My wife brought her Tahoe in, paid extra to have interior done, including seats, cupholders, etc. They did none of that. Wife came home very upset. So I called them. Was great communication with manager. We went back 2 days later, lady behind counter knew nothing about it, and she said none of the managers were there at that point. We even had our reciept and names of both managers. So obviously I talked to someone to get their names. Have had issues in past about how the clean the car, and the did fix the issues. When you pay $70-$90 to get your vehicles cleaned, you expect a lot more then a standard car wash.

Had a double platinum wash provided to me as a gift, car was washed, and then the crew worked on inside. When I got home, the interior had not been done right, I had to go thru with duct tape and remove light debris in seats and floorboard area, the door jambs had to be recleaned by me with paper towels and cleaner and the towels we're filthy after I cleaned all of the door jambs , the dash was not wiped properly nor was there a scent of air freshener, needless to say I am not happy! Especially for $35 wash! One positive was the exterior looked good overall.

This Auto wash was top notch! When we arrived, the attendent was very friendly and easy to talk to. He worked out the best service for our car "The Exterior" and left it to him and his crew. The store inside was clean and the clerk was also very hospitable and the seating was comfortable. After they finished the car the crew opened the door for us and sent us off! Definitely worth it!

They did an amazing job with my car. I have kids and the interior was a disaster. They worked a miracle and the car looks brand new. They were great to work with and let me leave the car overnight the night before to make it easier. No complaints at all. Will be coming back!

I am so thankful that they are here. I believe it is the only autowash in the Roanoke Valley that will still vacuum your car and wash your windows. They do a great job!

I paid for Double Platinum and got a plain old wash. Not even a wax. There were water spots everywhere. They did even take the time to dry the car properly. To make it worse the car is brand new, it only had pollen on it and a few widow bugs. They didn’t have to work hard they just had to do it right, but even that was a challenge. I gave two stars for the environment they wasted water and my time and money.

I took the gold wash for my vehicle but still not properly vacuumed and clean from inside the vehicle door :/ first experience is so bad. Even in pictures you can see that the wash was not proper. It was just after reaching my home . When I checked the vehicle the vehicle was not washed properly. I am very disappointed from this service of 21.x dollars wash. So expensive for this work.

I have taken all my cars and family cars for the past 15 years to this place and never saw anything comparable for an autowash and after service. Even the bare minimum interior/exterior is still a deal compared to grabbing some coins or even hand washing.

Look at ammended review. They do a great job. The price has gone up a little like most things. Still worth it overall. ***CHANGED TO 3 STARS*** Here is my new review. After getting home with my car. This is the worse they have done on my car. At times they do great. It seems to be going downhill. I will use this service once more. If this is the quality I get. This high tipping 3 year patron is out and will find a new washing service.
