First time using a surf thru carwash for my new ford f150. I paid for the most expensive wash and was throughly disappointed. The rinse cycle did not even get close to cleaning off all the soap which in turn resulted in dried on soap suds. I drove it home and had to wash it all by hand. Waste of money and will not be going back.

Went at the end of March and since they no longer scrub the car, there are tons of bugs in my grill. No biggie but it also doesn’t even touch the back. So we went back and the cashier even marked the car letting them know to get the back. They sprayed water and sent us through again. The back is still dirty!! I just went back because it rained right after I had gone…well doesn’t matter that it rained for a few days. You HAVE TO go back within 4 days (apparently even when it’s still raining). Needless to say, I won’t be back

Worst service ever! I was in line behind 1 car when I arrived. The cashier spent 10 minutes with the driver in front of me. While I was waiting another vehicle pulled in the lane next to me. He couldn't get in line behind me because there was a truck and trailer unloading behind me. As the person in front of me was finally allowed to proceed, the guy that came 10 minutes after me was helped next. The attendant then spent 5 minutes removing a bunch of small junk from the bed of the the truck that should have been behind me. That vehicle then took another 5 minutes to figure out how the car wash works. Twenty minutes from pulling up behind the only car in line to entering the car wash is totally unacceptable. I won't be back to this location anytime soon.

Love being able to just roll thru... Being a coffee lover... I tried that 'free coffee' they advertise at the gate... DISGUSTING! 🤮🤮 I should have known it was going to be nasty when I asked if people ever get the coffee and the lady said rarely. That's when I should have known it was going to be nasty.

Love this car wash! They give you dash wipes when you pay, spray your car down before entering the wash, and the dryers actually dry your car. The vacuums work great and there are plenty of stalls. Always stop here when I go through Marysville

I love the fact that you can get a membership. And you can wash your car every day. and you have access to the vacuum, which are really good. They also have a machine that washes your mats. And they have other things. But all in all it is a good program.

I hate writing bad reviews based off one experience but I paid $14 for my car to come out worse than when it went in.. The rinse and brush removed nothing and harsh chemicals glued to my paint within minutes. I was hoping for as much as I paid it would atleast come out good. I would strongly recommend your typical gas station touchless car wash if you’re passing through the area.

I do not recommend this car wash - I don’t live particularly close to this car wash but was thinking about signing up for the monthly subscription if it did a good job. When I got home to check out how it did, I noticed water spots all over my car, and bristle marks from the machine that didn’t get washed off properly. Dust and grime seemed to have splattered all over my car as well. I called Surf Thru to ask about resolutions - the employee who answered was very rude, could not not care less, and said if I did not mention I was unhappy while I was there they would not allow me to have it rewashed. I paid for the $20 “ultimate” package and my car looks worse than before. Pictures are from when I arrived home to look at my car. Stick to Quick Quack - this place sucks!

I had one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve ever encountered at this location, specifically with an employee named Isabella. I went through for my first time with a prepaid wash card I originally bought at the Yuba City location. When I scanned it, it incorrectly showed zero washes left, even though I had only used 2–3. I went ahead and refilled the card with 5 more washes and moved forward. The next day, I brought in another vehicle and the same issue happened. When I scanned the card, Isabella told me I had no washes left. I calmly explained that was not possible. She asked for my card and ID, which I provided, but then told me she had “no record” of my ID in the system. I explained that no one ever asked for my ID when I purchased the card in the first place. At that point, she flat-out accused me of lying and insisted they “always” collect IDs. Her attitude was extremely rude, hostile, and unprofessional. She claimed she was the manager and had no one else to report to, refused to help me, and told me to back my truck out with multiple cars lined up behind me. Completely unacceptable. Thankfully, a man named Tom (who introduced himself as the district manager) stepped in, opened the gate, and helped resolve the situation. When he scanned my card, he found all my washes immediately and even admitted they do not collect driver information for prepaid cards — exactly what I had told Isabella. Tom also confirmed that they are having system issues with prepaid cards and memberships, which explains why my washes weren’t showing up. While Tom was professional and helpful, Isabella was a complete disaster to deal with. She was dismissive, confrontational, and seemed more interested in arguing than actually helping. Someone with that kind of attitude should not be in a position of authority or customer service. My recommendation: Do NOT buy prepaid cards or memberships here. Pay as you go. Their system is unreliable, and if you end up in a situation like mine, you may have to deal with someone like Isabella who makes the experience far worse than it needs to be.

Love it! Wish they still have the mini air clips for vents like they use to. Only get one or rare occasion 2 now instead of the 4 . Handicap vacuums have no suction is only reason for losing one star

Lost both of the back of my side mirrors in two different occasions, in both occasions manager was never able to find them, they used to brush your car before going In to the automatic car wash, now cars go in and out Like in any other Automatic car wash, nothing special about this one anymore, However they still charge my card as usual. They cancel that service they had, I’m so mad that I go in and out with my bumper full of mosquitoes and my back windshield all dirty, I’m cancelling membership right now😤

Never disappointed! Fast, convenient, great prices and they also have a monthly plan. They have plenty of vacuums for you to clean your car after the wash. Scents are sold as you enter the wash and they also provide trash bags and car wipes

The wash itself doesn’t always do the greatest job, but it’s decent and gets the basics done. What really makes this place stand out is the customer service the cashier, Pepsi, is awesome! Super friendly and helpful, which makes the experience much better overall.

I had a wonderful experience today starting with Ya-ya offering and making sure I had everything I needed at the front, then Roberto was more than happy to help assist me with my car mats which I really appreciate and Charles helped me get everyone’s names as I really wanted to leave a review. Today was a 5 star experience because of them.
