They're all nice and they clean the cards really well I like this car wash and my kids like it too you should definitely go and the cleaning products are good too they have three different cleaning products and they're good and the washcloths are good too they don't live scratches or marks on the car they don't push in my mirrors and I like it you should definitely take your kids and you go and it's pretty cool that you can get the same payment for one car wash but for a whole month everybody goes here that are my friends and I like it

This is the WORST car wash. Tires and wheels don’t get clean, soap left all over the front of my car and only the back half of my car got dried. And no, this is not the first time I’ve gone through this car wash. This is the third and the last.

I love this place ❤️ I signed up for membership and it's cheap you can go as many times as you want, hahaha they have a scanner and let's you through immediately, their vacuum area is spotless always the machines work wonderfully never had a issue and they have multiple hoses with different heads for vacuuming, 2 trash bins per station, they have a mat washer it's free and they provide 2 types of cleaning towels one for windows the other for inside or outside of vehicle as many as you need, there free! They even provide Window Cleaners and I think the other stuff is for Vinyl. Can't beat the price anytime of day and closes at 7:00

Was a GREAT experience being it my 1st time 3ven though the place has been there for about 5yrs now i believe one of the TWO employees that were MORE THAN WILLING to help me out seeing as i didnt know nothing from nothing. We have the monthly unlimited car wash deal for 2 vehicles which is or was a good deal. Unfortunately, over the last year or so this location has dramatically gone downhill. First, the overhead dryer brush wheel quit working and then eventually the side brush dryers stopped as well. Instead of fixing them they removed them. Now the last 2 times that we have gone through, including today, the passenger side wash rotating brushes don't touch the vehicle and overhead brush in the wash section is not working either. Also, half the vacuums are out. Getting to a point that may be worth looking elsewhere. My advice, don't sign up at this time. UPDATE 11/7/2025. Thank you for the automated response which is worthless. Just went through the carwash again. Same issues, no repairs. Brushes on left don't touch the car as you pass through as well as the overhead not coming down to brush the hood and roof. Dryers are inefficient. Changing rating to 1 star.

Second time at this place. Came about 6 months prior and the right side of the car wash didn’t clean my car. Tried to reach someone and got no response. I ate that price. Second time was 11/7/25, paid $16 to come and find out the rollers for top of vehicles was not working. Didn’t bother to go through not pay for part of a carwash ended up backing out there. They should fix their equipment. Poor customer service.

The employee mikah helped me clean my entire car out. It was bad yall- roaches, food stuck in places i didnt even know existed, a portal to another dimension. Then he polished my tires and fixed my busted door. After my car had been completely transformed i got in to drive away and it burst into flames. He was the only employee who took his hat off, ripped my car door off and pulled me out of the flames. He suffered 5th degree burns but thankfully the hospital was able to give him a full skin transplant. He is a true hero. I went back a few weeks later with a friend to thank him for saving my life and then my friend went into labor and he helped her give birth on the side of the car wash. Best place ever to get your car washed!!!

How do you buy a successful business and destroy it. Some of the brushes don’t work or spin and you have to completely dry the vehicle yourself after the blowers. It just not this location the Brooksville location is the same but a hair better. After wash soap all over car and the dryer started when I was 80% past them. If you’re loosing customers there you go. I will not be renewing Hours changed so had to cancel my membership.

STAY AWAY FROM THIS BUSINESS. They have a video of my vehicle going in without a broken windshield. Came out broken there employee Aron is a witness to this. They still won't pay . We are picking the us 19 port richey locations starting possibly tomorrow of Friday . Stop by and tell us your stories about them. Hopefully a news chanel or 2 will pick up the coverage . The comunity needs to be ware of this place

This car wash their equipment broken my brand new car just 2 weeks bought it as 0 miles with one of the automatic wash machine, they took a supposedly report to contact me for take care the claim and I still waiting for their response. Don’t go there I been using auto car wash with radiant for years and never had any issues. I decided to try Take 5 car wash and I regretted of my decision.

Good car wash, $16 a month. for unlimited washes. They gave great vacuums, window cleaner and interior cleaners available for keeping the inside of your vehicle clean. Employees are friendly.

The customer service at this car wash was extremely disappointing. They refused to take responsibility for the damage they caused. I’ll be taking my business to Imperial Carwash from now on — they consistently provide excellent customer service and superior wash quality.
