I made a few online orders and each time my online orders has been a nightmare. My items were lost, delivered to the wrong address and delayed for about a week! Target needs to be diligent and not be so careless about their customer and online process! I enjoy the services in store but online orders have been a nightmare! Makes me afraid to buy anything online from target in the near future!

Updat: Just had to run in for 2 things... both out of stock.. because of course it is. This location is absolutely terrible. They have empty shelves for days upon days. South hill location doesn't have any issues keeping products in stock and shelves full. Sprague Target is very neglected. The item I needed, that was not available, IS available at the other location. Because of course it is.

Clean, but this store is small and is either out of a lot of things or doesn’t carry it because the store isn’t big enough. Staff are kind though.

Ordered 4 different things online this holiday season, i picked up in store each order, each time i was charged 8 cents for a bag, never received a bag, i know 8 cents isn’t a lot,but if there charging each customer 8 cents per order at each Target and not giving out bags, think about how much there ripping the consumer off each time! How about giving us the option of a bag when we order!

Target is such an awesome store! I was able to return a gift my husband didn’t want via drive-up. Super easy and convenient!

The Target at 13724 E Sprague Ave Spokane, WA 99216 is always an excellent place to shop. I also appreciate a Starbucks located inside and a clean cart to hold my drink. This store is clean and all merchandise is neat and organized. The associates are polite, friendly and willing to help. The parking lot is also well maintained and plenty of pickup parking slots are provided. Absolutely one of my fave places to shop or browse.

The target on Sprague had terrible customer service. I called three different departments to see if they carried specific items and no one answers the phone. They should always have someone answering the phone. Ridiculous!

All Targets are awesome in general if you are Canadian and you miss them dearly. This one was the first one I’ve been in that had very little options at the grocery section. I’m not even sure if there was a fresh produce section either…disappointing.

Ridiculously long lines when trying to purchase items. Couldn’t even find an employee to unlock the game case for me in electronics.

Scavenger hunt for batteries... in multiple places, lots of empty shelves... not the place to go unless you are buying in bulk or have lots of time to look...

Hard to find help in the store, and there are not many open registers for the amount of registers they have on the front end. I do like the selection of product they carry and the clothing options/style have improved significantly over the last 5 years. The “clearance” stuff doesn’t always seem like clearance, as they price is not significantly lower than the original price and the store doesn’t do the best at tagging their products with the current price, so you have to either seek out one of the in-store scanners, bring it to the register or use the app to find out what the actually price is for many items. Which a lot of people don’t like to do, so you are probably missing sales from this. I do however really like the pharmacy at the Regal St. location. They don’t seem to run out of medication like the north Spokane location, and they are prompt to fill prescription which is very good and much appreciated because I often have to travel out of town for work, and cannot leave if I don’t have my medicine. The pharmacy staff is also very nice usually, which is refreshing from some of the other experiences I have had.

**Target: A Mixed Bag of Convenience and Frustration** Target, the quintessential American big-box retailer, presents a curious paradox: it simultaneously offers convenience and frustration. While the expansive selection and one-stop-shop model undoubtedly attract a loyal customer base, the overall experience often falls short of expectations. The convenience factor is undeniable. Target effectively caters to a diverse range of needs, from groceries and apparel to electronics and home goods. This breadth of inventory, coupled with competitive pricing and frequent sales, makes it a compelling destination for the budget-conscious consumer. The in-store experience, however, can be a significant source of frustration. Navigating the labyrinthine aisles can be a daunting task, particularly during peak hours. Overstocked shelves often create a chaotic atmosphere, hindering efficient movement and increasing the likelihood of encountering misplaced or damaged merchandise. Furthermore, the self-checkout lanes, while intended to expedite the process, frequently malfunction, leading to extended wait times and unnecessary frustration. The customer service experience is also a mixed bag. While some employees are helpful and attentive, others appear indifferent or even overwhelmed. The overall impression is one of a company prioritizing efficiency over genuine customer interaction. In conclusion, Target's appeal lies in its convenience and competitive pricing. However, these advantages are often overshadowed by operational inefficiencies, a lackluster in-store experience, and inconsistent customer service. While it remains a viable option for everyday needs, Target falls short of providing a truly satisfying shopping experience. **Disclaimer:** This review reflects a subjective personal experience and may not accurately represent the experiences of all customers. **Note:** This review focuses on the general shopping experience and does not address specific product quality or pricing concerns

I really wish they would have at least two people to check you out . Sometimes the self serve takes 10 minutes. Other than that great little Starbucks inside Target.

Most of the time that I come here, what I need is never in stock. This time I went the entire nail section didn’t have ANYTHING to choose from. Not only nail colors but actual nail tools. I was very upset I had to go to Walmart instead. Waste of my time and energy sadly I don’t think I’ll come to this target again unless I want to be disappointed.

Ordered a couple of things from Target online, received a notification from my doorbell camera, person delivering package walked half way into my yard and threw my package at my front porch, luckily wasn’t anything fragile luckily, next time I will pick it up in store especially if it’s breakable!

This store ALWAYS has the stuff I need. And some goodies I don't need lol. The employees are ALWAYS nice and helpful. Clean store and easy shopping compared to Walmart. I especially love the drive up feature. Quick, convenient and my purchases are never messed up. THANK YOU ☺️
