Avoid if you can. They steal your money. Got 10 dollars worth of tokens. Out of 6 vending machines, 4 didn't take the coins (fell through), 2 took the coins without giving the product. Thanks for nothing!

Update: So now it is 10 minutes for 10 dollarsits 10 tokens now . 1 token per dollar 1 minute per dollar. Thats if you finish in those 10 minutes of car wash Well its a self car wash. Sometimes some machines work , sometimes they the maxhines dont read the coin everytime u enter it and you need "7" coins to even start it at 1$ each coin . the car wash itself works decent though. The 7 minutes is perfect to wash your full car down!

Come here if you would like to get ripped off. The machine took all 7 of my tokens, to be sure, but only registered 4 tokens. The machine would not start. No number to call. Complete $h!th0le.

Warning! Do not come here! Sprayers only spray soap. Some only spray water. Charged me 2x the rate for 8 minutes. Vacuums do not work AT ALL and eat your money. This place should be shut down.

Worst car wash I have ever been to. Pressure to the pressure washer is not steady, no difference in soap/high pressure rinse/wax. Foam brush was constantly leaking, and the soap with it was very watered down.

There is no soap and wax at all coming out of the sprayer. No matter what you select I never get any soaping foam at all. I bring my own spray bottle of soap and wax. All the hoses leak. So be prepared to get wet. I guess it make enough money for the owner to keep it but not to care about the value for the customers. Lack of options for touchless care washes.

Honestly, I've always loved this place been coming here for years. Super easy $,10, wash your car. That's solid pressure on the brush washer. I usually come here after doing some off roading, and I just knock off the dirt, so it's really nice for that

$4 for a quick rinse/ $2 for a 5 minute vacuum. Make sure you dry car off by hand because the hard water leaves spots. Ok for pricey SF and if you just take 2 minutes to read the information at the token booth there are no surprises. They have some machines that take quarters but tokens are easy to get and the manager is quick and helpful with change or if there's a problem.

Cool little corner spot. You won't have any problems hey it's SF. Everything worked perfectly. The young man keeps it as clean as possible. Shoot I've been to newer self-car washes where coins got stuck or malfunctioned, and nothing worked.. so I'm happy with 10&Harrison Car Wash! Thanks T&H C.W.!!

Today was the worst! The bays were either completely flooded or the pay station was broken! The token machine refused cash and cards!!! Completely non-functioning!!!

The machines are a bit old. The token machines will only allow you to use your credit card once per day. Better make sure you have enough tokens the first time. I just go here to clean my wheels. Not one car wash I have been to, gets the brake dust off. They really need to get the machines fixed. Recently I went and the main token machine wasn't taking CC and only 2 individual machines accepted CC. Just have to bring cash next time. Edit: The machines were in much better condition today. Got in and out quickly. That took it from 3 stars to 4 stars.

Avoid Bay 3. It does not dispense any soap or wax. Spent $10 and only got a 10 min rinse. Note that it's a $10 minimum now which is a bit excessive. I think the other bays were fine since I saw suds on the other cars. If it wasn't for the poor maintenance I'd give it 4 stars. That being said I'll probably avoid this place unless I'm desperate. Too bad it's the only self service car wash in the city.

So let me get this straight; 1- No working foaming brushes 2- No working high pressure soap 3 - no working wax 4- the only thing I can do after paying 13.50$ is rinse my car really really well 5- oh but wait its recirculated well water. meaning it will be hard water packed full of minerals. 6- since there is no soap, I can't even wipe down my car or i risk pushing all the dirt I just gave a shower too around a possibly scratching the paint. Meaning that hard water has to dry in place and will leave a white film to go with my dirt that I couldn't wash of. 6- raising the price almost 50 😒 7- also judging by the current state of the place. They no longer have an attendant to stop people camping out, keep it stocked with soap, clean up all the trash and used diapers littered all around.... With so many negative here, there is a complete disregard for providing a safe space with working equipment to wash your car, but still they stay open when they don't even have a single soap sud, when all 4 bays are out of service in some way. I can only think of one reason, GREED Once you pay 13.50$ there is no way to contact them. So you can't request a refund. Whoever the owner is, while they want your money, and will stay open knowing there is no way to actually wash your car. They don't want your feedback, questions, or requests for a refund. There is no phone number or address anywhere. Because they don't care to receive feedback. They know it's falling apart, unsafe, and unusable. They don't care, they just want your 13.50..

The only thing that works are the payment systems. I was robbed $10. There is something criminal going on here. I washed my car with a trickle of water. There was no foam from the brush. I even tried a different car washing stall and it didn’t work. Fortunately the second charge didn’t go through. The place looks abandoned. There’s green moss on the walls. Where can I report them? I saw other cars there but they were using it as parking. Please do not go there.

I used bay 4 and it worked, though it could use some maintenance. The foam brush leaked a lot (some from above, so I got a bit soapy). Having to buy 10 minutes/$10 at a time using credit card wasn't ideal, but I was able to clean fast and clean my whole car in the 10 minutes. Maybe if you use the token machine to buy tokens you can buy fewer than 10 minutes at a time.

If you want to take a shower, use bay 5. Hose sprayed all over me due to a leak plus a leak from the roof. This place is a dump and it’s over priced.
