Updated: After being converted into a Valero, it seems that it has been going great. I enjoy the fact that it is finally bright with multiple Led lights and how clean they have it. The chicken they have is pretty good, I enjoy the wings when I get my gas here.

I went into the station with a customer of mine after we picked up a part at Auto Zone. Having traveled from tulare to Exeter to look at the car for parts we went into Visalia for parts. So We go into the store/station to get a drink and use the restroom. I went to the coolers for a Gatorade (nice and cold). And stand in line. I see the lady cashier grab a key on a stick to hand over to the woman I was with. She didn't notice the gesture, so I walk up and say 'may I' extending my hand forward. Cashier woman tells me 'No Public Restroom' I didn't make a fuss. I fade back in line and having to urinate I set the Gatorade on a shelf and walk outside looking a place to relieve myself. No outside restrooms either. So I go back in about a couple minutes later and no seeing my client I figured she went into the Restroom. I wait by the Restroom door and as soon as she walks out I run inside and close the door on the woman's voice yelling out to me that I couldn't go into the Restroom. SMH. Discrimination at its worst

Jacks is good place for gas and to get and go.they have a variety of drinks and if your looking for something quick they got burritos or tamales sometimes u might have to stand in line for a bit but moves right along.

I've been to so many Jack's locations. I usually love them. But these guys sold me expired beer, I realized it within an hour. When I tried to take them back and exchange them they told me they couldn't. They were clearly unopened beers with date stamps from as early as 2021!! Each beer has different shelf life, I bought 4 different beers. 2 of the 4 were expired. Bare minimum customer service would have at least exchanged them!

I used to stop here regularly for gas, cigarettes, and beer, but I’ve recently chosen to take my business elsewhere. As a frequent customer who sees the same employees each visit, I would expect some basic courtesy. After showing my ID numerous times, it’s frustrating to be carded on every single purchase—especially when I just bought the exact same items the day before. I understand the need for ID checks, but doing it every time when I’m clearly closer to 40 than 30 feels unnecessary, almost intentional.
