This place was awesome. I delt with Clint and he was extremely nice and professional. Everything was explained clearly. I did end up paying more then I wanted to but it was the wife's car so it gets the service needed. Nothing was an up charge. He only gave me option on services that have never been done. Will definitely come back.

These guys are AMAZING!! I stopped in Monday evening needing someone to air up my tires and get the pressure equal in all my tires. I also had a warning light on for the tire pressure and needed to find out what was going on. Not only were these guys delightful and friendly, they happily fixed my air pressure issue. They found a piece of metal in my tire causing the warning light to be on and recommended a tire shop to take it to since they do not have the equipment to fix it! Unfortunately I had my oil changed and vehicle serviced 2 days before, so I couldn't take advantage of any of thier other services...they knew that and still were so helpful!! I HIGHLY recommend this business that lives the true definition of Customer Service!! It's so hard to find these days....Thanks guys, I appreciate you and your work ethic!! I will be back!! 🙂

I felt extremely overwhelmed getting my oil changed. This used to be a seamless process, but not this time. The staff were extremely pushy about items I didn’t want or need. I’m in a brand-new vehicle with less than 100,000 miles, yet I was pressured about a coolant service that I did not need (and did not get). The staff were also extremely rude and didn’t seem to care about the customer—at least that’s how I felt. I believe the manager’s name was Clint. I can say that if I were an employee here working under him, I would walk out and not return if I were spoken to the way he spoke to his staff.

Went for an oil change on my lunch break, finished with time to spare!! Quick turnaround time and EXCEPTIONAL customer service. Go see Mack and Andrew! They made it such a pleasant experience and we kind and patient while explaining everything happening, and what services would be smart to get taken care of before winter!

Everyone was so nice, explained all prices and options well, and gave good advice for other services they offered that I didn’t take that day. McKenzie (sp?) in particular was so wonderful and is a very kind human being, we made some small talk about an issue I was in the middle of dealing with when my oil light came on. They made sure the light went away as well which took some troubleshooting. I live out of state but will recommend this locatjon to friends who live in Springfield 100%.

Devin helped me when I was worried about my car. Not only did he air up all of my tires, but he put caps on them because mine disappeared. He went the extra mile and checked everything for me. He even washed my windshield. He was very humble and kind! I can't say thank you enough! I highly recommend going there. I'll definitely be going back.

I got a basic oil change, and after I left, I had some lights come on on my dash. I called the shop and left a message, but it was the end of the day, so I wasn’t expecting to hear back right away. I was pretty worried, because I drive this car for a living. I got a phone call from the manager after the shop closed, saying that he was home finishing dinner and that if I sent my location, he would come to me and figure it out. He showed up with the tech, and they were able to get it sorted right there in the parking lot at The Flea. This was truly above and beyond service, and I am very grateful.

Clint and his team do an excelllent job. Great communication, and fast service. Methodical. If any place is busier than normal or it takes a little longer sometimes, remember, issues can and do arise and can add a little time to an otherwise near flawless service. Great team over here.

Sooooo I went a little too long between oil changes (oopsie) and I didnt have the time to sit at walmart for 3 hours browsing dog sweaters and candles until my service was done, anytime soon...so I swung into my nearest Take 5. Zach and Grant did a great job on my 2024 wrangler. Zero wait, the guys cracked me up, and I was in-and-out and on my way in a blink of an eye. Well worth the services received. Will be back soon with my truck just because now I like being spoiled. (They also washed my windshield and aired up my tires for me, too!)

Truly a five-star experience at this place! Clint, Grant, and all the others working really make this place what it is. If you want guaranteed high quality service at a great price with great people, this is your place. I spent all day calling around just to be talked down to and receive overpriced estimates from many of the competitors in town. The second I got on the phone with Clint I knew I was going to the right place. They even offered me a cold water bottle and stood in the way of the sun so I could see while they were talking to me. Thank you so much everyone for your help and I'll see you at my next oil change!!

Great service! The guys there are so kind and knowledgeable. They greet you with a bottle of water have you wait behind the car being serviced, if any, and ask you to pop your hood. This is my 4th time going to them and will continue to go.

Great and fast service as usual in and out with no problems oil change until I opened the hood next day oil dripped everywhere I keep eng compartment immaculate tried calling number to no avail pay over 100 bucks for oil change expect your vehicle to be taken care of looks like a Walmart job

I’ve gotten my oil changed twice now at Take 5 off Glenstone and Kearney. They have great systems in place to make sure they do a quick but efficient job. I really appreciated the convenience of being in and out in no time at all and not spending an hour or more waiting to get the same service at a shop. They made great recommendations for services and made sure the work was worth the price. I’ll definitely keep going here for my oil changes in the future.

Idk why its showing as my bf review BUT... I've got to say. ANOTHER great experience Take 5. Went to get Oil changed. Of course cabin filter needed to be changed so I did it by myself before going. Filter $11 at walmart. Im a 55 yr old female and changed it. You can do it. Anyway. Radiator fluid was nasty as crap and smelled like @$$. I wasn't expecting to do a flush. But living in apartments my options are limited on fixing my vehicle. Daniel was so sweet and kind. Explained everything to me and didn't pressure me to do the extra right then. BUT cold front coming through, so I did the flush. Everyone there was friendly and made sure I was happy. Even got a coupon for service today and the next one. Thank you Daniel. Always treat your customers like you would want your mom, aunt or grandma treated.

I arrived and wasn't in a very good mood from some recent news I had just heard. But the young kid that checked me in and helped to do my oil change was so nice and kind. He looked right past it and just gave me a friendly smile and was totally professional and excellent at customer service! I liked that they did a filter inspection and other things to my car. The bottle of water when I first pulled in was nice. I will be going back

The Hillbilly needed an oil change and my regular mechanic was booked up, so I stopped in at Take 5 Oil Change. You stay in your car at Take 5 while the crew services your vehicle. I was totally ok with that. The staff surrounded my car like a NASCAR pit crew, tackling different tasks at the same time. They completed my oil change in a very timely manner and replaced the cabin filter (pictured) that was the original from 2013! One thing I really liked was the 25% discount for veterans and first responders. I'm not a veteran myself, but it's nice to know the company honors those that served and are still serving us. Overall, I had a very pleasant experience.
