No use if towels or spray or free dash wipes offered. The dryer does not dry car very well and doesn't compare to the quality and amenities in the others in area

Impressive..... as a newbie this is my opinion. My car was grimy and dusty, I purchased the $13 which is the #1-I had to go thru twice but it was worth it!!!! And they didn’t argue, the lady said go ahead. Brake dust and random old dead bug spots that I can scrub off later remained after rewash and some dirt and brake dust left on the wheel covers but I dont blame Surf Thru. I havent washed my car in like 6months. Free vacuums, air spray for water drippings and dust. Vacuums are the good kind that can rip your hair off, they give you a free freshener, your choice of scents, garbage bag and 1 dash wipe. I will definitely be coming back and highly recommend

This location should be used as a case study on how not to run a car wash. Something is always broken, and you almost always have to go through twice to get a halfway clean vehicle. I feel sorry for the attendants who have to deal with the customers. Update: This might be the opposite of a car wash. My vehicle came out dirtier than it went in! Update update: This place needs to go outta business.

Stuff just standing there and was having a nice conversation with other customer while other 2 stuff were inside watching the line formed. Membership barcode doesn't work ay more so.we can't drive through like we use to but only have to wait for those stuff to scan manually. Air blow doesn't work well car came out still wait

Used to like it, but they added a blower to the rinse, maybe a year ago? The water barely touches my car before it's blown away. Now my car is always sudsy after exiting the wash, specially the side mirrors and rear windshield.. leaves spots if I don't dry my car by hand. I still use this wash because I live nearby and the location is convenient. Trash cans are always over flowing and vacuums are hit and miss whether or not they're going to have strong suction. If there was another monthly subscription option nearby I wouldn't hesitate to jump ship.

Had been a member of Surf thru car wash for a while but with passage of time, it seems like the machines are decaying and the membership money is going waste as the machines are unable to clean or dry properly.

Overpriced for the poor, poor service, this is after going through twice and asking very nicely (on the second trip) that the hood and roof of the car be cleaned. They “manually washed” part of the car. Sub par service at best; I think I could do a better job with a McDonald’s napkin and some water. So much for “fast”. I will not be returning.

I had a terrible experience on July 12th this year. I have a monthly membership and get my car washed once a week. I was going through the car wash and the side scrubbers stopped and went backwards for about 3 seconds and he poles on the scrubbers completely bent my passenger side rear view mirror forward. (See attached pictures) then it continued to push me forward once it broke the mirror and the high speed fan blow off my cover onto the ground. I immediately turned back and talked to a girl who worked there (I won't mention her name here) and she took all my info and even went and retrieved my mirror cover from inside the car wash. She also said to me corporate regardless of what they decide will send me a email stating what the decided and a attatched video of all the cameras in the car wash showing the incident. The girl who worked there acted like it was a everyday thing what had happened and took all my info and said someone will be reaching out to me between 3 to 5 days. I feel like they downplay when the are at fault so you don't call the police or make a scene. Anyways I had to call the 5th day and on the 6th day they called me back and said that the machine had no error show up during the wash so it did not go backwards and break the mirror. I asked them to show me the video of the car wash like they had said they would and then they said no corporate necessarily doesn't have to show me. She said she will put in a request to see if I can see the video. This place trains it's employees to lie to customers and try to hide their mistakes. I also spoke with a male employee on July 5th and he said the video of the incident will be attached to the email (that I never got). Wholeness I brought this up to the girl she lied again and said we'll that guy is new he doesn't know even though she said the same thing on the day of the incident. They keep telling enough lies to keep you going in circles. I canceled my membership and won't be going back. I also advised all my friends of family to stay away from this car wash because they only want to profit they could car less about customers. I would give it zero stars if I could.

This place sucks. Takes forever to get though a wash. They don’t offer towels. The vacuums aren’t good. Headed home to wash the interior since they don’t offer anything besides a weak vacuum.

