Store was clean and easy to navigate. Great deals and the cashier I had was outstanding. Not only were we the dreaded walk in 15 min before closing customers but I was super absent minded. She was helpful and patient then she even ran yes RAN my forgotten bag full of purchased items out to me in my car. She is is so awesome and I feel like you never meet people like her willing to go that extra bit just because they are good people and I think she is probably rare in that way. Best shopping experience I have probably ever had.

Went to guest services and two different guys told me they don't exchange sodastream canisters. My brother in Christ, there's a sodastream canister station on your desk and a barcode for the exchange price on the display. Here, I'll grab it for you.

I came here today with 3 gift cards gifted to me by 3 previous students for teachers appreciation. I had 2 $10 gift cards and one $25 gift card. Two of the gift cards did not work. I had and have no food, so I was so happy to see these laying around the house for use still. Updated: I went back into target after calling their gift card company, and they were so supportive and helpful! I really appreciate them blessing me the way they did. I really needed the help

Pretend it like they are helping you by a few clicks on their given ipads. But no clue what so ever where things are... We waited a long time in electronics for help. Finely, a person showed up and totally ignored us waiting for help. Without customers, it might be a bit tough to keep everything up. Please improve customer service.

Target is great! The staff members are always friendly and knowledgeable. If you can't find an item at Target, you can ask any store associate and they will help you find that item. They don't just tell you to check the Target App and continue on with what they were doing. The staff members at Target have excellent customer service skills. Self Check Out needs to open at 8 AM again. Keeping it closed until later on in the day is not going to stop thieves. You stop criminals by having them arrested, and prosecuted, for their crimes. And stop voting for political officials who uphold criminals, and want to turn your cities into a third world country. If you stop voting blue down the line, you will have better results.

Very bad experience Victor was no help as a manager very unprofessional. Had to go to three different staff to try to find out a price. Victor did not want to help me at all until I went up to customer service asking for the store managers phone number. Then he decided to tell the associate on the radio to go ahead and give me 30% off. Wow thanks after being upset and then pissing me off and not help me great customer service and wasting my time because they didn't have the price on it. When I asked for the store managers phone number is when he wanted to do something. I could go on and all the long lines that were going on as well looks like he was doing a great job that's enough keep up upsetting customer.

What is up with packing? Sending baby formula with no bubble wrap and cans arriving all dented? Parents can’t use dented can!! You can’t sell dented cans it’s illegal!! My daughter just received a shipment and all the cans just thrown in with no packing and all of them dented. Target! Not on target. Get it together this is wasteful and dangerous!!

Friendly and knowledgeable staff, restrooms, changing rooms, very large parking structure, electronic door opening. Quick food stand and a Starbucks inside front of store.

I am a Black, female travel speech‑language pathologist. I had stopped shopping at Target after the company rolled back its DEI commitments—standards that matter deeply to me and communities like mine. But on September 7, 2025, between 8:30 and 9:30 a.m., I returned. I’d been searching for a lap desk for weeks, and Target was the only nearby store with one in stock. At checkout, I chose a cashier who was an older White man, who had just finished with another customer. He asked if I needed bags—I said no. As I hesitated over how to load my items—big first or last—he drawled, “Take your time. I have all day.” Then repeated it, as if that dismissive tone was casual. I could feel the weight behind the words—it wasn’t kindness, it was belittlement. I scanned my items and began entering my phone number. He asked for my cart—I said I had it. Frustrated, he said, “Well, I ran out of room.” I replied, “Please wait just until I finish inputting my last digit, I can clear this counter.” As I began to pay, an item, that I didn’t notice, didn’t come down the belt. He asked sarcastically, “Is that yours?” I said yes. I thought it was because he had the divider on the belt and if he removed it, the item would come down. Instead of pointing it out, he stared and finally said—still in that tone—“It’s caught; I can’t reached it.” I told him that instead of just staring,, he could have said something. I told him this was a very poor customer experience. The only response was him turning his back on me, handing me my receipt, saying “have a good day,” and walking away. I reported the incident to the manager. She listened to me, apologized, and said she would address it. The dismissal, the sarcasm, the indifference—was unacceptable. I will not return to Target.

This is the second time the Starbucks here mess up my order and it was the worst drink I’ve ever had in my life I ordered a caramel ribbon you can see in the picture that it’s not even close to what I ordered had chocolate over my hand because they didn’t clean the cup there was no drizzle asked for an extra espresso shot and I don’t even believe they added it then the girl today at the register had attitude when I just wanted my money back Took me over 5 minutes just to even get my 9 dollars back after paying cash. Than a supervisor at target was right next to me and just ignored everything that happened while she was just on her walkie-talkie.
