Omg Nizia is a blessing! So talented! My car got so out of hand with the baby and a dog and she brought it back to life like it was a new car. Superior Carma (great name…) did an absolutely awesome job on our two cars. Our cars were the victims of two college-age kids, 5 different pets, and multiple long-haul trips. We just grew fatigued by the state of the cars and needed a do-over. We called Superior Carma. The prices were good, the scheduling was easy and flexible, the drop-off and pickup were well coordinated and accommodating. Most importantly, the detailing work was excellent. The cars came back looking like new. It was such a mental relief to drive a clean car, free of pet fur, crumbs, stains, and especially that inside-windshield grime (that off-gassing that happens from the dashboard plastics when they bake in the sun…). So great to be able to drive toward a sunset and still see out the window. It would’ve taken me all day with a bunch of digging around for buckets and soaps and extension cords and waxes and stuff to do that work. Thanks for a job extraordinarily well done!

I forgot a car mat when I dropped it off and they graciously let me drop it off the next day to get the full steam clean. My husband and I were looking for a place to get our car detailed because we’re expecting our first child in the next few weeks. We were looking for a good place to get all the pet hair and former smoke scent out of the car and thankfully we found Nizia from Superior Carma to get the job DONE! Her customer service and price was fantastic and unbeatable I know because (I called other places for quotes). The car looks amazing and she got all of the smoke smell out of the cloth interior and pet hair (2 Labradors)! The exterior looks immaculate also! I highly recommend her services! Nizia did a great job on two vehicles I took her. A corvette and a Tahoe. Cars came out looking showroom ready! Very easy to deal with and communicate with. Just took my car to Nizia for the first time and came away extremely pleased. Everything from beginning to end was a terrific experience. She was very responsive and accommodating with scheduling; rescheduling; dropping off the night before; etc. The detailing itself was very well done... my car looks brand new! Some tough stains were removed and a variety of serious exterior challenges were taken care of as well. On top of this, the price was very reasonable. Needless to say, I will be a repeat customer and I highly recommend Nizia and her services to anyone looking for a top-notch detail.

Excellent work on our Honda! I have to say I was extremely impressed. We haven’t had the CRV cleaned in the longest time. We use it for mostly for errands and have used it heavily for three relocation moves. It is a 2009 vehicle and the seats and carpet had never been professionally cleaned. Now, thanks to this superior detailed cleaning, our Honda is as good as new. No more stains on the seats and 95% of the carpet stains were removed. Additionally, the car smells amazing! Don’t hesitate if you are considering giving this service a try. You won’t be dissatisfied. I plan to bring in two other vehicles for detailing.

The outside of the car looked really nice and shiny. The inside was vacuumed but it didn’t look like anything else was done. The windows looked clean but there were some streaks. The leather seats and dash were really dull and the car car didn’t smell clean. I did smell something really good when I arrived and then when I picked up my car but the scent wasn’t inside the car, it could have been on the property. The glove compartment wasn’t cleaned at all. For the price, I felt really ripped off. I considered using their housecleaning service but after inspecting my car, I have to pass; That is disappointing because finding an accomplished housecleaner in the Lehigh Valley is like finding a needle in a haystack. I think it’s great that natural ingredients are used to clean! I use some of those in my own home and they smell incredible and make surfaces look beautiful! No hate in my review, to each his or her own opinion. The owner was a very nice woman. All the best. <3

Nizia did a fantastic job. She was extremely accommodating throughout the scheduling process. I wanted to get my car detailed prior to giving birth to my child and I am so excited to be bringing my little one home in such a clean car! As someone with a sensitive sense of smell I can say honestly that the products used have a light and airy scent and we’re not overpowering which I appreciated greatly. Her attention to detail is phenomenal. My husband said it looked like our car just came from the dealer! I highly recommend!

Superior Carma did an excellent job cleaning my 2018 Honda odyssey. Having two little kids created a lot of mess, and she did a great job cleaning every single spot. My car was spotless inside and out. My only reason for the 4/5 stars is I wish I would have known about the $25 surcharge (because of the condition of the car) before she had given me an estimate.
