I took my car in at 8:00 in the morning it was 4:00 before I could get my car back instead of a supreme gloss wax I got a regular wax ,with bugs on my bumper. And buff marks all over my car. Very clean on the inside but a poor job on the outside

When I arrived they told me their standard was “perfection” and I believed them based on what I saw with their own cars in the parking lot. They had my truck for 5.5 hours and when they delivered the final product to me I had to spend 15 minutes getting them to correct the items I could see in the dark using my cell phone light (something as simple as the back window still having not been touched). However, when I pointed out the deficiencies they immediately addressed them and were embarrassed and apologized and stayed and cleaned until I was satisfied. Very disappointed in their product. Seemed they were having a bad day but not what was paid for.

My husband had my truck detailed for me for Christmas. I had spilled milk in my truck, and there was an awful smell. The smell is completely gone and the truck looks immaculate. He raved about their customer service. These gentlemen absolutely went above and beyond to make sure we had a wonderful experience. My truck looks brand new! This is one of the "If I could give 10 stars..." reviews. I work down the road from Virgil and Lee and met them several years ago when my truck was a disaster. They made it look show room new! Inside and out. I have since regularly used them for my truck and motorcycle. Hands down, the best I have ever had. Then I needed their moving services. Equally, as professional as their detailing and I have since referred them to several satisfied customers. Two good, hard working Christian men. Would recommend them without hesitation.

I don't even know where to begin. These guys are beyond good. I can't say enough about them. Their customer service is excellent. Their pricing is highly competitive. The quality of their work is top shelf. I got my wife's truck detailed with basically every service they offer as a Christmas gift. She was blown away. It's basically a brand new truck again. They got rid of stains, they got a bad smell out of the carpet and they made the entire truck look like it just rolled off the car lot. These guys are legit! Seriously, if you're looking for this sort of service, these are the guys.

If I could give them 10 stars, I would!!!! Lee and Virgil ALWAYS do an Excellent job Detailing and cleaning vehicles. Very professional and they truly go above and beyond to ensure you are happy. Y'all know how hot it has been this year. Over 100° since before summer. These guys are always hard at it. Honest, above board and they let you know all pricing up front. They will do whatever it takes to make sure your vehicle looks Great and that you are very Happy!!! They do everything by hand. So it takes time especially if they have vehicles in front of you so if you can drop off your vehicle that would be the best. But let me tell y'all, it is so worth the wait!!!! My vehicles always look SHOWROOM CLEAN!!!!! I can not thank Lee and Virgil enough for their professionalism and all of their hard work. But most of all their Love of God!!! Lee and Virgil did an excellent job on my car and also my wife’s car. They corrected the paint and applied a ceramic coating to both of our cars. The cars honestly looked better than when they were new. They also did this at a very fair price. Another thing is that they want to make your car look like they would want to drive it. If I could give more than 5 stars I would.

I interviewed a few detailers in the area and I couldn't find anyone willing to take on my car. I had went on a 2 week road trip with my 100lb dog. There was an INSANE amount of hair stuck everywhere. Everything was nasty and needed some serious help. This was a BIG job and the gentleman here addressed all my concerns. They gave me a very fair price and made my car SHINE. It looks brand new and beautiful! It's amazing how much detail they did for me. From shampooing to cleaning my vents and between the seats! The best part was they got it done in a day! I was shocked! Customer service was wonderful and really prided on. I will 100% be back when it needs another detail. Thank you for the help!!
