I just got my car two weeks ago and decided to get the windows tinted. I live in the area and I see this place all the time so I said I will give it a shot. Not only did Dbo do a great job at a nice price he also took my business at the last minute. I really appreciate this and I will refer this business to all my friends.

Brought the car for the first time at this place because it was highly recommended. After waiting for more than an hour, I was informed that it was done. I checked the car and discovered that there are a lot of small black dots/spots everywhere (mostly in front and sides). I asked the person who washed my car and he said that it was there because I recently painted my car. FYI. My car is 6 months old and the newest CHR model of Toyota. If you are not familiar with it, it is the most recent model of Toyota released this year. So how come the person who washed my car said it was recently painted with black spots. The black spots are very noticeable. If you are thinking that it was already there before they washed my car, then you are wrong. Again, the black spots are very noticeable. I should not be complaining if I already knew that it was there from the start. I am the type of person that takes good care of the car especially the outside appearance. I brought my car to have it washed and not to create a damage to the paint. I am very upset and annoyed about this incident. One star is not enough! It should have been a 0 rating!

T & T Auto Detailing is by far the best detailing company in the Baltimore region. Excellent customer service from the staff and owner keeps me coming back. Worst experience ever! I arrived at opening, 9:30 am and was car number 3. I was there for nearly 3 hours to get a car wash (2 hours and 42 minutes). I was called to my car and was told that my car was very dirty and asked when I had it washed last. I realized at that moment that the reason this was taking so long was because he person washing the cars was also the one at the register. A car wash with one person working. He should be more concerned about get employees than when I washed my car. When I finally got, while the inside looked good, my windows and mirrors were smeared. Never to go there again.

My wife told me about T&T Auto a while back. I recently purchased a new black Mercedes so I decided to give them a shot. One of the best decisions I made regarding my car! It's difficult keeping black cars clean. However, my car gets showroom clean every time I take it T&T. The wax that they use also last for a considerable amount of time. The prices are reasonable and they even have an unlimited monthly plan (I'm considering signing up). The owner and staff are professional as well. I definitely recommend T&T for your car detailing needs.

So far, I have used T & T's services twice and clearly see the attitude of excellence in their work. I've looked for a service that would help me preserve my car's appearance at a reasonable cost. T & T hit the mark for me. I know it takes time to achieve the results I wanted, so I didn't expect to be in and out. Happily, for me, it was worth the wait.

I've been taking my car to T&T since I've moved to the area in 2012. I've developed a great business relationship with the owner. Sometimes he can be a bit abrasive, but he is a very good person and takes his work very serious. I plan on T&T services my car detailing needs until I leave this area. Remember* it's hand wash so it does take time.

I was looking forward to booking an appointment for full detailing of my SUV but didn't. I was discouraged by the attitude of the person to whom I asked about available appointments over the phone. Sometimes that's all it takes to lose business.

Went for Combo 2 (exterior wash & interior Vaccum) and I really liked the service. Had scheduled an appointment and reached 20 minutes before. Vehicle was taken in exactly on time of my appointment and completed within promised time. My car is neatly hand washed and vacuumed. I would definitely go here for interior detailing soon.

I’ve been coming to T & T for about 3 months now. I was looking for a company that provides a membership plan that would allow me to have unlimited car washes at a reasonable price. After doing a Google search of local businesses I stumbled across T & T. The owner is very professional and took his time to explain his services. He sets realistic expectations so that you are not surprised by the wait time and will make suggestions regarding the best time to come based on your schedule. Most car washes that offer a monthly plan do so because the car washing process is automated. That is not the case here. You get an excellent hand washed car at every visit. While this of course adds time to the process the results are well worth the wait. I have never been dissatisfied with the work here. I’m sure there is a monthly plan to fit your needs. I decided to go with the 12 month commitment that provides unlimited car washes every month and a 20% discount on the other detailing options that are available. The only negative thing that I can say about the business is the processing fee for using a credit card over a certain amount. I hate fees, but I understand there is a cost associated with doing business. I still gave 5 stars because I have the option of paying every month using cash to eliminate the fee. If you are looking for a place to get a quality hand car wash you should seriously consider T & T Auto Detailing!!!!

After reading the reviews I decided to give this place a try to detail my car - I have to say they have exceeded my expectations with the delivery of services they provide as well as customer service. Initially they did some paint correcting to my car to fixed some paint swirls and other minor paint issues and my car came back looking like BLACK ICE!!! Tayvon was professional and timely with the service, offering some options for my convenience as drop off and pick up. He was very thorough in explaining the process and products used. Afterward I signed up for the car wash membership and so that's working out well, definitely a great deal...be forewarned, and they will tell you, the wait times can be real but I go prepared with a book, work, etc. because the wait is worth it for the end result! Also, I had been here a couple times in the past for basic car washes for my other rides (on a humble) so I had an idea of the level of service going in so I was completely confident that they would take excellent care of my new whip...they did that!
