Very good automated car wash. The upgraded Show Stopper Wash actually gets the car clean. I have a family plan and run 3 different vehicles through weekly. Have yet to have any problems. Highly recommend.

Customer beware!!! If I could give them 0 stars I would. Aug 19,2023, I purchased a membership for my new vehicle. I was nervous about it but saw that they had good reviews so I gave it a try. That day, the was was great. The detail station is a very nice bonus. On Wed. Aug 23, 2023, I was close by so in I thought why not knock the dust off. That day, when I got out to dry my vehicle, I noticed a white spot on my windshield so I stood in the door frame to dry it and buff off whatever was left on the windshield. To my surprise, It was a deep gouge in the glass . After looking closely, I noticed deep scratches in the paint and trim from the windshield going back to the sunroof and beyond. My heart sank. This was an 85k two week old vehicle that I had waited on for a long time. I immediately went inside and canceled my membership. The attendant inside, Gabby, didn't even ask why, she just canceled it. I went back outside to finish drying my vehicle an to take off the membership sticker. After thinking about it, I walked in to tell her why I was canceling. She asked where on my vehicle it was damaged and after I told her the location of the damage, she argued with me that there was no way the carwash had damaged my car without even offering to go look at it. She proceeded to say that the roller on the top had been out of order for over a month and was I sure I didn't go to another location. At this point I am frustrated and asked if she was accusing me of lying? I tell her I had been sick all weekend and my vehicle had remained parked in the garage from Sat. when I purchased the membership, until today when I had some errands to run and I felt she needed to check the brushes to make sure no one else received damage to her car. I got on here to give a bad review but saw that another lady had complained of damage and the car wash told her to call or email and they would make it right. So I did both. I called and left a detailed message and emailed a detailed message with pictures of the damage. After a couple of weeks, I received a text message saying to return to the car wash and fill out a incident report. I went back to their location on Sept. 11, 2023 and asked to fill out a report. The lady on shift this day, I believe her name was Courtney, actually walked out and looked at my vehicle and agreed that the scratches were very evident. She asked me to text her the pictures so that she could give them to her boss. Today, I finally receive a letter from Fleet Response representing the car wash saying that they have no evidence that the car wash caused the damage to my car. This is very disappointing ! I have worked hard all my life and this is the first really expensive vehicle I have ever owned. I take very good care of it and Take 5 didn't keep their word about making it right. I will make sure to tell anyone thinking of taking their car to this location to beware!!

I just want to say thank you for your guises help instead of denying me I get it. My car was muddy and if you would’ve pushed it through, it would ruined a lot of stuff for another car like I said before this is the best car wash I will go to it every time because they were nice enough to spray my car off ahead of time before it went through instead of denying me I appreciate everything you guys do

This car wash DESTROYED all of my windows, front, back, and sides. It’s going to cost me over a grand to get this fixed and I know I’m going to have to pay for it out of pocket as they will not take accountability. I have called and left messages with no response. My windows look like someone has taken sand paper to them. PLEASE do NOT go to this car wash if you value your car. You will leave needing to pay for thousands in damages.

I had a monthly subscription with this car wash and attempted to cancel after no longer living in the area. There is no way to speak to an actual person, neither the local location nor the corporate number allows you to talk to anyone. The only option is email. I sent my first cancellation email in December 2025 and received written confirmation on January 5, 2026 that my membership was canceled and that I would not be charged again. Despite this, I was still charged on January 13, meaning the cancellation was clearly not processed. I have since sent multiple follow-up emails requesting a refund and have received no response at all. Being charged after receiving confirmation of cancellation, combined with the complete lack of customer service, is extremely disappointing and frustrating. I would not recommend signing up for a subscription here unless you’re prepared to jump through hoops just to cancel and get your money back.

Do not use their mobile app. The location in my town was sold to another company and my account was cancelled in September of 2025. Their automatic billing system attempts to bill my credit card on an average of every 5 days. I have contacted them through email and phone and their customer service is non existent. I have over 25 emails from their "do not reply" system where payment was attempted. I was able to block payment from my card through my issuer but doesn`t change the fact they continue to make attempts to bill me for an account that was cancelled 5 months ago. Beware of this company. The number you provided does not connect me to a live person. All previous inquires have gone unanswered, including multiple voice mails to the link you have provided in your automated system.

I’m typically a touchless car wash girl, but I’d heard great things about this place recently & thought I’d check it out. Consider me converted! Everybody was friendly, especially Miss Alli who made sure everything ran smoothly, and the whole process was very efficient. 10/10 I’ll definitely be back!

The carwash was packed. Carey was at the entrance helping new customers but also took the time to hand me a (member) a card to give a review on the carwash. I love the way the carwash is setup where you can have car wash and dry the outside and clean the inside/mats/sweep. Plenty of towels and cleaners to use. The employees are very pleasant and helpful.

The automatic car wash scratched the hood, roof and trunk of my 2015 Honda civic. I had just gotten my car back from sleek n shine detailing and so the scratches stood out, it’s all over my front hood and perfectly just on the hood not on the bumper or sides. I filed the damage report immediately and now I’m just waiting. I’ve only read and heard horrible things about payouts. I’m so upset I can’t even put it into words. I happen to have photos of my car before the detailing and I have witnesses at the shop as well that I believe would stand with me. I want my car fixed. EDIT* I have been calling several times a day and I stood in the office at the car wash yesterday on Monday for like 20 minutes then I left, I can not get ahold of anyone. Would you please contact me you have my information from the damage report.

I Love going to Take 5 it's the best car wash ever!! The people are great always so friendly and accommodating it's like family !!😉 The vacuum stations are powerful and there's a station with cleaning supplies ready for you for free!! No need to carry your own stuff around with you. Best lace hands down in the tristate area!!! I especially Love Allison she's always the very best and I've never seen her not happy she makes my day every time!! Love her like she's my own !! ❤️
