Not a bad gas station but got a serious issue. Why is it that this place doesn't make you wear a mask even though it's a state mandate to wear mask. Not to impressed I don't like wearing a mask anymore than anyoneone else, but I do wear one because I have to.

This place falsely charges you for an undercarriage wash, you should be able to feel it washing the underside of your vehicle. There's also no dryers to dry the sides of your vehicle and there's no timer for the dryers. No worth what they charge you for a wash.

Very clean station and, more importantly, BATHROOMS. However, too often the car wash runs out of finishing wax (mostly on Sundays when the entire world seems to wash their cars). If it happens to you, go in and they will give you a code to come back another day for an additional wash.

Covid-19 alert. I went into this Shell this afternoon. The cashier removed the Plexiglas barriers to protect us at the counter transaction and was not wearing a mask. Nor did he keep his face away but leaned in even though I was wearing a mask. I am high risk and was told this was a "safe" place to go. Do not go to this gas station if you are trying to keep you and your family safe.

The pumps are fine. I needed a wash, undercarriage and all. When I entered the undercarriage wash unit did not turn on. After I was done, I went inside and told the clerk that the undercarriage wash didn't happen. She tried to tell me the equipment had been changed and now the undercarriage is washed with the rest of the car. When I said I couldn't feel it on the floor. She said, "Oh, it's softer now." Won't be going back.

New owners are extremely cheap, charging $2 for air, that is ridiculous. Rude clerk and deli area most of the time is empty. I will be going to Kwik-Trips from now on, free-air, a lot better service and deli items are for more superior.

I just stopped here for my morning coffee and the owner was our cashier. He joked about my friend being a Bears fan then offered my coffee for free (being a Packers fan). I paid cash and immediately realized he short changed me by over $2.00! And that's more than my coffee actually cost! Used to go frequently and the employees are great. That was my first experience with the owner and I will never go back. Super shady.

Almost slipped stepping out of my vehicle to gas up. Then twenty questions on the pumps before you can actually pump gas. True North does not stand up to its name, being based out of Oklahoma how would they know what true north winter is. Frozen at the pumps

The guy working this evening with the long red hair in a ponytail was an immediate jerk, for no apparent reason. Definitely won’t be going back to this location.
