Quick, provided towels in the vacuum area. A very nice touch. Clean, great, good people - just go there, even if it is a mile or two out of the way!!

Brand new car wash and it's not that great. It didn't even touch my passenger side with the brushes. Probably will cancel my membership soon.

Great automated car wash! They also have free vacuums that work really well and they have moist rags for cleaning the interior. Staff is helpful and friendly. Highly recommend!

I got an offer for a FREE wash & Shine. a $15 value. I went and used my FREE wash & and shine and the attendant was quick to help me enter my FREE offer and got in quickly, and I couldn't be happier. Thank you, Cobblestone.

I have never done a review before but I had an amazing experience today and want to leave one! Amillia, Ryan, and Deontai were all super helpful and answered all of my questions. I like that they are super happy and I noticed they wave to all of the customers too plus the vacuums are super strong and I love that the towels are always damp. Highly recommend to family and friends

I was disappointed in the service. While $23 month for the premium car wash seems like a great deal, I was at least expecting a standard car wash that would leave few to little spots on my vehicle. The car wash missed a bunch and there was dirt and spots left all over my vehicle and by the end I took it somewhere else where I knew the job would be done right.

If you care about the paint on your car, stay far away. This car wash damaged the paint on my truck with OBVIOUS marks from the spinning brushes. I filed an incident report citing 5+ areas with damage. The asst manager basically told me, its not their fault and nothing they can do… I called corporate who said they would handle, been ghosted ever since. Go to a touchless car wash and don’t take the risk of damage like so many others in the reviews.

My first time ever going to a cobble stone carwash and I will not be back. I pulled up and my money wasn’t good their (because it’s cash) and the attendant gave of the impression that he was happy to tell me I couldn’t wash my wife’s car on her birthday. Bad business, bad customer service, vacuums barely sucking and an overall major disappointment. I would give 0 stars if I could. Do better

Great wash at this new location! I have never had a car wash spend time spraying my front windshield and rear window/hatch - I could tell a difference in how clean my car came out! The employees were professional, the vacuums were all working and the complimentary microfiber clothes were clean and folded.

I arrived at the kiosk and was instantly badgered by an employee to sign up for their monthly washes. I had to say ‘no’ three times and provide two different reasons why I wasn’t interested before I was finally released and was allowed to go forward with my basic wash. This was incredibly uncomfortable for something so mundane. Moreover, my car was left with road salt clinging to the drops that remained, and those got smeared around by the blowers and towels. Just like in other reviews, my car has a short overhang above the rear glass, and that section of glass was left untouched by the wash and dirty. The vacuums and towels are clean and well stocked. Avoid this place and get a wash ANYWHERE else to avoid the uncomfortable sales pitch.

The wash was fine and the vacuums worked, probably owing to the newness. I also like that the touchscreen kiosk lets you lower or lift the buttons based on how tall your car is. The prices are a little higher than I expected ($23 for their top wash), so I went for the $15 option because that’s what I had in my budget. Just before I was going to pay, an attendant (blond, late teens/early twenties) jogged up and observed that I wasn’t opting for the undercarriage option. When I said “no thanks”, he continued about how important an undercarriage wash is to prevent rust and keep my car running. I said it was okay and I didn’t want to pay any more, and he reiterated the undercarriage points and ended with “It’s certainly not okay.” He then tapped my card and sent me off. I’m sure he had to make a certain number of upsells. I also googled it and learned that I really do need to wash my undercarriage, so he was technically right. I just didn’t like the pushiness and the judgment of his approach. I would have preferred some advice, not an implication that I’d chosen the wrong option for my needs. I’ll probably wash my undercarriage soon, but somewhere else where I can choose my wash and tap my card in peace.

The person guided me into the carwash with their paddles and ensured by car was in neutral. My car is an AWD Rav4. My hands were off the shift lever and my feet were not on the pedals. It started down the track smoothly. My engine was at an idle. About midway down, the car suddenly exploded backwards and crashed me right into a guy who was just getting into the tunnel. My engine was still at an idle. Weird! I had not stepped on the gas at all, nor taken the car out of neutral. The staff literally accused me of shifting my car into reverse (which I can't do unless I step onto the brake first). My car has significant damage. They wrote down the incident wrong (used their own description, even though they admitted they were not present). They refused to give me a copy of what I wrote, their contact information, and their insurance. Flat out refused. Then threatened to call the police on me. Made my granddaughter cry. I am seeking medical attention today. Best I can find searching on line is a mechanical issue with their rollers slipping in front of my wheel due to an alignment issue by them.

