Beware this car wash my car was damaged in touchless bay it’s not very touchless said car was in reverse at time car wash hot it in the rear then proceeded down the drivers side scratching my paint all the way. Machine did not stop apparently they don’t have sensors that stop the machine. When I tried to reach owner I was ignored and was not called back. The must have my number blocked at this time. Horrible experience would definitely not recommend this car wash David

I stopped and used the manual car wash and the vacuum and ended up getting charged on my debit card over 36.00 I would not suggest stopping here. The vacuum does not have a stop so I assume it just continue to run

A good car wash the vacuum only worked once for me. The blowers on the way out of the wash doesn't dry your car completely. You need to bring a towel with you. For the money it is a good place.

The vacuums are not very good. 2 of the vacuums I have used have holes in them. I bought the step down from the most expensive wash and I always get the lowest wash. I have made multiple calls because it's a waste of my money and it keeps happening. I wish y'all would get it together because this is the closest one to my house.. 😫

Wouldn't be so bad but you spend 10 bucks just to wash your own car with a wore out brush. Not to mention the car wax doesn't work tire cleaner doesn't clean and soap want remove tire wet from paint job. It's nothing more than a tire shine agent..

I used this wash several times with no complaints. A couple weeks ago, I went through, it took my money, so I paid again and contacted the customer care number. I spoke with a man who claimed he’d send me a voucher to cover the cost of the money I lost. He never sent anything. Won’t be back now.

I was frustrated that the so called "free vacuum" was misleading. I have a pickup truck and when I started the vacuum with my smart phone app, it started off with 8 minutes. When my time was up, I still hadn't touched my driver's side carpet. When I tried to restart the vacuum, it said I'm only allowed 1 free vacuum per day!!?? If i wanted more time, I needed to pay extra for it?!?! All the other membership car washes have unlimited time for your vacuum! When you have larger vehicles to clean, it can take at least 10 mins!!! This is NOT ACCEPTABLE

For starters, two of their bays didn't work, where I tried to wash my vehicle. I believe my card was incorrectly charged for each of these. Then, I used a bay and took approximately 13 minutes to wash. I hit stop, but the time on the machine just kept running. There was no way to shut it off. Today, I received a charge for $30.00! Yes, $30.00 to manually wash my vehicle for 13 minutes. This place is a complete and total ripoff! Do not go here! The "owner" responded... so I will as well. My magnetic strip is fine... the issue was that the spray guns didn't work correctly in 2 of the bays. As far as the overcharge... it's a poor setup. Phone number was not clearly available... and the only number online just goes to a generic VM box. Of course, this owner has a poor carwash, so it stands to reason the customer service is poor as well. So glad you got my $30 for the 13 minute manual car wash... Hopefully others will see this review and stay away!

I went through the touch free car wash. I bought the most expensive one they had it was $17. It went over my vehicle one time front to back and then back to front and that was it. For $14 I get at least five passes at 7-Eleven at the intersection of 31 and Palm Beach Blvd., my rims were still dirty. And one side of my car was not dry. I will never go there again!

Horrible time I started my car wash and it stopped within the first 30 seconds. The next car went after me and had no issues I had to re-wash my car and I paid double there is no one to contact to get a refund for the first one I noticed there’s cameras if someone to rewind. The video you would see I didn’t get my first car wash.

We paid $15 for their best wash. As you can see by the dirt still sitting on the back of the car. If this is the BEST wash they have its horrible. The brushes at best, barely touch the car.

No soap and 1 bay was completely flooded. Even with all it's shortcomings, this one is light years better than the one down the street, but that's not saying much. I've lived all over the country and this area has the WORST self serve car washes I've ever seen. I've tried maybe 6 or 8 in the area and only 1 was decent, but i don't really want over an hr round trip to wash my car.
