This was the best oil change I have had in a long while. They brought me out a bottle of water then navigated me to bay 3. They walked me through every step of the oil change. The lead on the oil change, the guy who performed the oil change, and the assistant manager were all so friendly and helpful. Will definitely go back for services and recommend them😊

The only issue I witnessed was the young women that was waiting on me, who was very nice, was told by her female boss to “get out of my pit”, and she sent her to the office for a talking to… it was inappropriate of the manager. She was watching over those employees like a hawk waiting to find something wrong. All of the employees were more than friendly and attentive to me, the customer. This is why I am giving a 2 rating for my experience.

Big shoutout to Ashley, who really stood out with her vehicle knowledge and professionalism. She took the time to explain everything clearly and made the whole visit feel easy and confident. Don’t get oil changed here. Went to get an oil change since needed one last minute before a trip. Was told I had an oil leak and trans leak which was false because checked the night before and was perfectly clean. Also charged me for 7 quarts when my vehicle only takes 6 quarts. Then after oil change they left both my oil filter and oil drain plug loose. Luckily was able to catch it was found oil leaking in my driveway before the trip and was about 3 quarts low. Called store and told me it was not there fault.

I had such a great experience here that I'm choosing not to wait for the review in the email. Seriously, from the very beginning Daniel was fantastic. Offered me some water, and answered my questions professionally. They are very transparent with prices, and gave me 20% off for being a newbie. Oil change literally took 5 minutes! Yes they had three people working on my car, but you can literally talk to them, and ask them any questions you have. They all deserve credit. From Scott putting in the oil to Dee answering my questions about how much sludge was under the hood. Amazing service amazing people. Will definitely make this my go to oil change shop!

Take 5 has become my regular service station for my 2018 Volvo XC90. On my 1st visit they did not have my filter in stock, but have had it on hand every visit since as promised. They greet me with a cold water, the team works quickly with each member knowing their role, and have me out the door in 10-15 minutes. I would highly recommend the Take 5 location on Harvey Street in Muskegon near The Lakes Mall.

I absolutely love this place! They make sure to take the time to look at everything and will ask if you want anything you might need besides the oil change. She (manager) asked if I wanted her to look at front & rear differential lube, and wouldn’t you know it, I was almost empty in the rear. They are so kind and knowledgeable. Definitely worth it!! Oh, they open at 7 am. Great for third shifters or early birds. Thank you!!!!

Great service, pulled up and greeted with water for me and my wife, they seen I had three kids In the backseat so returned a minute later with juice and fruit snacks for my three kids. They are a in and out service had a person under the vehicle doing the oil change a person up top checking everything under the hood and a person who checked the cabin filter all at once. They found a couple of odd things (I had just purchased the vehicle the day before I brought it in) they made everything better and I’ll be returning to them for future service.
