not worth the money for what you don't get in the self service portion. No engine wash no tire wash and 3$ just to start go a little bit west to Walmarts drive through its a better value and results are good

As a transporter the most important thing you can do is clean your vehicle avoid the rust... This is the spot we go to every time we are in elkhart/South bend. All of the bays work and they take credit cards. And it's very close to transporter hotels/motels...

Good touchless car wash but pay machine is not working properly. I had car wash coupons but machine made me use TWO coupons plus an additional $2 to be able to purchase the basic $7 wash

Quiet inexpensive car wash with all the qualities I look for clean and functional equipment! The hands free wash had several fair prices to choose from with good options for each!

Terrible. Soap in the brush is too dry, the foam just dries on and does not suds up to disolve the road grime. the brush is not able to wipe dirt off, once rinsed leaves lots of streaks and road grime. Washed two and three times but still leaves road grime. I use manual car washes all the time. This was the worst. At 43 degrees temperature so it wasn't too cold either.

I really would like to continue using this car wash because I think the wash part is pretty decent. However, the dryers are never working. Also many times I’ve come to use this car wash and the bay has been closed for some unknown reason. I have mentioned the broken dryer several times, and one time he gave me a voucher for the next time I come back. I just used that voucher and the dryers are still not working. I’m going to have to find somewhere else. there’s not many places that are touchless and have a dryer and that’s important when you’re driving a black car. I would come back if they could get that going. And consistently

Rip-off! Paid for a $12.00 Car Wash and when I pulled into the bay — I was prompted by the machine to exit without ever receiving my car wash. Complete crooks and I’ll be disputing the charge next business day since they don’t think they need to work at 2:00PM on a Friday.

I wish I could leave a 0 star cause I would overpriced for 4 mins time to wash your vehicle vacuums out of order spent ten bucks barely had 9 mins to try to wash my full size SUV I would never recommend this place I am on way to a different car wash to try finishing washing my suv and vacuum my SUV avoid by all means

Worst experience at a car wash ever. The person who is either the owner or manager has no business dealing with the public. My truck went into security lock out in a bay. It had happened in the past so I know it takes 11 minutes to reset to be able to start. I tried to tell someone that worked there about it and no one was to be found. I had only one guy waiting behind my bay so Il went and nicely told him at that point I had 8 minutes to wait to be able to start and pull out of the bay. He said no problem thank you and pulled in a bay next to us. One other person then pulled in a couple minutes later and I let him know of the situation. I actually knew him. So we chatted for a couple minutes waiting for my truck to be able to start. A guy came out of no where yelling demanding I pull out NOW. I tried to tell him of the situation and all he wanted to do is yell demanding me to pull out cussing at me. When I told him I wouldn't be able to for 2 more minutes still and I actually paid twice so I wasn't just sitting in his bay. He told me I was trust pasted for life and he would call the cops on me. All while yelling and cussing in front of everyone. I've spent a lot of money at this car wash over the years and have even called them when no one was around to let them know their change machine was taking money and not giving the quarter's for change. And not to worry about my dollar it took. I just wanted to make them aware. I also in the past called the number on the sign when it appeared someone broke into their vending machines To let them know. The alleged employee would not give me his name after being the one claiming to be representing the company. Very BAD customer relations and attitude. No one should be treated like I was as a paying customer. As a local business owner I would never treat a customer like this. Or anyone in general customer or not. I would give them a no star review if it would let me. PLEASE BEWARE of this place with someone of his nature representing the company.

So much time wasted. I understand that the cold weather causes more mechanic issues. But If your machine doesn’t work - Then your kiosk should not take money. Instead, there should be an out of order notification on the kiosk and/or at the drive thru wash. This was both machines down - so not an isolated incident. Thus I am not the only one this happened to today I asked

Went in to wash my high roof van and the credit card reader didnt work. There was an employee present who asked why I would go into the bay in the first place if I couldn't go into another bay. I said that my back up sense was dirty so it would be difficult to back up with the large van. He gave me a free car wash but I have never experienced someone so horrible in all my years in customer service. Will never go back
