Mark did an incredible job applying a ceramic coating on our new car. Not only is he super easy to work with, incredibly accommodating and just a great guy, his work is perfect. It's been about a year since he applied the ceramic coating and it's done an amazing job. I definitely don't miss waxing the car and it's really great to finally have a car that continues to look spotless without swirls, dullness or other signs of aging. I'm looking forward to taking our next car to him.

I noticed a few issues after picking up my car. Mark told me to come right back, and he took care of them. My car is a new Subaru Crosstrex, and it looked better than when it was in the showroom. I waited a few weeks to see how easy it would be to clean. All I have to do is hose it off and its shine. I used to have the dealership Glass coat my cars. Mark did an awesome job, The car is easily cleaned with just a hose and water.

Original Review: Mark was absolutely fantastic to deal with. Extremely personable and knowledgeable. I took my 2016 Mustang Convertible to get a full IGL Kenzo Coating done. When I first reached out to Mark he replied with a detailed email explaining the entire process as well as a quote. I then met with him where he answered my initial questions. Scheduling with Mark was very easy and everything was done on schedule. What impresses me the most is how responsive Mark is and how he is willing to offer advice based on his experience. Mark always responded to my texts in a very timely manner. I look forward to my next appointment with him. I have a 2006 BMW 325i that I had Mark apply a ceramic coating to the exterior two years ago. Allowing that previous owners took meticulous care, the coating made the paint look as good if not better than its first day in the showroom. Of course two small dents of unknown origin on both passenger side doors required repair. I had Mark reapply coating to the doors this past week. The car was completely washed and the two doors looked as good as the rest of the car again. People are surprised that the car is approaching twenty years old.

I recently purchased a 2022 Toyota RAV4 Prime and did not know any detailer in the area. I found Mark online and send him an email with some questions. He responses very quickly and gave me some honest answers and advise. I decided to have him put a ceramic coating on the exterior, wheels and a glass coating. He answered all of my questions during the process. He was very easy to work with on scheduling and the work was done on time. I have very happy with the resultls. Mark answered numerous emails and phone calls on the process and how to maintain the finish. He even sent me an email with the list of the all of the suppies that I asked about that he uses. I am very happy with the process and would recommend him to anyone.
