Went here for the thrifty's ice cream. Total disappointment. They only have a few flavors... They give you less than half scoops and still ask you if you want your changed back.

The clerks will over charge here. The energy drinks will be on sale, and they have stickers on the refrigerator doors stating those sales, but the clerks won't honor that price. Same for other drinks and items. Watch the way they scan in your items.

Getting coffee before work notice there’s a guy already there waiting while I’m making a coffee went to go pay and I waited 15 min to pay because it was end of shift the lady was counting big money in front of me I got tired of waiting just like the people now behind me so I asked how much the coffee was 3$ I paid 5$ and left no customer service skills.

The guy at night “sabbi is super rude 2 weeks ago he tried to accuse me and my husband of stealing a chip Fr the one chip challenge…. And I’m like wth and every time I go in there he always tries to rush me out Im going to make a complaint to his boss cause I know he’s just an employee there he has really bad customer service worry about the tweakers that hang outside your store

This use to be the store to go to but ever since that guy name razi not sure how to spell it, but he has the worst customer service skills always has attitude like he’s not happy where he works at and cussing people out for no reason if I could rate a zero I would never again Go to that store.. I’ve even reported it to his manager and seems like he doesn’t care.. and by the way he brags how he gets paid under the table and how much good money he makes to be honest that’s nobody business

Came here to fill up my car's gas tank and also get a fast car wash . First time here, when pulling forward in to the carwash bay I did noticed it was filthy and not maintained at all . I proceeded to enter and I was not satisfied with the car wash... no sope was used no water pressure my car came out worse then it was.. will never come here again. DO NOT USE THE CARWASH!!!!!

I went to pump gas on 07/11 and opted to add a car wash as well. The bottom of my receipt states I had until 07/19 to redeem and use my car wash before it expires. I went on 07/19 to get my car washed. When I put in the code to was the car it said: “invalid code” so I go inside to speak to the cashier and he couldn’t help me and told me to come tomorrow and speak to the manager. I came in today and the manager was extremely rude and accused me of already using my code and wanting to get another wash free. The manager refused to help me or at least refund me the money I paid for the car wash. I used to pump gas here often but now I will never be going back.

Loyal customer here! I’ve been coming to this store for some years now, and definitely every weekend now! Pop in store pretty much any night and be welcomed by Rezi and the best/widest selection of alcohol at any gas station in Tulare. Make sure and ask for Rezi at the counter if he hasn’t already greeted you as you walked in. He is gonna have the best knowledge of exactly what your wanting and looking for if your trying to have a good weekend or party!

Met Rezi a few months ago when I was at the gym. He’s always been helpful, let me know of any deals and he’s always got the Redlines! He’s a hard worker and professional and takes pride in what he does. Store always appears clean (the hours I go). This is my go-to spot and I would highly recommend to anyone.

The cashiers were so rude to my husband this morning. We rarely go into the store because the service is awful. Good customer service is rare in Tulare, so I shouldn’t be surprised, but these ladies were shockingly rude in their tone and manner. They should be retrained or find something where they don’t interact with customers.

Love this place for their 79 cents drinks only thing that bothers me is that this store compared to the other circle k on mooney and prosperity that this one charges you 50 cents if you use your card while the other doesn't so if your paying cash for your drink it's totally worth it but if you are not paying cash and with your card then this is not worth it thats why i will be rating you 4 stars and not 5 stars till this is fixed. Because if the other place can do this for me, I believe yall can too. I know 50 cents seems just a little bit for charge, but it's still crazy sometimes to charge that amount even on a super cheap item.

Went into the store to ask the clerk if he could activate the machine for the air to air up a low tire, said they didn’t have access to it but went down to the other circle k in town and clerk over there did it no problem, also saw stickers mentioning California law states free air for customers purchasing gas, guess that doesn’t apply to this store.
