Business owner agreed to schedule me in Friday at 10:30am, but didn't actually hold my spot. When I called him Friday morning, after setting my morning aside for this, he said I never sent him my address so he didnt set the appointment. He could have messeged me that day instead of cancelling me with no notice. Instead he states that he doesn't do that, that it's my problem and hangs up on me. You may or may not be a good detailer (I'll never know), but you should treat your potential customers better than this. Response to Owners Comments: The only thing that wasn't necessary was your rude disposition on the phone. 1. You could have called or texted me back letting me know you didn't receive my address 2. You could have offered to reschedule when we spoke this morning, instead of saying "that's on you" and "we don't reach out to customers". 3. All you are doing with this is further prove your lack of customer service skills, which I'm sure would be the same if a client is not satisfied with the job done. So all in all, glad things didn't work out. I don't support business owners that treat their clients poorly.

We decided to try this business because of good reviews. They rescheduled 3 times! Still no show. Tried to reschedule 4th time. We said NO! In one of the texts, when we agreed to Sutarday noon, person texted back: what time Saturday noon is good? What the hell??!! Absolue joke.

Booked Superior for Exterior Ceramic coating. Great communication from start to finish and Carlos was punctual and very courteous to deal with. With this being a new truck I really wasnt expecting much of a difference in visual appearance. When I arrived to pick up my truck I couldn't believe my eyes...my jaw dropped. The truck is Black and he brought out some true depth in the color. Super deep Black, super smooth appearance and looks like a damn mirror. Her car interior was an absolute disaster; dirt, stains, etc. Superior Mobile Detailing arrived on time. Their team did a fantastic job! Her car looks like new!
