One thing I like about the TA is that they have all sorts of things for trucks phone gadgets eating crazy stuff and clothes and more things for cars sta particular of course they all have other cat scale we can see this is a good place to come here and fix the tire now Sporting Life is very uncomfortable most of the parking lot you'll see I have a difficulty to park because of little space to turn other than that it's not bad what is a good place to come here and do a reset you can see inside there is a Subway or Taco Bell and a restaurant by the restaurant named the best the phone is not the best but to do a restart here it's not bad.

After 10pm this place is roadkill. Absolutely terrible. No food. Fast food restaurant closes at 10pm. Men using the women restrooms. Makes it worse if you are heading north this is the last stop for food. So good luck with that.

I stopped at the Travel Centers of America (TA) truck stop and was shocked at how filthy the bathrooms were. The floors were sticky, the stalls hadn’t been cleaned in a long time, and the sinks were covered in grime to the point that I couldn’t even brush my teeth there. For a place that serves professional drivers and travelers daily, the level of cleanliness was unacceptable. Bathrooms are supposed to be the most basic standard of hygiene, but these were downright nasty. TA needs to step up their cleaning and maintenance because this was one of the worst truck stop restroom experiences I’ve ever had.

I stopped into this TA Travel Center which is in Redding California on my way back coming down from Seattle and turns out I needed a tool to use to fix something on my vehicle and so I went into there in the mechanic shop and I tell you I got great customer service from WENDY and also ALAN and they were very helpful took time out physically showed me the tool I was going to get just very very helpful. I can tell they they really seem to care about what they’re doing and I really appreciate them, they were a huge help, I definitely recommend this TA travel center for anyone driving up and down I-5 five and when I’m in the area this is the truck stop I’m gonna stop at again, they will definitely get my business again.

Saturday, May 10th…drove out of our way to get to Redding TA Service Center for an oil change in our Renegade RV Freightliner. Service gentleman was nice but informed me they don’t work on or do oil changes on any RVs even if they’re Freightliner. Company policy. So if you have a Super C…head to Love’s. They work on Freightliners! I’ll spread the word on Renegade FB so you won’t be bothered anymore.

Travel Centers are definitely the bottom rung when it comes to truck stops. Usually they are just serviceable and just clean enough. This location is not the exception. Also, I had the misfortune of trying to get gas when they were having maintenance done to the pumps. All the pumps. So, yeah, no gas for me. Had to make a second stop elsewhere. Guess it’s got to get done.

You can spend $300 on fuel for your RV but they tell you that you cant goto the shop to get air in the tires. Can you believe that? A truck stop with no air for RVs. Thanks for nothing. Oh and that Popeyes sucks too!

Drivers beware where and how you park. You can get completely blocked in by other drivers. It is a fairly descent size lot, however inconsiderate drivers will literally park anywhere and block trucks. At this rate something bad will happen, maybe it already has. Smh

A couple of years ago this place was decent had plenty of parking and you could find a spot no matter how late you pulled in. Now its taken a turn for the worst. You have idiots that park where they want no one enforces no parking areas. And the fun part is the big holes that have appeared. They started as small pot holes but due to the owner obviously not fixing it these have gown into full size truck eaters. Hit the eye of one of these bad boys and your trucks gonna take a nap. Worse part is they are directly in the middle of where you drive through the lot. It was nice of them to put a yellow wall looking thing there like on construction sites. I guess this is just how we do things now. What confuses me is how they cant get it fixed with the prices they charge. Also the showers oh my god. I understand this place may be a little older but seriously I've seen older TAs with better. It looks like they turned a closet into a shower with mold all over. This isn't the TA standard. Time to move into the 21 centery here. You took time to remove the restaurant and update that area but didnt do anything to the showers. You also painted the areas for paid parking but left truck sized holes in the lot. Oh and letting the homeless pile up in the lot and take over spaces the working drivers need. Dont forget the trash either. Come on TA you can do better.

We stopped here for an overnight in our van. Staff was helpful and polite. Took a shower in the morning and the facilities were clean and well maintained. The porter, Geo, was friendly and helped me understand the process. I'd be happy to come back again.

Not the greatest rest stop. When I went at 6:30am they had not put out the warm food yet and most the coffee was gone. Bathrooms were not the cleanest. They do have showers and trucker amenities.

This TA truck stop has gone way downhill over the past few years. What used to be a decent, clean place to stop is now a total mess. The parking lot is full of massive potholes that could seriously damage a rig if you’re not careful. Trash is always piled up next to the garbage bins like no one ever bothers to empty them. Bathrooms are filthy—smell bad, floors are sticky, and it looks like they haven’t been properly cleaned in a long time. The food court isn’t any better. Both the pizza spot and Popeyes have dirty counters, messy floors, and tables that clearly don’t get wiped down between customers. Half the soda machines are broken, too. This place clearly doesn’t care about upkeep anymore. Definitely not what you’d expect from a TA.

This is a medium size property with room for any size rig or RV. The lots were clean, well lit, well maintained and fairly level. Store was well stocked and well staffed. $18 clean shower with hot water. I had 4 bars of Verizon 5G roaming. As always, I left my area cleaner than when I arrived and made an in store purchase to thank TA for allowing me to overnight.

I just wanted to leave a review here because I had an excellent customer service experience here. Thanks to Angelina and Robert. I forgot my ticket, I dropped it somewhere for the shower and she really went out of her way to, you know, even walked as far back to look at the screen and then talk to another employee who was back there, Robert, to give me a, you know, open up something just because the ticket just looked funny. But nevertheless, it didn't stop her from providing us with a customer service and Robert for actually finding me a shower. I was really nice and clean. Thank you. Great service here at this TA in Reading.
