of the interior. Car Spa also offers a monthly flat fee program for those who ole to always have a shiny ride. Go get that car cleaned!!

This place is a joke. After the $40 wash the Asian guy tells me that I can’t use the vacuums to clean out the inside of my truck. You have to pay an additional $30 for them to clean out the inside. Keep in mind I’m sitting next to a lady who still has visible stains in her windows after the interior cleaning. 👎🏾👎🏾👎🏾👎🏾👎🏾👎🏾 You can see why there’s very little business. The guy has been stuck on his phone for about 13 minutes. Very unorganized and kind of sad for some of these employees.
