The wash Work's great! The price has went up. Yesterday got a car wash and noticed that things are changing. Price increase Different areas to park n vacuum your car with Upgrade service parking. Most of the vacuuming systems were down or had no suction. It takes a long time to use this location. I'm usually waiting for the wash to reopen or there's a issue with the machine to pay for a wash. I purchased a 9$ wash and was satisfied with the wash. You definitely have to pay Xtra for anything that involves cleaning tires. The whole idea is that the service is fast,fair priced n ready for my business and this location takes longer to use 🤔 is more expensive and has a vacuum system that doesn't work properly. Without the quick quality service I will be price n quality shopping around.This location is convenient for a lot of people. The staff is friendly but the spot needs changes for more business.

I absolutely adore this place! Yesterday, the manager approached me when the wash was closed, and she took the time to ensure I was kept in the loop about when it would reopen. It really touched me how she went out of her way to provide such attentive care. This kind of customer service truly stands out!

I just had the best experience today 9/8/25 at 3pm The gentleman working with a hat on and a smile went out of his way to make sure my car was sprayed off and tires were pressured wash. Then he came over and offered to shine my tires and I told him I was good. He noticed my car seats and asked if he could pressure wash my rubber floor mats and I said are you sure your busy and he said of course your a mom you need clean floor mats. And he took them and sprayed the nasty mats off with a smile! He went above and beyond! I was considering canceling my membership but he restored my confidenced in humanity and I am not canceling!! What a great hire! I’ve never seen him there before I hope he stays!!

Wasn’t the best. Decided to try the carwash after seeing the monthly pass for $17 special. Once the carwash was complete it was still missing spots and did not get the bugs off and didn’t clean the wheels good. If you only need the car sprayed off maybe use it, but not for a good cleaning.

Kinda upset that there is still a lot of visible dirt on my car (front/rear bumper, doors, windows) after going through the wash, but from a distance it does look mostly clean. The vacuums worked wonders though (it literally took off one of my artificial nails) and I really liked the fact they provided towels, glass cleaner, and interior cleaner. Overall it was a decent experience

I was considering cancelling my membership but DeAnthony changed my mind. On our way back from the beach my son threw up out of the window and it looked and smelled terrible. Since my membership was still active we decided to come by on our way home. D scrubbed it off for me before I even rolled through and sprayed my car down. While I was vacuuming he offered to shine my tires and clean our floor mats. Never has anyone came out to speak to me after I’ve been through the wash. He made sure we had everything we needed with a smile on his face and we appreciated it after the long drive. And he gave my son a lollipop to feel better, 10/10 service, attitude, and business! Keep it up D!

I have two monthly memberships. Have gone through the wash many times. Car is clean when it’s done with the wash. I always dry my car with the provided blue microfiber towels which I appreciate. Most vacuum stations do work for the most part. I have gone early in the morning and also just before closing. The hours do change based on the season so make sure u check before you go unless it’s in the main part of the day. I am satisfied with this car wash and the staff is courteous. I have also gone to other locations with my membership. So glad i started using a car wash. Before, I was at home trying to keep 6 vehicles clean by myself. AWSOME

Went through the wash today (1/28) at the US280 location. A piece of equipment inside the wash was not working and proceeded to break off one of my outside mirrors. Not folded, sheared off. Hanging by the power cable. The three employees there, while pleasant, had no supervisor on site with them. 6 hours later and I still haven’t heard from a manager. I filed a damage claim. We will see how long this takes to get resolved. Things happen, but no responsible person on-site is a problem. An employee told me this wash was 17 years old and needed a lot of work. Hopefully I will hear from a manager or above tomorrow to get more information on repairs. **UPDATE** Still waiting on any response from their 3rd party claims firm concerning the damage to my vehicle. It’s been 4 days without any response. **UPDATE 2** Filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau 2/5. Also emailed Take5’s president. She read the email without responding. Still NO communication from them or their claims provider. Avoid this business like the plague. You’ve been warned. This may be the most expensive car wash I will ever get.

It was Christmas Eve, and I had just gotten off the highway after an 8-hour drive. Hoping for the best, I arrived near closing time and if it wasn’t for an early Christmas miracle, my BMW would have to suffer the holidays feeling like a lump of coal. That miracle soon became a reality as I saw Aliha’s and Melvin’s welcoming smile. They waved me in as if I were Santa’s sleigh delivering a bowl full of soapy bubbles. Aliha and Melvin represent the best of customer service. I will be back!

Worker were polite and courteous, and was helpful. The site manger was very helpful and showed she was dedicated to doing her job and making sure that all customers were happy and satisfied with their car wash. I like the way the site manager came up and engaged in a conversation with me. It made me feel like a special customer. She did not only engage in a conversation with me, but I saw her go around and do the same to all other customers that were at the car wash when I was there. This young lady should be recognized as going above and beyond her duties as a site manager to ensure and uphold the values that are expected from this company.

I went to the car wash on Highway 280 in Birmingham Alabama and Tony gave impeccable service. He went above and beyond my tires were even detailed. It was just excellent service. I’ve never felt so welcome and so well SERVICE as a customer and also I got a new car so I no longer had the sticker. It was on my original vehicle that was sold and Tony TONY went out of his way to make sure that I got my my card with the customer number on it so that I can present it each time that I go and get a car wash just A+ Service give Tony

Thanks to Aliah, my experience at Take 5 Car Wash was outstanding. She went above and beyond to make sure I was happy, even helping wipe my car down while multitasking to ensure her coworkers were delivering the same level of service. The customer service at this location was excellent, exceptional, and very pleasant. All of the employees were professional and clearly knew how to do their jobs. I do recommend that the company consider upgrading the site. The mat cleaner was not working, and the towels were damp; however, once I mentioned it, Aliah provided dry towels right away. Overall, a great experience thanks to the amazing staff.

Aliyah was incredibly helpful with my vehicle and went over the top! She walked over and helped me clean my rims and did the same for every other customer there. Gave me fresh towels and refilled my chemicals to get my car nice and shiny. She even handwashed an old school trans am next to me. What an amazing, helpful, valuable employee. Because of Aliah, I will be coming back to get car washes for a long time!
