Like most people, Target is one of my favorite stores. They are killing the game with their drive up service ready for pick up within 2 hours! I absolutely love it! The staff are always professional, and it is quick and convenient. The app is so easy to use too. I wish every store had this service and timeline.

This Target is amazing. The staff is always very friendly here (friendlier than the Brandywine location). And the store is nice and big. Only complaint would be how messy the store sometimes is. Sometimes I see trash (like forgotten drinks). And once I saw a loose razor blade on a counter in the TOY section… I wanted to alert an associate but there wasn’t one near the area.

Every time I have come to Target in the last two years, I leave without most of my list items. So much is missing now, so much disappointing. They used to have bright colors and fashionable choices but now it looks a lot like Walmart. Now, with the rollback of DEI policy, I will not be shopping there anymore. It was just the push I needed out the door to getting a Costco membership. More disappointed than ever in you, Target.

The store is descent and the employees are super nice and helpful… however.. THE BATHROOMS ARE ALWAYS DISGUSTING! I have told the manager on duty multiple times since back in the summertime. The handicapped stall flushes nonstop every 2-3 minutes. The toilets are filled with paper and poop and the paper is in the floor and hanging out the toilets ever time I have used them. There is also a leaking toilet that floods out all the stalls that has been leaking since the summertime. Obviously, it’s not just the store that is responsible for all of these problems. It is also the fault of the individuals that use and trash the bathrooms. The store needs to fix the plumbing and clean the bathrooms and the public needs to learn to respect them and leave them clean.

There were no cashiers. Not one register was open except for 4 self check outs. The line was long and some people had a lot of things. I would have never expected this from Target of all places! Very disappointing 😞

I’ve been placing orders for the last 2 weeks and they keep getting cancelled with no explanation. Not part of the order, the whole order! It’s quite vexing! Especially when I go into the store and the items are there!!!!

We visited target on 2/4/23 and my daughter had to use the bathroom… this bathroom was so disgusting it looked like it hadn’t been cleaned all day. How is it okay to have a bathroom for your customers that looks like this? Someone even left their dirty contacts on the sink, that’s not hygienic at all. Do better.

i had the best experience in the ulta section. the attendant, carlo, was amazing. my sister and i went for skin care products and he gave us some spectacular advice. he made us feel comfortable with our insecurities and gave us amazing product recommendations. i truly appreciate him and 100% trust that he knows what he's doing. he helped us with the app and explained in detail on how to use different products we got. he made us have such a good time. another thing, i went to the album section. unfortunately, the employee was changing the layout but she was kind enough to go to the back and get me the album i wanted. she was so sweet and wasn't bothered about me asking for the favor. i was quite honestly surprised they had the album in stock. it was a very fun and memorable visit at this location 😇

This is my local Target. I just wanted to point out/praise the attention to organization in the pillow aisle (pictued). Nice work to whomever this belongs. I was there on Friday, May 7th in the afternoon. Also, the gentleman (likely manager) that manages the lines at the front end is friendly and always does a great job. Thanks.

Great pick up expirence. The store is also clean and organized. I've gone in a few times. My Shipt order comes from here to. Recently I had an issue. I had yogurt delivered from this location yesterday and today. They both had a sell by date of 6/9. My brother opened one and wondered why it was very liquidity. He then ate some and it tasted awful. Ordered another today and checked the date first. Same expiration. Waldorf Target, please check your dairy and non diary products asap.

The only registers that were available were self checkout and I could only use a card or electronic wallet. First of all, I would prefer to use a cashier when purchasing items and secondly, I would also like the option of using cash. I'm not a cashier and don't get a discount for scanning and bagging my own items. Please provide adequate staff for better Customer Service.

This is my local target. We live fairly close by and come pretty often maybe about three or four times a week to pick up necessities my only problem isn’t with the target itself. It’s with the Starbucks. The customer service is excellent. My main problem is that they tend to always be out of something no matter what day we come or what time it is.

Target is trying their best to serve the public. Sometimes a company makes decisions that effect popular opinions. But they have always tried to sell @ the lowest price. But good quality. Besides, they're the best we have to compete against Amazon. Give Target and equal chance for your business.

This is my local Target. The store is clean and items are usually easy to locate. Customer service is great. But, what's with all the empty shelves? I know they are relocating some merchandise but what's really going on? See photos. I walked thru almost the whole store and shelves are sparse in some areas and completely bare in others. I wonder if this is a result of no longer having nightly employees to shelve products. It's so bizarre.
