I got the ultimate wash for $14 and when i got home i noticed it....not good for it being there best wash...it. was after dark when i got it washed, if i knew it was going to come out like this i would have had my 8 year old do it for $5 it would have came out better than this.

Its very quick n there is vacuums on site to clean the inside.They have towels n other items for auto care for a reasonable price You can purchase a car wash as you need or you can get the membership.

Today was my first time getting a wash here. I paid for the 11$ wash and was not satisfied. The worker who sprays soap on the vehicle only sprayed the very front of the car.. it would be nice if he could at least spray the top and back of the vehicle as well. My windows still had dirt on them. The free vacuums is nice, but overall was not too satisfied. I’m sure if you choose to pay for the more detailed wash it’ll be better but c’mon at least give me a decent wash

It's a better car wash then most of the places I've been to here but when you pay $40 a month and then the workers block your line so the one time payers can go through first gets really annoying. Also it could be maintained better. I go sometimes and get wheel shine on one side only and try to tell them then they say there's nothing wrong with it. Sometimes you can hear things stuck in the spinning brushes too.

If you have a good ol' jalopy this may not matter, but if you have a Baby that you CARE about; you detail it, or are simply on visit, communting from business, all the way to helping build our surrounding Amazon, UPS, Ace Hardware warehouse businesses - ALL toward the Purposes of Growth and Prosperity for this very Community, an awesome community: DO NOT USE THIS CAR CARE FACILITY! As one of those construction businessmen, with the highest paid Surf-thru membership, EXTREME TIRE SHINE; a $10 tip out the gate, and then a three-peet request (2 times to Morgan the manager his very self, 08-18): "Power wash tires only...no brush scrub, wash will do the rest: power wash dirt around tires - focus." I gave them 3 chances: 2 - back to back; and again, 08-19. These attached pictures say 1000 words. And cannot be argued. From workers to manager - here at this location they do not care; they are not focused; they do not hear, let alone listen to what is simply asked as a focus. End Results: They leave poorly serviced vehicles and sad end results in relation to car wash detail. I wil not return here to this location. Nor would I recommend it - even for those good ol' jelopies! 👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻 Respectfully shared. Blessings and Gratitude.

I do want to give a bit of a warning here because the star rating I was giving it might be a little misleading, but overall they do a pretty good job and the only problem I’ve really seen that I’ve experienced is that when I took my car in which is a Cadillac and has power mirrors I was pushing the button to retract the mirrors and one of the young men grab the mirror and shoved it in and while doing so I heard the gears in it break. Of course I went around to the vacuum and I went to speak to somebody about it they had me fill out a report I was sitting 3 feet away from the mirror inside the driver seat and yet they said they didn’t break it to have the mirror repaired it is $500. Disappointed that they didn’t take responsibility, I mean if It was loud enough I could hear the gears cracking and breaking inside the car with the windows rolled up I would think the young man with his hands on the mirror would obviously know that he did it, the look on his face told me he did. But of course the owner claims that they must’ve been broken before and no one seem to know anything even when they review the cameras of course you’re not going to see it breaking the gears are inside. Soon after they begin Gesturing shoe every single person if they needed their mirrors folded in and if they’re antenna should go up or down go through the wash.

The only reason I'm giving a 2 star is because their vacuum station worked well. I went through and paid the $14 wash and noticed as I was vacuuming that my car was still very very dirty. Not at all satisfied!!!!

Not impressed. Only had 2 entrance lanes. 1 for members and 1 for everyone else. Well if they sign a new person up for membership, you are waiting behind them until they are done. So 4th vehicle back, 15 minutes to get to the start of carwash. 2025 Silverado, not horrible but needed a bath. Had to go thru a second time, just a couple of minutes to get to carwash being 3rd car back this time, and it still looked like crap after that. I was done. Purchased the $22?, best carwash offered...think I'll take my money down to Mr Carwash when they open back up.

Good car wash for a quick wash. I think most of the negative reviews are coming from people expecting a detailed wash from a drive thru wash which is imposible. I have the membership so it's pretty easy to stay consistent and not have too much dirt built up on my car. Been pretty satisfied with the service, no negative experiences.

No service was done on our company vehicle not even a pressure wash. Service was denied upon arrival January 19, 2023 at 4pm. Gentlemen with curly hair claimed this was too much mud and so I am considering canceling my membership

Signed up for one month of car washes, was not told they would automatically renew and charge me every month, called to cancel (spoke to Jesus), he could not cancel over the phone, was given a web address that did not work. Horrible customer service and shady business practices.

Overall this place is good with no issues. I use Surf Thru at different locations and I love it. I had monthly subscription but thought not to do because I do wash once in a month and with subscription seemed expensive.

You’re better off washing your own car , what’s the point of paying extra fees for a deeper clean when it doesn’t do what it’s supposed to do? They were really busy this day since cops were arresting someone and weren’t able to help me. Also my mirror cover came off inside and they said they’d call me but they never did. If I would’ve known they wouldn’t call me back , I would’ve waited and not give them my info 😒 I don’t recommend coming here.
