This is hands down the absolute best Take 5 Car Wash! Jay and Brandon were absolutely phenomenal. I’ve never had service like this at a drive through. They were super personable and really took the time to go the extra mile without missing a beat. Not just for me but for the other several patrons that came during my time there. They consistently checked on me and even jumped in to help me wipe down my tires once they caught everyone up. What amazed me was the efficiency! They never missed greeting anyone or even just sharing a welcoming smile to anyone they walked by. Every single vacuum area and detail area was immaculate. Not one overflowing can and greatly organized. I opted to purchase the $40 unlimited plan with full intent to come straight to this location moving forward. You can tell everyone here takes great pride in their work and their location.

My vehicle requires when I put in neutral or carwash mode that I press the brakes to shift into drive. Because Take5 spaces cars to one car in the carwash at a time this does not cause incidents. The other carwashes cram you in like cattle and I have experienced an incident that was good. Highly recommend Take5. My vehicle came out very clean and shiny. The complementary towels, interior cleaner, glass cleaner, and air freshenera are the best. 09-22-2024 update - got the best carwash at Take 5 on coursey Blvd. Love how shiny the car is. Excellent 👌 interior cleaner and window cleaner with fresh clean rags. Always love the complimentary air freshener.

I see my review was deleted so I am posting again. I am a monthly paying customer and I never had a problem until Chis the manger came to this location. I asked him to use the bug cleaner that they normally pass over the front and back of my Suv and he said no. My monthly payment doesn’t pay for it. I told him I would report it and he stated he would give me his card so I can report it. I declined. Someone took my post down and I am putting it back up. He is lazy and just leans on the poles outside. He doesn’t want to work. His unpleasantness as a manager is unacceptable. Also, instead of this company reaching out to mr to discuss my concerns. The post was deleted. You all have all of my information and I would like someone to reach out to me for a discussion. Thanks.

Their vacuums are disrespectfully noisy. We addressed it when you first opened and it got better for a short amount of time. I gave a 5 star for your quick response. But y'all have gone back to that miserable sound. So the 1 star stays.

After running my truck thru the car wash after I had it detailed two weeks prior this car wash left marks in my paint from what appears the whipping bands of the car wash. After reaching out to the car wash I received no response. I strongly recommend going to another car wash such as White Water Car Wash More locations, more options, and most of all a better wash.

Thank you for a clean friendly environment my husband and I came to this location for the first time I usually go to the airline location while I was cleaning my floor matts the vacuum head came off the manager came out right away to have the issue fixed. Within seconds He was very kind very polite. Thank you for your service. We will be back

The car wash left my vehicle with a mirror shine! The staff was friendly and Kenya went out of the way with her customer service! I love the interior cleaner and microfiber towels. That interior cleaner is the truth! Membership me please!! Oh and that vacuum, if you don’t watch out you’ll suck your self through if you don’t have meat on your bones🤣🤣🤣 it’s A1!

Great customer service here and the employees are a pleasure to deal with. Update: They open this location at 9am now, was 8am which is still later than all the others. Had to pass these places while they are closed and that is frustrating!

Back at the carwash again. Gotta keep my ride clean. Take 5 carwash does a good job cleaning my vehicle. Roc did a great job signing me up for my subscription when I started patronizing this business. There was an unspoken price increase within the last month..... Better communication between the company and the customers is needed. A quick email would've been nice. Other than that the workers were great and displayed a high level of customer service today.

Amazing service from smiling Troy. One of the best employees I’ve ever seen here. Very enthusiastic, a constant a smile, and great waving technique. He scrubbed my windshield, my tires, my mirrors, he did the full shabang before I even went through the wash.
