I usually go to the dealership for oil changes. It took Take 5 - 20mins to complete the entire appt. instead of over an hour. Stayed in the car while they serviced it. There was no wait. The two guys on Saturday were wonderful!

blown away by the efficiency, knowledge, friendliness, and overall experience these kind people offer. Give them a raise. This community is truly lucky to have their businesses ran by such high- quality employees. Nobody is excited to get their oil changed, but they should be if they decide to go here. It was mind blowing way fast and they gave me a free car freshener, super transparent, and knowledgeable about pricing options. not only do they offer to change your oil, but lots of other really helpful safety checks. Able to replace windshield wipers tires with air fill other engine fluids, replace caps. etc and for no extra cost. wow ! amazing ! 10/5 stars

Today was the third time I came to this take 5 in one week. The 1st time was for wiper blades and airring of tires for my husband's car. Next time was air in tires and wiper fluid for my truck. While cleaning my wind shield my wiper broke,so I came back to take 5 together neww wiper blades and since I was 500 miles from an oil change I had this taken care of as well. The service all 3 times is what brought me back

Horrible experience. I have been a Take 5 customer for many years. (All through out the many re-brands). However the other day Take 5 Would not change my oil because tech said I have a blown head gasket . I told him I didn’t think so because I had zero symptoms and can you really tell by eyeballing? I ended up having a mechanic look at it and quickly discovered I did not have a blown head gasket. I own 5 cars and will be taking all of my business to Valvoline. They were happy to change my oil. I have attached the pics tech took on my “blown” head gasket.

Worst experience ever. I went in for an oil change and some spring flew off the oil pan and they try to say it was another store's fault then they decided they would take the responsibility to fix it but the guy at the shop wasn't able to put the part on told me to go somewhere else have it towed can't believe this happened to me I've always gone to take five sad 😢

I’ve been going to this location for oil changes with my Military ID for the discount many times in the past, but my latest experience was extremely disappointing. I was busy, so my wife took one of our vehicles in with my Military ID. Instead of honoring the discount like they’ve always done before, the staff told her they wouldn’t accept it. She politely asked if she could call me — they said no. She then asked what if I came there myself. The employee said she’d have to pull out of the service bay and I would have to pull the vehicle back in just to get the discount. He even mentioned he would get written up if he did otherwise. I understand if it has to be me personally to show the ID, but the extra steps and the lack of basic flexibility are just ridiculous. We only live three blocks away, yet we’d rather pay more and drive further for service than deal with this kind of bureaucracy. I’ve dealt with enough of that for a lifetime. This experience showed a complete lack of common sense and respect for returning customers and military families. We’ll be taking our business elsewhere.
