Seems they have adopted a strategy to be the price leader in the industry and arbitrary about the size of the vehicle. Another customer was charged $28 for a Toyota Avalon, which is quite long. I was charged $40 for a much smaller Mercedes GLA. Would seem that the size of the vehicle would matter with regard to price. When I asked, they just said it’s an SUV. There is no objective standard.

Excellent service from the car wash cleaners. Horrible customer service from the lady manager and the lady in the front office. It was my first time visiting and the lady in front said they can chose who to service or not, basically if she didn’t like me she said she could decline the service to me ( which sounds to me like discrimination to the customer ) they were kind with other customers but I feel like they were mean to me because I had chosen the “express” service which was only $40 because I didn’t have too much time since I had a meeting to go to. In summary my day was going great until those two ladies spoke to me and put me in a bad mood, which is the last thing I need, specially if I am a new customer of this business. I would advise the owner to train these ladies on customer service and to be polite with ALL customers at ALL times. This place is terrible in any aspect you would judge a car wash. They make up prices, don’t do a good job, and the manager or lead guy, who wears a thick layer of sunscreen on his face, is bad at his role. This guy lies and when caught, reverts to not speaking English. Stay away from this business.

As a regular customer I was very disappointed in the customer service received today. It's posted inside the building to "Please Pay First" when I wanted to pay prior to them finishing up my car as the sign states the lady at the front desk was very rude stating that if I want my car washed I need to make sure I have more time. Confused as I was because all I wanted to do was pay as the sign states to do. I have recommended a lot of people to this car wash. After today I will no longer be recommending them, nor will I be returning.

I paid $80 to get interior and exterior of my truck detailed. The inside was done ok but the exterior was still dirty with a lot of dirt marks, especially on front gril and bumper. I won't be returning.

If I would have seen the reviews before I came, I wouldn’t have patronized this business however inspite of the high price I was charged, I am very please with the outcome. My car hasn’t looked this clean since I purchased

I just spent 30 minutes cleaning the inside of my car after bringing my car here yesterday. First, I had to drive it back around because they didn’t lift the mats when they vacuumed so the carpet was still dirty. Then I had to bring it back because I realized after I drove off that the dashboard, steering wheel, and console hadn’t been touched. They half-cleaned the dashboard and steering wheel and didn’t touch the middle console at all. I also have splatters of armor all on the side of my car from where they haphazardly sprayed the wheels and it won’t come off. I will NEVER bring my car here again!!!

Took my wife's car in for a cleaning this morning. Explained they needed to be carful not to power wash directly on the cars emblems as with most modern sports cars they are simply applied with an adhesive back. To replace 1 letter the entire emblem set has to be purchased. Dealer well over $100..aftermarket $40. They covered some of the decal on each side with scotch tape. Yes..scotch tape..because that will resist pressure washer forces..haha yeah so they went right out and blew the "T" off of Turbo on the driver side. Really not enough concern as they had already been paid $125. I refused to move the car until they made it right. One of the employees started to explain that he saw tape but no letter from the start but in reality they guy that taped it knew better and didn't deny it was there upon me handing the keys over. After they eventually found the washed out damaged T in the mud and debris water puddle they offered to push it back on and call it "good" while I was not. They went back to the other cars so I began to make sure that all the other Benz, Porsche, Sports car drivers knew what they had done and how little they seemed to care about it and reminded them to check the car very closely before driving away SURPRISE SURPRISE !!! I was suddenly offered a $35 refund. Took it, said never again and got the you know what out of there.

They did a great job and were super fast! Less than 30 minutes on my 4 door car, inside and out... Quick wash. Thank you guys!! UPDATE: 2.19.22.... SAME EXCELLENT SERVICE!🙏🙌 and I even showed up 30 minutes before they closed and with a smile, as always, they did a great job on my car! UPDATE:. 7/8/22 Still my favorite!♥️

BEWARE!! We dropped off my wife's car and expected to get a call when it was ready. We went back 4 hours later and the SUV appeared to be "done". We spoke to Tanya the "Manager" about the poor quality and she pushed the blame on to someone else. Our car now has swirl marks which it did not have before. I asked for a partial refund but after a short wait outside she did not return. We decided it was not worth the hassle and left.

