Eric and his tech saved me from a nightmare headache when lithia looked at the truck and said there wasn't a problem with the truck and wouldnt look at it again there they took the extra time to figure out what my concerns where and when there wasn't a definite solution to my problems they reach out to the gm manufacturers themselves and figured out a solution to my transmission problems and git me fixed and back on the road I would highly recommend them

I can’t say enough good things about Wyatt and his crew at the Taylor Motors Service Department. Their professionalism and attention to detail are outstanding. The team not only provided excellent service, but they also caught a coolant leak that I hadn’t even noticed. By addressing it right away, they saved me from what could have been a major (and expensive) problem down the road. It’s clear they truly care about their customers and the vehicles they work on. I highly recommend Wyatt and the entire service team—they’ve definitely earned my trust and future business!

I’m leaving an honest review based on my recent experience. I was in contact with a staff member named Jose about a GMC 2018 I came and saw it and was told by Mr Jose of a 2019 GMC Yukon with 84k miles this was much less then the 2018. According to Jose, the 2019 GMC Yukon vehicle was "in the garage" and being prepared. I was told it may be ready to view on Monday, but most likely Tuesday. when I inquired of Mr Jose if the car was ready Monday I was informed it was still being cleaned and detailed, and I couldn’t see it until today this went on till Thursday. I had clearly communicated to Jose that I was only interested in the Yukon if it had an entertainment system, and we agreed that if the car met that condition, I would move forward with the purchase. Jose even quoted me a price that he claimed had been approved by his boss. All that was left was for me to view the car and finalize the deal. However, when I finally went to see the vehicle today, I discovered that Jose had already sold it to someone else, despite assuring me, “i was going to see it first” After a long exchange of messages, it became clear that I had been misled. This experience was incredibly frustrating and disappointing. I feel like my time was completely wasted, and it was an unprofessional, dishonest encounter. I was given false information about the car's availability and ended up driving to the dealership for nothing. This lack of transparency and integrity is a poor reflection on the business. I would not recommend working with Jose or this dealership.

So on Saturday I was taking my car somewhere local for an oil change and a car wash, accelerated to merge on I-5 and an alarm in my car sounded, followed by a service light turning on, when I saw my temp gauge shot to HOT. Pulled over and one of my first calls was to Taylor Motors since it’s I’ve taken my car here over the years (shout out to Bob in the service dept). Another Bob, in sales, picked up my call and told me I could have my car towed there until their service dept opened on Monday. Bob #2 (only determined by Bob’s met in chronological order) was outside and guided me through the process of filling out a ticket/packet and placing it in a dropbox and what to expect come Monday. He had the most absolute gift of gab, and kept me entertained while easing my stress! On Monday I had an early call and text from Nate with a few questions. Nate was so wonderful, and communicated efficiently and effectively throughout the whole process. My coolant tube had a leak which was the source of the problem. They changed my oil as well, replaced a cap to whatever, and changed a filter on top of the coolant tube being replaced, and the cost was above 700 but below 800 somewhere. I don’t know anything about cars to know how reasonable or unreasonable the price was, but considering the honesty of the leak versus something major it could’ve been- I was relieved! Regardless, l was really stressed because my family dog was going to be put to sleep unexpectedly today. When our family vet was finished with his last case he was making a house call to us and I knew I had to be home around 4ish. They were so understanding and compassionate about this; fixed my car, picked me up from work, and had me checked out and home with precious time to spare and spend with my dog. I didn’t catch the shuttle driver’s name, but I really appreciated his professionalism and empathy as well 🩵. These employees are what makes this company exceptional!

I have a 2500HD I bought new in 2003. It only has roughly 165k, as it has not been driven very mu h and had been well taken care of over the years. I've been taking it to Taylor Motors for the past several smog certifications. Since new, it has had an issue with the check engine light coming on. Multiple mechanics, including Taylor Motors, over the years have indentifed there was nothing wrong with the truck. They do something to turn off the check engine light and this has been going on for over 20 years. As I mentioned, Taylor Motors smoged the truck the last several times and it had the check engine light on when I took the truck in. In the past the Taylor Motors mechanics/service people told me it had nothing to do with smog and it was fine to drive it. Today, I left it there for a smog after the service person retireved what he needed from the display (mileage, etc). Later I got a call and they told me they could not even look at the truck for smog because the check engine light was on. Then the Service Manager told me it would cost me an additional $200.00 to scan the codes to see what the codes identifed as the problem. Then and additonal $195.00 labor per hour plus parts. Well, I can almost guarrantee they had already scanned it because magically the ever present engine light was now off. I drove another REPUTABLE service center and guess what, it passed smog.

Had to trade in my 2020 GMC 1500 Sierra. I'm going to miss that truck but needed to get a 3/4 ton. Bought a Denali 2500 from Steve Burgess. He was fair, and no hassle. Took care of a issue for me that the truck had (the whole Taylor Motors team) and could not be happier. Also a shout out to Nate (Service Advisor), he is always friendly, and I never feel like an inconvenience, he goes out of his way to communicate and be accommodating. Thanks to everyone at Taylors, I'm a long time a loyal customer, not because of price, but because of customer service.

Nate assisted me today when a shop I went to for an oil change told me that I needed to get several fluids changed on my Yukon. I drove a few hours to get to the dealership, only to find out the fluids weren’t due for another 10,000 miles. I was relieved that they didn’t charge me for services that I didn’t need, gaining my trust. They even waived the $20 charge for the tire rotation, that I was actually due for. I appreciated the kind gesture after a long drive.
