This place is TRASH!!! they Always close at least a hr to a hr and half on the regular, then they lie when you tell them that's not the hrs of operation, one told me today, oh they doing maintenance .. when it clearly was a car going thru for a wash!!!!

Very friendly and helpful!! But I wish they would wash some of the hard stuck stuff off before entering the wash. When we exited the wash, there wash still left soap on the car! The vacuums did not work.. we had to keep moving to find decent ones ! I didn't See an option under $10 which they need for this mediocre car wash!

There were scratches on some sides and other sides with soap. Honestly, for 27 USD, I don't recommend visiting this scam in your life, It was my first and last time visiting there.

I been going here for three years and just recently I went through there and it was closed due to a breakdown mechanical issue. So the manager told me to come back at 12pm it will be back open. I came back at 12 and when I came out the wash and park my car I noticed a film of coating that had my car looking darker then the black paint. So I told the manager to come look at my car and he told me that it was hydraulic oil that came from the washer that’s the reason why they were down earlier. I have been trying to get in touch with Herculese the store manager but no one has returned my phone calls. The manager wrote up an incident report but no one still hasn’t responded.

I brought my Yukon to your location to clean it up. However, my Yukon came out the same it went in. My front windshield was still covered in bugs as well as my hood and grill. Had mud under my wheel wells and streaks down my doors and tailgate. Will not purchase a membership at all. Not worth the $22 I spent. I spent more expecting a better wash!! Boy was I wrong.

I have a membership here and the RFID readers never work. There's nothing more annoying than paying for a service that you can't use. I shouldn't have to sit there and wait on someone to come let me in. Maintain your equipment better

Better management and staff that cares...The only suggestions is make sure all vacuum are working and please support the team to fix the control button because they are having to go inside to push the button to move the cars...but again its good to see the changes!

This was by far the worst car wash.I have ever been to in my life. It was not only not worth twenty two dollars it wasn't worth five dollars. You be the judge and look at the pictures attached. I don't recommend it and I'll never go back. Now I know why they're never busy.

I am very disappointed with the customer service I received at the DeSoto location today. I have been a loyal member of this car wash for over a year, even during times when the wash was temporarily down for maintenance or broken. Unfortunately, my recent experience was extremely frustrating and not handled properly by the older lady in the office. My personal vehicle has been in the repair shop since December, yet I have continued paying my membership for December, January, and February. When I attempted to bring my loaner vehicle through the wash, since my “family membership”(meaning more than one car)was still active—the Lady staff member in the office was unprofessional and unable to locate my account and did not seem familiar with the process for updating vehicle information or changing my vehicle until mine got out of the shop. She refused to assist me, even though customer care later confirmed that the vehicle on my account could have been temporarily updated until my car is returned. This interaction was handled in an unprofessional manner, and the lack of knowledge about basic account procedures created unnecessary inconvenience. After consistently supporting this business, “I expected much better customer service.” Unfortunately, this experience has caused me to reconsider continuing my membership. It’s sad that she would rather lose a customer instead of taking extra time to do her job.

Everytime I stop by the DeSoto car wash here recently I've gotten great experience I love to see Mrs p Mike and Marissa out there really working as a team. But what bothers me is that from time to time I see them getting cussed at and I sit and wonder sometimes how they deal with it. Well hats off to Mrs p again I can tell by her string leadership we have a good and trustworthy team now . And for that reason I'll continue to come .

Was at the beltline location on the 31st becuz they were the only car wash open when temps were below freezing. Upon entering the car wash the first brush that hit my car ripped my valve stem off my tire and the tire completely deflated before getting to the end of the wash. I submitted a claim for the new tire and roadside rescue and to my had the audacity to DENY the claim stating it’s not their fault. My car was perfectly fine when I pulled up. Afterwards one of the employees started “it was too cold to operate the car wash” and closed the wash and begin turning customers away. So how isn’t it their fault? I’ll be cancelling my membership immediately and tell everyone I know to go elsewhere. I hate companies that try to get over on customers. You never win when you play dirty.