I had a great experience here. The car wash got my car clean, vacuums were strong and there were little bonuses that you don't see everywhere like compressed air to get in the cracks and towels. The staff was friendly and helpful. I'll be back.

The car wash just opened so they were offering free washes. I generally only go to touchless car washes, and my feelings on that have been validated as my car was damaged. Needless to say I won’t be back. They have taken my information so we’ll see how they reconcile it. Note: Cobblestone has been completely unresponsive to numerous attempts to contact them (despite claiming that the site manager will reach out) to start a damage claim process. And a neighbor spoke with them who explained that they don’t in fact spend the money to calibrate their machinery before opening because “it’s cheaper for them to offer free car washes and pay for the damage to do so” so let’s hope they actually do pay for the damage they caused by skipping quality control. Final follow up: They claim that the damage was "pre-existing" and that they take no responsibility for ripping the moulding off my car. Moral of the story: they don't take responsibility for the damage they cause, so there's no such thing as a free car wash.

The carwash is fine. The towels and vacuums are convenient. I dread pulling into this car wash because I know I won't be able to make it through without providing multiple reasons why I don't want or need a car wash subscription. I had to decline the subscription 4 or 5 times before I was able to move on. A simple "No, thanks" should be sufficient. I'm assuming this is the direction they are given, because it's all of the employees every time! Occasionally you can select your wash and pay before they have the chance to make it to the kiosk, but it's just not worth it. I won't be returning. Would not recommend.

Deeply disappointed in Cobblestone Car Wash. They pressure you into a membership for their “touch” wash—assuring you it won’t scratch your vehicle—only to leave damage on a $75,000 vehicle and then deny any accountability. When I asked for a simple photo of the incident report for my own records, they refused. That’s not professionalism; that’s avoidance. If your vehicle has mirrored pillars or a high-end finish, do yourself a favor and stay far away. This experience has completely shattered my trust in their business.

I’m an unlimited member, and I normally go to the one in Thornton, but I have stopped at this one three times in the last month as I was in the area. It’s horrible! The rinse does not get all the soap off your car, and the dryers do absolutely nothing. Today when I pulled out, I had to run my windshield wipers so I could even see because it had taken none of the water off the front. This has been the same experience all three times. You need to fix your dryers so they actually work, and the rinse cycle should get the majority of the soap off my car so I don’t have to manually do it. The entire roof is streaked with soap.

Nice to have the vacuums and such, but not worth it for actually cleaning your car. The back of my car was still dirty after the first time through, they had me go through again and STILL dirt on the back window and along other sections of the car. This pic shows it after TWO times through. Not worth the $15 I paid (or up to $23 for the "premium"...plus they pressure you the whole time to get a monthly subscription).

I would give 0 stars if I could. I was pestered into signing up for a membership, which thankfully I refused repeatedly because this was the worst car wash I’ve ever had. The belt pulled my car through in about 2 minutes, which felt incredibly fast and ineffective. After the final rinse as I was being brought up to the dryers, I noticed my car was still covered with soap. Even after the dryers, and the drive home, there were soap bubbles all over. My car was covered in soap bubbles, and residue when I got home to the point I had to wipe it down by hand and then go to another car wash first thing the next day (leaving soap on can cause damage and corrosion to the coating and paint, especially if it sits in the sun like that). I reached out to customer support to request a refund (this is the first time in my life ever asking for a refund for anything that is how bad it was) and they told me they cannot do that because I used the service, but they could credit me for another wash with them. I absolutely never want another car wash by them, so I will not be taking that. Why would providing me another horrible, and potentially damaging car wash fix the problem? I would once again have to go to a different car wash and get it redone again after. This place garbage do not waste your money here!!!! I would have taken more photos, but I’m not one to usually write reviews, I am only doing it after my experience with customer support and seeing other reviews echoing my own experience *that being said the kids working were generally friendly and pleasant besides the pushing to sign up for the membership which I imagine they’re instructed to do*
