They took it over from an old Asian couple and made it worse... After paying $16, I still had to hand clean my car (see attached). Don't get the unlimited plan, you'll be mad. The car wash itself, the inside mechanical parts, barely touched my car, and it shows. Even the window and interior cleaner are sub par. You may as well pour water on a napkin and wipe your windows. The ONLY thing that I have ABSOLUTELY NO PROBLEM WITH is the vacuum. At this particular car wash, it was and still is A+. Other than that, go across the street to Rain Drop...

I start at take five to try the car wash. I loved it. My car looked is so good the vacuum cleaners was awesome. Customer service was excellent. I love the whole experience to the point. I had an excellent experience at Take 5 Car Wash! The employees went above and beyond with their customer service and attention to detail. Of all the car wash facilities I’ve been to, this was the first time I’ve ever had both sides of my vehicle pre-washed before going through the tunnel. Their teamwork and dedication really stood out, and they clearly take pride in doing their job at an exceedingly high standard. I left with my car looking great and feeling well taken care of. Highly recommend this location!

Absolutely terrible a service I went through wash 3 times and even offered do my own rewash areas and they refused to let me. All the time one lady was stating how under paid she was and she refused to prewash anyone. What is worse than that is my dad has unlimited membership!! Worst experience I could have imagined.

I also received a complimentary car wash while updating my membership due to some machine issues, but that’s just a small part of the experience. The staff is absolutely fabulous! Realistically the car wash was fine. The free vacuums were alright, could use some maintenance. My issue is I was lied to in an attempt to upsell. I just wanted a quick basic $10 wash. The attendant told me it doesn't have soap in it. That sounded weird but whatever, I mostly just want to vacuum grandma's beater. He proceeded to go on about how people get upset there's no soap, even though they were warned. Really went on about it. The $10 wash immediately and clearly sprayed the entire car down with soap.

Don’t be misled by the size or location! The staff and the car wash are absolutely wonderful!! Most places, you would have to pay to detail your car but here you do not it comes with your actual car wash! For us veterans the one in here in Centerpoint, they offer military discount!!! 🥳🥳🥳
