People are being scammed at the Take 5 Car Wash located at 400 24th Street, Birmingham, AL 35233. They are telling customers that the $11 wash is no longer accepted, forcing people to pay $17 instead. However, the computer system still shows the $11 wash as available. I am submitting this complaint because this practice is dishonest and misleading.

Prince was really nice w customer service, made sure I was taken care of. This place is my go to. I still come to this car wash as it's very convenient. The staff is nice and helpful if needed . There are a couple of vacuums that are out of order, so look where you park or you'll have to re- park to be able to use one. Murray helped me out today with a clogged vacuum. Top guy! Still using this as my go to car wash 6/2024 easy to get in and out of , so convenient. Tim is always sure to say hi when I come through.

The people here are scamming people out of there money the black girl told me do nor put cash in machine I said why not it's not a sign up covering the machine she stated money will get stuck.. So I hesitated gave her the money ask for receipt she took 10 minutes to find someone else receipt that had a visa card number. Do not go here they are scammers I paid with cash not a visa card. ........ corporate I want my money back .....everyone that came to that wash with cash got scammed

Aidan scrubbed so many bugs off the front of my car, the grill was completely spotless. I didn't want him to do so because he looked so exhausted, but he kept begging me so I had no choice. I've never seen someone so dedicated to brushing cars like him

Stopped in for just a basic wash and to use the vacuums. Charles was kind enough to introduce me to the cleaning station which was new for me. Great experience, but the bathroom didnt have soap or paper towel for me after getting my hands dirty. I cleaned my windows, mirrors, lights and tires which of course left my hands gross. Luckily there was an attendant to provide me some soap so thats cool

The guy that’s supposed to pre scrub the front took his brush and barely did the front left of the car (just what he could reach without moving I guess) and didn’t scrub it in at all. The machine that washed mats doesn’t work so I asked him later if he had a brush or anything for the mats and he was not helpful with that and was not pleasant to interact with. Everybody else was really nice.

Was not greeted by any of the workers but it’s ok I understand it was cold. I wish they would have used the brush to scrub my grill and trunk area. The vacuums seem to work better today but they need a little more pressure and the best part was they finally put soap and napkins in the bathroom. Thanks.

I have used the service in Georgia and Alabama in this location is supreme, I think it has some reflection to do on management did not take the time out to introduce myself to them but I will and my next visit continue the great service and leadership at this location.

I just wanted to take a moment to let you know that Mr. Charles gave me exceptional service. He talked me into the 5Plus wash and gave me all the reasons I should purchase it. Once I was out of the wash and cleaning my car, he came over and encouraged me to stay for as long as I needed to, and he’d be there if I needed anything. If Mr. Charles isn’t in management already, I think he should be. People like him are hard to find in customer facing roles, and I will be returning because of him. Thanks so much.
