I literally just took my senior dads SUV through this car wash. I was always satisfied even it was Salty Dog car wash. This is the first time I used the car wash as Mister car wash. I just got home and wow am I disappointed!! $22.00 and the car is still dirty. Around the windows, especially the back window. Not worth the $22.00. Sanford is getting too big for its britches. This certainly is not worth the money :( 37 years old resident!!

Man where do i start this will be my 2nd situation at this location on May 28,2025 around 6:30 pm i went for a wash like i normally do before heading home 🏡 after work i drive my 2016 F150 with my bumper plastic attached and came out the car wash tunnel without it. I recently had my first accident with them 4 months prior with my passenger mirror where the brush machine they use to clean the vehicle rip my passenger mirror off i reach out to the manager and played the waiting game with that situation i was so frustrated playing the waiting game to get back contact which the regional manager Emanuel never did from the first accident i replace a 400 mirror myself from ford in sanford now this situation i will be contacting corporate asap due to they wouldn’t send me the video showing they’re machine ripping my bumper off for they safety to keep from being sued but immediately grab my information for they safety measures i must say the staff that work at this location are good 👍🏾 people outside of they machines ripping your vehicle apart now i play the waiting game again i refuse to replace my bumper knowing they the cost of it. Take my advice yes the membership only $19.99 but the damages mister carwash does to your vehicle will cost you more down the road stay away from this company especially when they play this make you wait game to even consider rather or not they’ll replace any damages cause by they’re machines and they’ll try to say if your car parts is oem or aftermarket parts they won’t fix it. So for future reference folks drive thru car washes are terrible to use unless you doesn’t mind going through these problems. It suck i’ve never had these problems in 25 years or driving until i sign my membership with them i’m going back to the brushless car washes before it rips my entire vehicle apart

The service wasn’t bad at all but the car wash missed a whole part of the back of my van. The free vacuums are not great. I tried like 4 different vacuums, 1 was way short, 1 had a hole in the hose, 1 the whole end connector fell off and the last one was ok so I used it but the suction was horrible.

Been about a months and these 2 (either side) spinning brushed still don't move in and make contact with the car. Been going her 6+ years and there seems to always be some issue. Gotten turned away a few times over last few months for being broken. It's time to put some money into this location and get it back up to speed. People are really nice tho. Edit fixed on June 3rd 2025

Literally were running vehicles through with no soap or their usual hotwax stuff. Went to the one on Lake Emma immediately after and low and behold, soap. Its crazy how many were going through like that. 1 star.

Cleaning areas are filthy, with overflowing trash cans plus tight parking spaces. Vacuums have weak suction and missing attachments on 3 of the spots I tried. Compressed air is somewhat decent for blowing dust off dash but absolute trash for loosening dirt in carpeting or floor mats. Wash was okay for basic but doesn't dry well at all and they don't even provide towels to finish drying vehicle. I understand not all car washes provide cleaning products and supplies but the basics are far from worthy of visiting again. Wouldn't recommend unless you have your own cleaning supplies.

The clerk was quick to just get me through the options and was just rushing me through. She seemed rude but idk rubbed me the wrong way. The biggest let down was the wash. It really didn't clean it. I definitely will not go back. They have a new car wash opening down the road on 46 that I hope will be better.

I would highly recommend this location. Out of all of the Mister Car Wash facilities I’ve recently been to this one has to be my favorite. I don’t have to worry about my car not being spotless. On top of that the manager and employees are very kind and helpful which always make an experience even better.

First time at mister on Rinehart and very disappointed. First the prices are a little high for what is offered. No preclean by the attendant? Towels are $2 each? No cleaning supplies. I went with the base wash due to there being no real value in paying $40 for extra soap. The screen locked up when I tried to pay which seemed to be normal according to the attendant. The worst part of all of that even the free vacuums do not work properly. I could not vacuum my car. I considered moving to a different stall but as I looked around, it seemed as if that was the expected amount of suction. I will not be back to this location. The location on lake Mary blvd offers a lot more options For the price.

Wash was good! On par with any of the other major wash stations. Would be 5 star if the staff was better. Female with band in her head should not be customer facing. The “I hate my job” aura and angry looking expressions will be why I don’t return. Also, why would you not try and sell a membership to a construction dirty truck. Seems like an easy sale to me.

Nice car wash. Just wish the vacuum stations were better maintained; swept and hosed. Often lots at other people’s left overs to work around. Palm Coast is a good example of amazing Mister car wash.

I love your servicing Orange City Florida are used to work in Orange City so it was no problem for me to go and get my car washed once a week now that I moved to Deland it’s very hard for me to go and get my car washed sometimes I cancel my policy then I get it back because I like it and then I cancel and then go back. I need to see if someone can please please try to get one in Deland Florida. You would have an awesome, customers if you could only can get Deland.

This review comes after two negative experiences at the Mister Car Wash facility on Rhinehart Rd in Sanford. My first encounter my car was damaged, rear left side window panel. I did not realize until I had left the facility so I assumed it was my liability. My second encounter after getting an oil change at the adjacent Valvoline was even worse. My car was damaged again (left side mirror cover knocked off). I returned to speak with the Mgr Anthony Mendez, who after informing me they do not throw away parts just in case a customer returns. Yet after checking he could not explain where my mirror cover was. He then said there's was nothing else he could do. I asked what is the company's procedure when a car is damaged. Mr Mendez indicated it wouldn't matter because by his evaluation my car was old anyway. After checking the cameras and verifying the damage ocurred there. I insisted on a report and to please forward me a copy to my email since there wasn't an ID# he could give me. To this date I have not recieved any record that any report has been done. Mr Mendez was rude condescending and in some definite need of retraining on customer service. For the record, I'm glad it was my work vehicle. My personal vehicles my family friends and anyone I do business with will be taking our vehicles elsewhere.

I have been coming to this car wash for years now and I got my new car. I came here to get a car wash and it lifted up the Front chrome pinstripe Anthony the manager only offered to give me two months of free car washes, which is a slap in the face compared to how much the cost of that part was which was nearly $430 not to mention I don’t want an aftermarket product if I got my car brand new from the dealership with OEM pieces. Shady people. Would not reccomend. When I reached back out to let them know how much the price was for the part he said he would add on an additional month which I was OK with, but when it came around, he never added that extra month after Anthony told me that he would. Not good business people I drive all the way to Altamont to go and get my car washes now or Daytona just to avoid going here and it’s right next to where I live..

I had a very negative experience in this car wash. My car’s antenna was damaged and, despite trying to solve it with the staff, I didn’t get any help or response. The customer service was poor and I would not recommend this place to anyone.

A modern car wash with a bathroom. Thank goodness! Super nice updated equipment with lounge area. They always have full service cleaning if you need. William singed me up for the Unlimited Titanium Car wash Service for only $26! Awesome customer service! Free vacuums. Will be back for full service!

When there is a line it wont take more than 5 min before your in tunnel. I take my fleet of pool trucks here all the time. Sunshine pools appreciates you guys for making it a good experience every time we clean our trucks here. Keep up the good work!