Brand 2024 Ram 3500 Black with a bunch of swirl marks. This was my truck first wash and shouldn’t have scratches on it at all. I paid 80 dollars to have to go back and get a paint correction on my truck. On top of that, my inner wheels wells weren’t cleans. It’s sad, I will never go back to this place.

Don’t come here! If you do, don’t get the extra services. Poor job . My 10year old does better job. Paid extra for wax. Total bill was $150z What a joke this place is. Asked for a refund on the wax. Was told no. WILL NEVER RETURN.

Never to this place!! So disappointed. I used to come here often Atleast twice a month to wash my car. Each time their service is going down! This time its the last time. They just want to do max business per day, doesn’t care about the customers satisfaction anymore. Before they were so good. Matter: Gave my SUV today. As i was at work i had arranged my cousin to pick up my car. When i came home i was so ao disappointed to see a lot of oil like dirt marks and so much of water marks in my car. I should have gone to pick up so i could have complained right away. My car was much cleaner before the wash. The dash is full of dirt , dust and water/ oil marks. Iam sure they used a dirty cloth to clean the dash. Trunk wasn’t vacuumed ( my grocery crumbs were still there. I had to do a Complete inside wipe with sanitizer napkins.) So disappointment to pay $ 103 in total for such an indecent work!!!

I stopped by today to get my truck washed and detailed only to be left with a horrible experience. I was told there was a two hour wait and after being quoted $100, I proceeded to stay (bad sales experience too). When my truck came out, it was visible to anyone that it was not wiped correctly. You could see dried water spots from being in the sun, dust, and even markings “WAX” were still visible. I asked for the manager and showed him my concern and he had the worst attitude. I mean he argued saying the marks couldn’t be cleaned. I used my sweater and clearly rubbed it off. I was so upset after being there for two hours and left with a sub par wash. I am not the type of person to complain but when you are wrong, make it right. It is after all $100 dollars not $60 or whatever. They didn’t even try to make it right. Will not be back.

I usually never do this, but this wash was horrible. I went to get my F-250 Detailed for $120 and it was absolutely horrendous. The amount of streaks, water spots and bugs left on my vehicle was insane. Then they leave footprints all over my running boards and don't wipe them down, after 4 different people stand all over the front and sides of my truck. They weren't even busy and looked like they didn't care to even wipe it down. I never expect the world from stuff like this but give me a break. I had to re wipe it down myself for an hour. Then the guy who greeted me said the minimum was $80 for my truck, then I go inside to pay and see a paper saying $70 for Dually's (mine isn't) and this is after he tried to haggle me for a $300 wax then $200, $150 after i said multiple times i want something for $120 which is already $50 over the basic. I wouldn't go here if they offered me free washes for life.

I wished I read the reviews before hand. But as I was pulling up some vehicles did look good. My truck is black so you see it all. It shows all you missed.. I was also charged 10 more at 70.00 so I was cool with that but 70 bucks I expect my ride to clean clean. No it look like they used a dirty rag to dry it. Dirt on the mirrors and bumpers and rear side. If you can't handle a simple wash and dry why should I trust you with a full detail. The owner is Asian a nice lady but she needs to hire someone to check the vehicles before return. I hope this place isn't Quantity over Quality.

disappointed to say the least. I picked my car up and found it to have spots that looked like elbow grease along the sides, areas that weren't even washed/touched and small scratches on my car. $50 down the drain. gave 2 stars ONLY because they cleaned the inside well but the outside is a different story. will definitely not be going back, nor will I recommend this place to anyone else.
