Absolutely got to be my favorite little store for auto parts of course if I'm not shopping online that is I like the people they usually have everything you need and if they don't they can usually order it for you and they can have it for you usually the same day it depends on what you're ordering and where it's coming from

One thing I have learned is that from numerous automotive repairs is that if you have correct information nine times out of ten you will get the correct part. The people here are very knowledgeable and assist to the best of their abilities. One thing to remember they are not mechanics they can only really guess at your problem if you yourself don't know.

I came the night before and my battery was tested by a worker and he said my battery was good. Came back tonight and another worker named Robert tested my battery and it was bad....Thank GOD for Robert.....he saved the day!❤

I would absolutely never step foot in an O'Reilly again. All because of a worker named Rhonda and her unwillingness to be helpful and her obvious lack of strong knowledgeable work ethic. She obviously cares nothing about the customers which is clear in her demeanor at the front when watching her assist other customer's. Nonetheless I have a mechanic bill of $3,500.00 that could have been avoided if she would have just helped me in the beggining and not lie to me. Save yourself the hassle.

AutoZone is way to go O'Reilly's on Gentry parkway and O'Reilly's on 5th Street both were very rude and disrespectful and I'm no longer going to do business with then and I suggest others to go to another auto parts store and they send you cards in the mail lame who wouldn't want in store cash AutoZone on his way to go

The absolute worst Oreilly’s i have ever shopped at. The staff has absolutely no idea what they are doing. We refuse to shop here again. While at the counter the parts salesman was more worried about laughing and joking with other people rather than helping us. Sold us the wrong part. Somehow forgot to refund money for a part and now Oreilly’s says there is nothing that can be done. We shop with Oreilly’s due to our commercial account but if this is how Oreilly’s treats customers then we will take our business elsewhere.

By far the most helpful O’Reilly employees that I’ve met since I started purchasing auto parts from O’Reilly’s. Robert was very attentive and listened to what I said, as well as, gave good advice and helpful information. The store conditions were pristine, fully stocked and very clean.
