Very kind workers. Couldn't get a car wash due to my window being broken and ca t roll up but they made sure I was able to use the vacuums for free even without a car wash. Also an item fell out of my car when I went to speak with the gentlemen and after we pulled up he ran it to me and made sure I didn't lose it. These employees could not have been any nicer at all I truly could not explain how well they treated me and my family. We will continue to come here for any and all services they provide from here on out!

Detailer did an ok job, but did missed obvious things and didnt put things back he took apart. Car wash needs better cleaning didnt clean well. The young lady taking payment was very nice. She make the experience pleasent.

Jereemy had no way of knowing this. My daughter and I stopped in after leaving the final visitation for my mother. We were waking a quiet moment and decided to have the car washed. Jeremy was amazing talking and helping guide me in when I was having problems. He was patient and kind even though I know he was over me: it was a cold, yuck day and his happy demeanor and amazing attitude was incredibly refreshing and a positive experiee was given to us by Jeremy when we needed it most.

First time customer and I picked the $42 “Full Service”. I went through the wash and pulled around to have the interior done. At some point a manager, I’m assuming, approached and asked for a 5 star review. The audacity to ask for 5 stars before the end of my service AND for my car to come back in this condition is insane. While my car did come back cleaner than I left it, there was still quite a bit left untouched. The two star rating is for the decent customer service I received today. Not too many interactions happened and the little bit I did have weren’t bad. I would say that the person telling the customer what options are available should be more knowledgeable, but maybe it was too early and they hadn’t woken up quite yet. No issues with customer service other than a manager asking for a rating before my service had finished and without checking the work of the service supposedly provided. I would never go back to another Take5 car wash or oil change place again.

Mike and Jeremy made my day today! I was the last person there today and they still took their time and were in very good moods at the end of the day. They did a great job on my car also. I’ve already had a rough week and did not have the energy to clean my car as I usually go to the regular car wash where I do the inside myself. I had a lot on my mind and didn’t even think about not having much cash at the end of the day to tip as well, and they still made me smile and laugh before I left. Thanks guys. At first glance, car looked good- so I went on my way home. While driving in different light, inside was definitely not cleaned thoroughly- dust on dash still and hand prints in inside front windshield. I’ll just fix it at home- wasn’t sure about $39, but definitely expected better. Justin and Jamie were polite in interaction, but what’s concerning is that he said he needed a good review to keep his job. Management needs better criteria for performance evaluation. Someone can do a good job overall, but make mistakes. Actually observe your staff.
