This car wash is not worth your time. I have gone there for my last two washes and both times have left me with the grime I wanted to get off when I went in there. The first time I went, I payed for a normal $10 wash, and it left my car streaky and somewhat still dirty and spotty. I still gave the place the benefit of the doubt and went a second time and got the $15 wash. It STILL left my car dirty on the lower half of my car! On the upside, the customer service is great, but please take your money to another car wash if you want a clean looking car!

I had a great experience at Take 5 Car Wash! The staff was super friendly, Jaden was very friendly and helpful made the whole process quick and easy. My car came out sparkling clean, and I loved that they offer free vacuums and towels for extra detailing. Everything was well-maintained and easy to use. Definitely my go to spot for keeping my car looking fresh! Highly recommend!

22$ for the most expensive wash. And I was less than impressed. I wouldn’t waste my money coming back. And to top it off the driver side tires didn’t get tire shine and the passenger side did. Update : 3/28/25 stil sucks. Totally missed the back of the red pickup.

Thus is the absolute worst car wash facility I've ever used. My car is never clean after going through the wash. It sometimes you dint get all the services once I side the service. Let's talk about the vacuuming system, or lack thereof. None of the vacuums work and when they do work, there isn't enough suction to pick up ANYTHING! The towels smell sour, and always seem to leave a film on my car. Horrible!!!!!!

Car wash is great and now that the faulty membership computer system has finally been sorted out it is awesome. I average about .75 car washes a day! Price is competitive and less than a mile from my house. 321,000 miles!

Every time I’ve come to this location the staff is not friendly, they are either always bunched up together taking together, on their phones. Majority of the vacuums never work or are blocked off, any other take 5 location has allowed me or my children to use the bathroom as i am a customer paying monthly for a membership and was denied directed to go to the gas station across the street, i could understand it if i wasn’t a paying customer but to be a monthly member and be denied access to the bathroom isn’t ok

The people that work here are the laziest group of people I've had to deal with in a long time. When they do scrub the front and rear of my car like they're supposed to they do a half ass job at it. Today I showed up and no one was at the entrance to the car was, when the girl showed she gave me a dirty look then pushed a button and walked away. No car scrub no smile no desire to earn her check.. pathetic. I might need to find a new place

I paid for the membership. I got a car wash on 9/30 and while we were inside the car wash we felt the car move and heard a “thump” when I got out of my car to vacuum the panel around my wheel was torn off and bent. I went and got a worker and the manager came over to look at said “oh it was like that when you went in, I tried to clip it back”. My car is brand new and I haven’t even had it two weeks, it definitely was not like that. And EVEN IF IT WAS, why would you try to fix it your self and not tell the customer and let them go through the car wash knowing it would cause more damages? so after going back and forth about it not being like that they said I could submit a claim. I did. I got a email back saying my claim was denied saying they didn’t cause the damage. I asked for the video footage to see where they could prove my car was already damaged and they said they could not provide me the video as it is confidential. I then asked if I could have a copy of the claim I filled out when them so I could file a police report and got no response. I am extremely upset.

$24 for a wash with a wax per the employee there. Very expensive and brush people not very polite. Vacuum stations too close together. Had to hold my door half shut w one hand as I vacuumed w the other so my door wouldn't touch car next to me.

I have been paying for service for about 6 years now started when it was Mr. B's. I have had a few issues. Recently I took my brand new 2025 nissan in to wash it. Only having it for 2 months. The wash broke my back wiper completely off my car. Going to cost over $100 to fix it and said they won't pay because of normal wear on the wiper. Again I have had it for 2 months... no wear on it at all. The service is not good. They send people in too close together. I'm done and won't go back. Don't give them your hard earned money.

Great place to wash my truck. I had it last year on car and truck. It did a great job. $22 a month each. I got the cheapest this year $16 because it has gone to $27. Not really happy with the wash. Tires are still muddy and the wash was not good. Don't see how the wash has gone up so much.$20 for the middle wash would be better for me.

NO NOT COME HERE!!! The car wash damaged my car and their employees tried to fix it, but it didn’t help. The manager said he’d make a claim. We called two days later and they did not file it. We had to file the claim ourselves. Not even 24 hours later they said they denied the claim, because they’re car wash machines are too “gentle” to damage our wheel rim. They ignored all the other damage the car wash did to my car. Then said sorry we denied the claim. No other reasoning. NO NOT GO TO THEM!! The damage is 4,000$ in total repair cost.

Kam does a great job working here I think! He deserves an extra hour on his pay check for real. Wash is pretty decent and towels are always not stinky. My membership works pretty decent. Wish the wash would fix my truck for me tho.

This car wash used to be so great. I stopped today at 2pm for a wash and was excited to vacuum out the car- I have 4 kids and we have constant crumbs and dirt. I pulled up to pay and the attendant didn’t even look our way- but got mad when my son said “look at that girls hair!!” The wash itself was $22. I didn’t get a receipt because it was conveniently out of paper and I was told “oh that sucks. Sorry!” The wash itself wasn’t awful I guess, but for $22 you’d expect the car to be clean. I went to vacuum the car and guess what- they’re all either turned off or not working. Great. I asked another lady if they could be turned on and she just looked at me like I had 2 heads. Overall- staff aren’t friendly. Vacuums don’t work. Wouldn’t waste my money on this again.
