This is one of the best car washes in San Pedro, I’ve had a monthly membership here for about to years and the cost is definitely worth it. I come about once a week, Felipe is always there with a warm welcome. He’s super helpful and overall has great customer service, which is something that I find hard to come by these days. The staff is great and the location itself is always clean. Will come back time and time again! 🧼

I have been using Super Star Car wash for last 2 years - having their subscription is one of the best decisions I could've made as far as saving money while keeping my car fresh and clean. Great staff members, attention to details when it matters the most like stop the machine to prevent hit when a driver is not paying attention to exit the tunnel on time. I would recommend it. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE THAT WAS WITNESSED TODAY AND SHE WILL NEVER COME BACK EVER AGAIN. NEW OWNERSHIP SO BE WARNED PEOPLE. At about 3:30 pm today the SUV vehicle needed a wash badly and experienced unprofessional service from a female upon arrival and was not helpful on what all comes with the different washes and only expressed prices for the monthly so fast and didnt give time to express myself on learning how everything works and cut me off on trying to expressing myself. I noticed my vehicle didn't look washed at all and my windows looked dirty and not touched but its hard to show through photos but with anyones eyes in person my vehicle doesn't look washed at all and I also noticed not all the machines were working when going through the wash and the whole top of my vehicle never got touched from the top machines so clearly they are broken or sensors broken so that's why my whole upper hood and the whole top and back didnt get washed and the water pressure for sure does not have any power of water pressure at all because I can tell by looking at it and hearing it when going through the wash. Need major fixed and major improvements starting with retraining employee staff and having an expert mechanic look at all the equipment and machines so no one gets ripped off they hard working money. This review im writing from my name and email on my GPS app is from a person that I witness and heard from the whole experience the person went through today, so I took it upon myself to write this review that's 100% true story event as I take reviews seriously as I have records of many other reviews I've done on my own and going to continue that helps the community.

Wow. This place is great. Air compressor to shake out dust and super strong vacuum system. Plenty of equipment and stalls available. Carpet mat vacuum cleaner. FREE TOWELS!! We just got back from the snow and the car looked way way better. Worth it. Got the membership. Staff are friendly, approachable and knowledgeable. Felipe helped me get started with my membership. You could tell he is happy to work for this company and he was so helpful, kind and never rushed me. He also had the answers to all of my questions and told me things I didn’t even think to ask. Super happy!

So I’ve been coming here for quite some time through a monthly membership and my experience has been pretty solid. My most recent time I went, I just got new rims and wanted to make sure that they wouldn’t get scratched. An employee named Ben made sure that my request was accommodated! While I was drying my car, he was consistently putting clean towels away in the baskets too, hard worker! Overall, recommend this car wash especially for the membership!

I love this place and it’s my favorite car wash in San Pedro. This was the best car wash service I have ever experienced. I highly recommend you give them a visit!

This company is a fraud. They shredded my tire and damaged my rims. No updates on compensation. Ive sent numerous email all saying there waiting for management to make a decision. I've used this facility, the PCH and Crenshaw one in Gardena numerous times. But the management response time is ridiculous. The staff acted accordingly and with courtesy but cant say the same about management. This happend at the PCH location. Im posting here so other customer can be aware. Nov 14th Update. They denied responsibility saying management didnt find any equipment issue that could have caused damage. Had the management inspection when the incident occurred, maybe, but to wait almost 2 months? They could have easily fixed the issues or equipment. Pure BS and lack of accountability. Going to small claims for all damages and loss of income for missing clients. If theres anyone else with a similar issue, please reach out. I'm sure I'm not the only one with this type of experience. If theres enough others, class action lawsuit could be possible. Screw this company.

She explained the wash options clearly, didn’t try to upsell me on anything unnecessary, and made the whole process smooth and easy. It’s rare to come across someone who genuinely seems to care about doing a good job and making customers feel welcome. She had a great attitude, stayed patient even when it was busy, and made sure I was taken care of. Definitely coming back because of the service. The people there were extremely nice and helpful. The location is a clean and easy to navigate space. I literally feel like we got a professional detail job because the vacuum was great. The air blaster was amazing and the use of microfiber towels that we didn’t have to wash it was awesome. highly recommend anyone come here. And be nice to the workers because they’re very very helpful.
