Staff are always professional even with them being younger individuals. Compared to other places that have younger staff that seem to only want to talk to each other. Great place to take your vehicle. It always looks and feels so clean in the vacuum area.

I ran our company truck through the wash twice in the same visit. The hood was still covered with bird poop, and after the drying it made streaks of bird poop all up the windshield. The attendant at the beginning of the wash didn't grab a brush or anything the 2nd time through. It looks awful, worst $20 carwash I've ever received. How many times do you have to run it through for it to actually be clean? And do I really have to ask the attendant to pick up the brush laying next to him and give it a scrub? Terrible service. Our 18 company trucks will NOT BE returning.

I had an appointment next door at the ortho I was early so decided to stop for a quick car wash I had stuff on the back of my pick up they ask to take it out I do I left some ropes as they wore tied up stuck I told them they wore stuck the attendant said it wasn’t I was holding up the line of more cars that wore waiting for a quick car wash. I told the attendant that I had an appointment and that I would just come back and I would remove it before coming back. She told me to try and go to the Mister car wash around the corner. Thank you for the recommendation, mister car wash employees wore very friendly and help full

They are quick to sign you up for a monthly subscription but make it super difficult to cancel it. We totaled our car that has the monthly subscription and now all of a sudden nobody knows how to cancel it and nobody has returned my calls. So now we’re stuck paying a membership on a car we don’t have anymore

I would rate 5 stars if I wasn't so upset with management at this point. I started new membership special for $14 in July. After July fee goes back to $39,99. I happened to be scrolling thru my bank statement and noticed was charged $39.99 for first month. I have went thru car was atleast 7 times each time leaving my name and number for management to call in regards to payment. I have called 4 times leaving name & # also. I have since canceled due to no response on refund. This is terrible customer service for Surf Thru on Prosperity. I called again today let's see if I get a call back? How hard is it to call your customer's? Check your statements for charges everyone.

Has nothing to do with this specific location (however a promise to get a call from corporate was made and not fulfilled) I think it’s ridiculous that after leaving 5 voicemails about my account they still do not return my calls. I asked for my account to be cancelled and yet still got charged for a month. It was only officially closed in person at this location because of my complaint. So unprofessional to ignore customer voicemails and concerns.

I pay monthly & am upset that they do not replenish their car bags & wipes in the drive thru area. You have to stop & ask someone to get it for you. Ever since they raised the monthly price, they stopped filling up the dispensers. .

Paid $25 for their highest level wash. It did not wash the back at all and when I told them they let me go through a second time. I notified the attendant at the front of the car wash and he barely sprayed the back with a pressure washer. I had to wiped the back clean by hand after two washes. It also left scratches all over the sides of my vehicle. Honestly the worst experience I’ve had at a car wash

This car wash is not the same anymore, the guys who used to brush the cars one on each side are no longer there. Also, the soap machine doesn't put out as much soap as usual, so I pay $35.99 a month and they don't wash my car properly, it comes out dirty. I've noticed that they've also reduced the amount of water they use to wash the cars. You can see the spots from the liquids that the car wash always leaves on my car. I'm canceling my membership today.

So my car has been having issues where it’ll randomly lock and sadly I locked myself out of my car while vacuuming. Luckily I had the manager Isaiah come help me unlock it saving me BIG TIME from having to pay a lock smith and getting me back in my car without being late to work. A true life saver!!!! I felt so stranded and helpless but he was able to come and get it open within one minute! So if anyone ever has any issues I’m positive the manager Isaiah will be able to help.

Went through the car wash 5 times a few months back and the windshield still had bugs all over it. It doesn't wash very well and doesn't dry very well. The vacuum is the best thing about it. I pay for the 2nd most expensive subscription and it's not worth it because the car comes out still dirty every time.
