Prices ok, close to my home so I visit often. Staff was super-quick, car wash is good, but it always misses bottom rear of my car (but it's pretty low).

The discount of carwash did not work and they charge me more than it should. I spoke with the person in charge and they were not able to help me. They did not care, told me that next time. It is my first time I post a bad review and I dont like it, but the attitude of the guy was the worst.

The fuel you get is fine. It will make your car go. But the car wash will definitely damage your wiper blade . So factor that in the gas prices.

Good place ,only thing it's on junction St that some times it's not easy to enter or exit too much traffic! they have car wash that is self checkout.

The service at this Shell station is appalling. I used the car wash which was not working properly and did not wash my car. I spoke with Mauricio the clerk and he was rude, misinformed and condescending. I live 4 hours away and his solution was to come back tomorrow when the manager was in. I told him I live 4 hours away and his response was I know. The clerk Mauricio should be fired as he does not represent the business and the owner Raj in a positive light. Mauricio will dramatically affect this business in very negative way.

It's an ok place. The gas price is always super high here. But j guess so is the case with the shell. I got care wash here a couple of times. It was good experience. The guy at the service center is very helpful. I go here because of the proximity to my location.

Pumps fail to read at tap credit cards and their chip card readers fail to read too sometimes. Walked up to kiosk to pay in advance and no attendant. Can’t pump in fuel.

Has diesel gas, but Jesus the traffic to get into this place is a freaking nightmare. Waiting for the damn traffic light to change while you are 20 feet from the driveway can take up to 10 minutes. Invariably when you do get here the whole place is shut down because they are restocking the gas tanks. Also, watch out for the curbs that jut out from the car wash near the air and water station, it's a sure way to scrape up your wheel real quick.

Be careful on the car wash, they put the most expensive one on the top of the list. 11 bucks for a express car wash, please allow me to call it a rip off! I wanted to change my selection, the guy simply said that's your fault, no refund and no change....

So I've used this car wash a couple times. Never a great wash but it was close to the house and the kiddo knew that was the car wash. Today I drove in, it sprayed the car with soap, then the brushes spun around for a min nowhere close to the car, and then it ran a rinse. Knocked for the attendant and he said my 4 door car is too small and the sensors don't work, so I asked for a refund. His response was to ask how he would know my dripping wet car right on the other side of the wash had gone through the carwash. There are better options around with much better service.

Terrible car wash. My car comes out almost as dirty as when it went it. The location is convenient for me, so I keep coming back... But I always regret it. In my trip todah the air dry started counting down while the wash was still running. Now I have a filthy car that is wet too.

Review for carwash. We have been here twice. Its not a consistent or a very smooth experience. The first time, we were impressed by the quick and not so bad wash service. This tempted us to visit the place again, only this time, we ended up with a wet car! Apparently, the green go light for the blower never went on, so the blower cycle ended by the time we realised something is amiss. The overall experience was bad also because of an unfriendly operator who did not offer any help or even acknowledge the faulty service. Great for a quick wash if everything works. We might not go again because of our last experience.

I get my car washed here. Pretty good. Well, it’s automated, and I usually park in the gas station to dry off my car after. I wouldn’t pay the top dollar for the wash though because the last cycles are just extra water on your car, no special sealant as the device tells you. Oh well! I really cannot complain, since where I live, we are not allowed to wash our cars, otherwise I would have done a better job. But as I said you really cannot complain because there are absolutely no great car wash places in the Bay area, and if there is one, for a car wash you might end up paying top dollars!

Disappointing Customer Service Experience** I visited this gas station on Friday at around 19:15 PM to fill up my car. I was a bit confused about the process, so I approached the cashier with a smile and politely asked if I could ask a question. Unfortunately, he responded by nodding without saying a word, which made me feel ignored. I tried again, explaining my confusion and showing him my car, asking if I was doing it right. Instead of offering help, he looked at me with anger and asked if that was my car, to which I replied yes. He then said, “You should know,” which was quite rude. I explained that I was simply confused and asked for a straightforward answer. He yelled at me , he said I’m not answering you you should know how put gas, refusing to assist and saying he wouldn’t give me an answer. This interaction ruined my night and left me feeling very disrespected. I will not be returning to this location due to the zero customer service I experienced. It’s disappointing when employees treat customers this way, and I hope management checks security cameras and listings to our conversation and addresses this issue.

Usual expensive gas which is not super bad but the carwash was terrible. Left soap in the car and many water spots. The air dry timer also said 45 seconds when it suddenly turned off. Looks at pics of car with foam on it.

Terrible experience getting ripped off for a terrible car wash. When I attempted to rectify the issue the attendant engaged in a passive aggressive gaslighting attack to attempt to make it my fault to monitor their machines. The female attendant then ganged up on me as well. The game is to cheat you for an over priced car wash that leaves your car dirty and deny and defend to make it your fault. On top of it, the attendant started using profanity as well. What a horrible experience. I used to frequent this location but never again. Total rip off and horrible staff. Wow.

Please don’t waste your money on the Shell car wash membership. I’m going to cancel mine because this isn’t the first time I’ve had problems here. Today I waited 30 minutes for an employee named Mauricio, and all he said was, “I have to ask my manager.” I have a membership, but every time I come, it’s the same poor service. Very frustrating and not worth it.