Still not worth buying the single car wash as your vehicle will not come out clean. They no longer have attendants to scrub the bugs and road grime off prior to entering the car wash. Only worth it if you buy a monthly pass and go through multiple times per visit. Initial review: Not worth the money if you want your pickup washed and actually cleaned. I will let the photos of after going through the wash do the talking. The hood, roof, bumper and tailgate are still dirty. 0 stars worth saving your money or go somewhere else that will actually clean your vehicle I stead of wasting your time and money. Anthony needs to improve on his customer service

It doesn't matter which wash package you purchase the service is the same but the products differ. There's only one person on each side of the car. One with a brush and one with a hose. Neither one completely scrubs the entire front bumper area. The windshield never gets touched. Every time I go thru I have to reclean the windshield and bumper. If you have a suv the back window barely gets touched. And the vacuums usually don't work. Overpriced and under staffed!

It’s an OK car wash. Nothing great. Would be a lot better if it was touch free, and if it actually cleaned your car the first time through. Good thing it’s an unlimited wash membership! This is usually the result when you go through once, so bring a rag to wipe your car down after!

Paid “Premium” for a wash, mind you, car had minimal dust and dirt. After going through, my car is still filthy & couldn’t even get a small spot of bird poo off my trunk lmao. Speaking of trunk, it’s still filthy just like other photos on these reviews. I personally will never be coming here again. Quick quack car wash is superior if y’all need a car wash to go to & wont ruin your car

It's a nice looking car wash. I pulled into line with my 3 day old truck, paid, then realized it wasn't touchless. I backed out of line & went inside to asked for a refund & explained my reasons why. The young man said he couldn't help me; however, he did give me a number to call. I've called & left voice-mail messages for that person without any response! I finally went to my bank to dispute the charge! At this point, it's not about the money....It's just a very poorly run business! If you have a car that you don't care about, this is the place for you!

This inplace was awesome! They made sure every last bug was pressure washed right off my SUV! I was a little intimidated at first to get my SUV correctly on the conveyor and in neutral but Emilio made things super simple and stress-free with his expert and clear hand signals. That's when the magic happened. Emilio, now working in perfect unisen with Darian, put in a little extra time and energy to pressure wash all those pesky gross dead bugs that had built up sense the beginning of summer. Surf Thru and their hard working employees was a perfect example of when working together and going that extra mile, made all the difference in the world and clearly shows why their isn't even a close second when it comes to getting your vehicle clean!

I went through Surf Thru in Yuba City yesterday, and the experience wasn’t great. When I pulled up, the girl working was eating candy and walked into another room while looking at me. A few minutes later, she came back out and, in a very snooty tone, asked if my membership was still working, like she was annoyed to have to come scan my dash. She asked if I wanted wipes and an air freshener in a completely monotone voice, never smiled, and didn’t give off any kind of good customer service vibe. I usually like the convenience of this location, which is the only reason I haven’t canceled my membership, but the attitude definitely needs some improvement.

I guess I should have stuck to my guns and not gone to Surf Thru but my car really needed a good wash 🙄 not what I got. I also shouldn't have thought going for the #1 Car Wash was a good idea either. Maybe it's the way my car is shaped but the back of my car did not get cleaned even after a re-wash and pressure washer hitting the back. The staff were great, friendly, and understanding and it's not their fault. I just won't be going back and will stick with the self-serve wash.

I have a monthly membership, Even after a wash, the car is still dirty. It doesn't even remove basic things like bird dirts and fleas. Unprofessional management, They refused to let me wash my car today—despite having already paid my monthly fee—unless I signed a new policy immediately. I told them I didn't have time and asked them to email the document so I could review and sign it later, but they flatly refused. They are forcing people to sign papers on the spot and you can't read it on that time. I witnessed another customer ask for cancellation of his membership right in front of me because they refused to give him a copy of the papers he signed. I am sorry for the owner but he can check the camera time around 7:55am to 8:00am Feb 05 2026. Looking at the other couple months star reviews here it seems in these months they don't have a good services.

Currently canceling my membership with them. It’s really frustrating that half the time the vacuums are either not working or Are not maintained properly so the suction isn’t very good. On top of that half the time the membership lane is closed and there is no alternative other than waiting in a fat line behind other people who are signing up for a membership. They never have the bags out and quite honestly I feel like it’s cheaper and I do a better job going elsewhere than coming through here. Which honestly sucks because when I first started coming here, the quality was way better. Highly recommend not wasting your time and money on a membership with them.
