Wish I would have read yelp and reviews here BEFORE wasting my time and money. I saw a BOGO wash from the road so gave it a try ( you had to spend $20 or $25 to get that) I went with the most expensive wash since it would (so I was expecting) be free next time. It didn’t get the front, back, and handles, basically anything. I cleaned the inside and took pics. I went back through the line for them to fix it. Unlike other car washes there was NO ONE at the machine so after three horn honks someone came over. His solution? USE MY FREE CARWASH!!! 🤬 it’s still not clean so I will be going to spend $20 at Bubbles Express who actually cleans cars. I took a video but can’t post it :(

Attendant was at the kiosk and took my order. The wash used to be $6 to get a wash with the attendant scrubbing my car. Goo Goo carwash now is promoting buy a pass and use it monthly for $30 .

It’s a great car wash because of the number of locations in our area and surrounding areas. All the ones we’ve been to have really done a good job of taking care of their mechanical issues. And always good vacuum and drying towels.

All locations need to be updated. Better vacuum cleaners that actually work and they don’t really scrub your car before it goes to the car wash. I’m about to cancel my subscription because I’ll run down the locations are

I would not recommend Goo Goo to anyone. My new bumper was torn off in their car wash and they did not pay A DIME to compensate me. Their Manager and their Regional Dave both blocked my number and would not get back In contact with me after the incident. My car is in Terrible shape thanks to their business. It’s a shame that they can get away with such sad customer service. If I could post the video of their machinery ripping off my bumper in this review I would.

Customer service was awesome!! The wash was okay, but the damage to my vehicle is the reason that I won't be back. I should have stuck with my gut and just washed it myself. I was half way home before I noticed the damage. I had just got off from work and didn't want to turn around. Only reason this is a 3 star rating rather than a 1 or 2 is because of the customer service that I received while visiting.

Ripped my antenna off my car (Hyundai Genesis). As of today 9/14, nothing has been done. I provided an estimate and I was supposed to receive a call Thursday but no later than Friday... Today is Saturday. Managers are Steven and Jay (who was really nice when this happnened). I will update this review if and when my issue is resolved.

I like this location, most of the ones I have visited in Bham are not as good, always having issues with vacuums, which make the experience unpleasant. However, while visiting Huntsville, customer service was good and the towels and window cleaner made the experience a whole lot better. So I wait to visit Huntsville for a car wash if need be.

The worst car wash center the vacuums do not pick up any dirt!! Also the guy told me I couldn’t get a $11 car wash because it doesn’t work and made me get a $17 one and said I had to sign up for 30 days. I told him I do not wish to sign up just give me the wash and he did anyway!

The place looks nice and the location is convenient, which had me optimistic at first. Unfortunately, the wash didn't quite meet my expectations. I paid nearly $30 for the Pro 5 Plus wash, but my car still had some issues afterward. The windows were streaky, there was some remaining dirt around the trim, and the wheels were still pretty grimy. I was hoping for better results for that price. The vacuums were a bit of a letdown. The first one I tried didn't have much suction power and struggled with the dirt and small debris from the floor mats. I switched to another one that worked a little better, but still wasn't as effective as I'd hoped. On the positive side, the staff was friendly and helpful. I can tell they're trying to provide good service, so no complaints there at all. I think in a competitive market like ours here in HSV where every other new construction is a car wash, customers are right to have high expectations, especially with so many other options nearby. Overall, the facility is nice and the customer service is good, but the wash quality needs some work for that price.

Today at Take 5 the customer service was horrible! The individual working today was on the phone the entire time and our car wasn’t all the way clean after the wash was completed. The front or back of the car wasn’t scrubbed before entering the wash because the individual working was on the phone. No Car freshen was given either.

Went from 5 to 3 stars now because they weren't open for a lot of days (staffing issues) and constant marketing texts. 11/17/23 I am loyal Take 5 brand customer, and I am accustomed to their superior level of service. I was NOT DISAPPOINTED when I came here to wash my car. These gentlemen portrayed professionalism and a caring attitude! Zach explained all the available options to me, and Charles and Jason made sure the car was prepped to go into the wash. There are FREE VACUUMS here, AS WELL AS FREE AUTO DETAIL PRODUCTS FOR YOUR USE. They only offer Armor All brand products, so you know you're getting top-quality products! They have microfiber towels available as well, to make sure you don't have fuzzies left all over your car. The largest package is only $39.99 a month, which includes unlimited washes and drying. Other places charge you that much, but they don't offer the amenities you will receive here. I will DEFINITELY be back, and I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND you give this location on Waddell Drive off University Drive across from Target.
