Car wash does a poor job at cleaning cars. My SUV came out with plenty of dirt and brush marks were the wash failed to clean the finish. Requested a rewash and provided my receipt, was told by the employee that the MGR says no rewashes allowed on the $18 wash. Employee agreed that the car did not get cleaned but said he would get in trouble if he rewashed the car. Never going back.

3914 Cedar Glades Drive Location Our family of 4 drivers frequents this location often, and Take 5 is the BEST car wash in town, but it’s long overdue we give some credit to someone we see just as often, BILLY! Came through with 2 cars this week (on the same day, different times of day) and Billy was there for both! He just has such an outgoing personality and really knowledgeable about the services they offer and what may be best for you. He’s not overbearing and trying to upsell either, just knows his stuff and lets you know how to make the most of your car washing experience. It’s obvious he enjoy his work, and loved that he even came by after the wash while we were taking advantage of the FREE interior cleaning products and wished us a good day again and complimented how good the car looked. Definitely the type of employee anyone would want representing their company!

Super friendly guys… Reasonable price for the quality of the car wash. My vehicle was pretty dirty with some dried on bird poop. The manager Billy let me go through the car wash a second time and my car looked amazing afterwards. The suction on the vacuums is amazing. I have never been in a car wash that had such strong vacuums. It really makes a difference. I would highly recommend this place. I will definitely be back!

Not only do all their services offered leave the outside of your car looking great, but their detail station and vacuums are AMAZING! The fact that everything you need from window cleaner, interior cleaner, and cloths are all made available to you for FREE is a total win for a completely clean car inside and out! They have really reasonable monthly plans too! The employees are super friendly and professional. They show enthusiasm in their work and keep things running so smoothly even during super busy times. A huge shout-out to BILLY! You’ll often find him right there standing at the machine willing to offer help, suggestions, and good conversation as you may have to wait a moment. Billy he really made this place a one I mean I used to go to the church location because I thought it was better but I swear every since Billy took his time to clean out all the air tubes I mean he got these things sucking like a Kirby vacuum I mean the towels and stuff always stay stacking me and he stays always working on the goal I want to give a special shout out to him because not only is he a good employee but he is he shows great leadership and I've been coming here over three years before it was even take five and I literally stopped going to this location just to go to Church Street because that location was something else before I take five and it was a better it was like Sudies or something but But now that it's take five has taken over but particularly at this location of Fortress Billy is the man I wanna give him a A+ +10 out of 10 customer service satisfaction friendly on task always available and if you need anything always around and always

I think my car looks the best it's looked since new. I live down a gravel road and my car stays filthy. When I had been through other car washes and it never came clean, I just gave up since it was going to get dirty as soon as I got home. I was so tired of my car being super dirty that I stopped by take 5, about 17 minutes before they closed. The staff was super friendly even though they wanted to go home and not do another run another car wash I'm sure.
